【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、棚板に載置された物品が、振動等により棚板上を滑って、棚板の前方から飛出して落下するのを防止する、物品載置棚における物品飛出し防止装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
磁気テープカセット、CDケース等の物品を棚板上に載置して棚に収容した場合、棚に地震や人がぶつかった際の衝撃等が加わると、物品が棚板から前方に飛出して落下することがある。

このような棚板から物品が飛出して落下したりするのを防止する落下防止装置の一例が、実用新案登録番号第2538340号公報に開示されている。
この落下防止装置は、物品を載置する棚板の上段の下面に、長さ方向に沿った軸を介して固定または棚板の前後方向に回転するように垂下吊設した上下方向に伸縮可能な落下防止部材の下端を、下段の棚板上の物品の上部に当接させて、物品の飛出しによる落下を防止している。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、上述のような従来の落下防止装置は、落下を防止する物品を載置した棚板の上段の棚板に設けられるため、1段上の棚板を必ず必要とし、最上段の棚板に載置した物品の落下を防止することはできないという問題を有している。

また、物品の上部と上段の棚板との間に設けるため、その分、棚板同士の上下間の間隔を広くしなければならず、棚の高さ当たりの棚板の段数が少なく、物品の収容率が低いという問題もある。

本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑み、最上段の棚板上の物品の落下をも防止しうるとともに、棚板の段数を多くすることのできる落下防止装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
(1) 物品を載置する棚板上に設けられた左右1対の側板に軸支した前方に延出する左右1対の第1レバーの先端同士を連結杆により連結して、平面視後向きコ字状に形成した前方飛出し防止バーと、前記第1レバーの中間部から上方に延出する左右1対の第2レバーの先端同士を連結杆により連結して、正面視下向きコ字状に形成した上方飛出し防止バーとを備え、前記前方および上方飛出し防止バーを後方に回動させることにより、前記物品を前方に取出し可能とする。

(2) 上記(1)項において、第1レバーを後方に傾いた状態で受け止める後ストッパを、側板に設ける。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を、図1〜図6に基づいて説明する。
物品載置棚(1)は、磁気テープカセット等の物品(C)を前後から出入できるようになっており、左右1対ずつの前支柱(2)と中間支柱(3)と後支柱(4)と、前支柱(2)と中間支柱(3)とに着脱可能に設けられた左右1対の前ブラケット(5)と、後支柱(4)と中間支柱(3)とに着脱可能に設けられた左右1対の後ブラケット(6)と、左右に対向する前、後ブラケット(5)(6)間に係止された棚板(7)と、棚板(7)の上面に設けられて、複数の物品(C)を中間支柱(3)寄りの端部が若干下位となるように傾けて受け止めるトレイ(8)とを有している。
