Description
Claims (14)
- 尿に含まれるマロンジアルデヒドの存在を検出するために個人で使用するための検査キットであって、
規定量の試薬であって、およそ1リットルあたり、約8−12gのピロ亜硫酸ナトリウム、約995から1005mlの脱イオン水、10mlのリン酸、約4.8から5.2gの塩基性フクシンを含み、pHは1.75から1.93の間である試薬が入っている密封コンテナと、
尿の標本を集めるための容器と、
前記容器から前記尿を規定量取り出し、前記コンテナの密封を破った後、前記コンテナにそれを入れるためのディスペンサーと、
2−5分間の待ち時間の後の試薬と尿との混合物の色と、尿に含まれるアルデヒドの存在があるか否かを示している試薬と尿との混合物の色とを比較するためのカラーチャートとを含むことを特徴とする検査キット。 - 前記密封コンテナは、1mlの体積容量を有し、その中に含まれた前記規定量の試薬は0.1mlである請求項1記載の検査キット。
- 前記ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウムは10gの量で存在している請求項1記載の検査キット。
- 前記塩基性フクシンが5.0gの量で存在している請求項1記載の検査キット。
- 前記試薬のpHが1.88である請求項1記載の検査キット。
- 尿に含まれるアルデヒドの存在を検出するために使用される試薬であって、約8−12gのピロ亜硫酸ナトリウムと、約999−1005mlの脱イオン水と、10mlのリン酸と、約4.8−5.2gの塩基性フクシンとを含み、pHは1.75から1.93の間であることを特徴とする試薬。
- ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウムが10g存在している請求項6記載の試薬。
- 塩基性フクシンが5g存在している請求項7記載の試薬。
- pHが1.88である請求項8記載の試薬。
- 尿に含まれるアルデヒドの存在を検出するのに使用するための試薬のおよそ1リットルあたりの製造方法であって、
約995−1005mlの脱イオン水に約8−12gのピロ亜硫酸ナトリウムを溶かし、10mlのリン酸を加え、約4.8−5.2gの塩基性フクシンを加え、上記の成分を少なくとも10分間混合し、約28−32gの動物骨炭を加え、その骨炭がよく分配されるまで混合し、混合した結果物を24時間から36時間置いたままにし、骨炭を取り除き、そして、pHが1.75−1.93の間に達するまでリン酸を加えることによって混合物のpHを調整するステップを含むことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記ピロ亜硫酸ナトリウムが10g存在している請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記塩基性フクシンが5g存在している請求項10記載の方法。
- 前記動物骨炭が30g存在している請求項10記載の方法。
- リン酸をゆっくり加え、よく撹拌することによって、前記pHレベルが1.88に調整される請求項10記載の方法。
