Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a prize ball payout device for a pachinko machine, and more particularly, to a safe ball generated during a pachinko game and a winning establishment in various game machines that handle pachinko balls such as a pachinko machine and an arrange ball machine. The present invention relates to a prize ball payout device for paying out a predetermined number of pachinko balls (also called prize balls).
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of pachinko machine, represented by pachinko machines and arrange ball machines, is installed in a vertical orientation on the installation frame base (commonly called "island") in the game hall, and is used for gaming. Consists of a ball container, a rectifying path, a ball delivery path, etc. formed on the mechanism set panel on the back of the machine for winnings made during the pachinko game developed in the game (for example, the generation of safe balls and scores by combination of symbols) A predetermined number of award balls under the operation control of the award ball dispensing device disposed below the ball delivery outlet in the ball delivery path. As shown in the figure, the upper ball tray or the lower ball tray is fed out to the front side.
[0003]
For example, as shown in FIG. 19 and FIG. 20, the prize ball payout device has a plurality of ball receiving portions formed at equal pitches on the outer periphery inside a case body 11 having a ball passage 10 vertically passed therethrough. A pinwheel-shaped ball feeder 12 is rotatably arranged with its ball receiving portion facing the ball passage 10. A regulating member 14 is tiltably supported by an electromagnetic solenoid 13 housed in the case body 11 and energized and actuated based on a prize ball payout signal, and the regulating member 14 is attached to the ball receiving portion of the ball feeder 12. The ball feeder 12 is constrained / released by engaging / disengaging. In other words, before the electromagnetic solenoid 13 is energized (demagnetized state), the ball feeder 12 is stopped and restrained by the restricting member 14, and when the electromagnetic solenoid 13 is energized (excited state) by the prize ball payout signal, It is released and the ball feeder 12 can rotate. Thereby, the ball feeder 12 is rotated over a predetermined angle while receiving the award balls in the passages at the respective ball receiving portions, so that a predetermined number of award balls are paid out.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The electromagnetic solenoid 13 has one surface of a U-shaped metal frame 16 on which a magnetic force generating part (also referred to as a bobbin) 15 wound with a coil is attached to an installation part 11 a provided inside the case body 11. A plurality of screws 17 are attached in contact with each other. That is, the number of parts required for assembling the prize ball payout device increases, and the number of assembling steps increases, which raises a problem of inferior productivity.
[0005]
Further, in the electromagnetic solenoid 13, a thick metal plate is used for the frame frame 16 in order to obtain a required strength. Therefore, when the metal plate is bent into a U shape, the folding is performed. The bulging part which bulges outward was produced in the both-ends edge part of the width direction in a curved part. In this case, the electromagnetic solenoid 13 is positioned by abutting the side edge portion in the width direction of the frame frame 16 in contact with the installation portion 11a on the inner wall surface of the case body 11, but the expansion of the electromagnetic solenoid 13 is performed. Due to the protruding portion, the entire side edge portion does not come into contact with the inner wall surface, and rattling is likely to occur. For this reason, especially when energization control of the electromagnetic solenoid 13 is performed so as to cut the prize ball in units of one ball, large vibrations are likely to occur when the prize ball is paid out. Further, since the case body 11 is provided with a substrate such as an electromagnetic solenoid 13 or a sensor, the solder connecting the lead wire derived from the electromagnetic solenoid 13 or the sensor to the substrate is peeled off due to the vibration described above, or the lead wire. However, there is a problem that the durability of the prize ball dispensing device is lowered.

[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, rear contact portions 52, 52 project from the rear wall 41b of the flange member 41 at positions corresponding to the first front contact portions 48, 48 of the front wall 41a. At the same time, a rear positioning pin 53 protrudes from the front end with a predetermined length. The front surface of the prize ball sensor substrate 54 is brought into contact with the pair of rear contact portions 52, 52, and the rear positioning pins 53 are inserted into the rear positioning holes 54a provided in correspondence with the prize ball sensor substrate 54. As a result, the winning ball sensor substrate 54 is positioned with respect to the heel member 41. In addition, a pair of rear hooks 55 and 55 are provided on the rear wall 41b of the collar member 41 so as to be separated from each other in the vertical direction. By combining, the prize ball sensor substrate 54 is positioned and fixed with respect to the collar member 41.
[0020]
The prize ball control board 29 and the prize ball sensor board 54 are provided with an upper sensor 56 and a lower sensor 57 for detecting the presence or absence of a stored ball in the ball passage 42. In the example in which both sensors 56 and 57 are of the optical sensor type, light emitting diodes 56a and 57a disposed on the prize ball control board 29 and light receiving diodes 56b and 57b arranged on the prize ball sensor board 54 are provided. It is a pair. The light emitting diodes 56a and 57a are inserted into the through holes 48a and 48a which are formed in the first front contact portions 48 and 48 and communicate with the ball passage 42 from the front side, and the light receiving diodes 56b and 57b are The optical axes of the light receiving diodes 56b and 57b corresponding to the respective light emitting diodes 56a and 57a are inserted through the through holes 52a and 52a formed in the rear contact portions 52 and 52 and communicating with the ball passage 42 from the rear side. The ball path 42 is set so as to coincide with each other, and the prize ball T passing through the ball path 42 can be detected. The upper sensor 56 and the lower sensor 57 are arranged at a detection interval of one sphere, and are configured to individually detect the incoming ball and the outgoing ball (see FIG. 14).
[0021]
As shown in FIG. 10, the outer edge portion of the rear wall 41b of the heel member 41 is provided with a rising portion 58 that extends rearward from the rear surface of the prize ball sensor substrate 54 that is positioned and fixed. When positioned on the base member 30, the rear end of the rising portion 58 comes into contact with the rear wall 30 a of the base member 30 to protect the prize ball sensor substrate 54. An accommodation portion 58a for accommodating the lead wire 59 for connecting the prize ball sensor board 54 and the prize ball control board 29 opens to the rear side above the rising portion 58 located at the right edge of the rear wall 41b. A notch is formed, and a regulating piece 60 is formed on the open end side (rear side) of the accommodating portion 58a (see FIG. 11), and the lead wire 59 accommodated in the accommodating portion 58a is easily accessible from the accommodating portion 58a. It is configured not to leave. Incidentally, the prize ball sensor board 54 is configured by cutting out a part of the prize ball control board 29, and can reduce the material cost at the time of board production.
[0022]
A connector terminal 61 for connecting to the payout control device 26 is provided at the lower end of the prize ball control board 29, and the terminal 61 is provided on the lower surface of the case body 27 (the lower wall 30c of the cover member 31). It is set so as to face the formed insertion port 62.
[0023]
As shown in FIG. 12, the inner right wall surface that defines the spherical passage 42 includes a first guide surface 63a parallel to the inner side wall 40, and both front and rear inner wall surfaces positioned on both front and rear sides of the first guide surface 63a. The second guide surfaces 63b and 63b are inclined at a predetermined angle toward the surface, and the spherical passage 42 has a hexagonal shape in a plane. In addition, a through-hole 64 for allowing a later-described ball feeder 67 to face the ball passage 42 is formed in the inner right wall surface at a position corresponding to the through-holes 48a and 52a for the sensor. The first guide surface 63a and the second guide surfaces 63b and 63b are such that the prize ball T passing through the ball passage 42 sinks rightward from the through port 64 (in the direction away from the sensor through holes 48a and 52a). The dimensions, angles, etc. are set so as to guide them so that they do not occur.
[0024]
Here, in the state where the winning ball T continuously faces the ball passage 42, the upper and lower winning balls T, T are in contact with each other at the approximate center in the left-right width direction. If the through holes 48a and 52a are provided at substantially the center in the left-right width direction of the ball passage 42, there is a possibility that the passage of the prize ball T by the sensors 56 and 57 may not be detected (the detection light of the light emitting diode is blocked). To continue). Therefore, as shown in FIG. 13, the sensor through holes 48 a and 52 a are provided to be shifted from the center in the width direction of the ball passage 42 to the left and away from the passage 64, and are continuous in the ball passage 42. Thus, the upper and lower prize balls T, T are set so that the cuts of the upper and lower prize balls T, T can be reliably detected by the sensors 56, 57. In this case, if the winning ball T passing through the ball passage 42 sinks to the right (in the direction away from the sensor through holes 48a, 52a) at the site where the through hole 64 is formed, the winning ball T is There is a possibility of passing through a position where the detection light of the sensors 56 and 57 is not blocked, and there is a case where accurate passing detection of the prize ball T cannot be performed. Therefore, in the prize ball dispensing device L of the embodiment, as described above, the inner right wall surface (the surface on which the through hole 64 is formed) that defines the ball passage 42 is formed in a polygonal shape, and the prize ball T is drawn from the through hole 64. It is intended to prevent sinking.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 1, a pinion-like shape is provided on a support shaft 66 that stands on a large-diameter mounting boss 65 provided on a rear wall 30 a of the base member 30 and faces a position adjacent to the through hole 64. A ball feeder 67 is rotatably supported. The ball feeding body 67 is made of a relatively hard synthetic resin such as polyacetal, and each of the ball receiving portions 67b partitioned by a plurality of (six in the embodiment) partitioning claw portions 67a formed on the outer periphery is provided on the flange member 41. The winning ball T that flows through the ball passage 42 through the ball receiving portion 67b can be rotated and discharged one by one while receiving the ball pressure one by one.
[0026]
In the case body 27, an electromagnetic solenoid 28, which is a switching operation source of a regulating member 68 that regulates rotation / stop of the ball feeding body 67, is housed and arranged on the opposite side of the gutter member 41 with the ball feeding body 67 interposed therebetween. Has been. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 3, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is of, for example, a flapper type, and a frame frame 69 formed by bending a thick metal plate into a U shape has a spherical feeder on its open side. The magnetic force generating part (also referred to as a bobbin) 70 in which a coil is wound is mounted on the vertical part (attachment part) 69a, and the excitation force generated at the time of energization is arranged. It is comprised so that it can act on the magnetized part 70a which orient | assigns the ball | bowl feed body 67 intensively. On the other hand, the restricting member 68 is, for example, a metal lever-like member, and is supported so as to be tiltable in the vicinity of the open end portion of the upper horizontal portion 69b in the frame frame 69, so that the restricting portion is positioned opposite the magnetized portion 70a. 68a is suspended, and is always attached in the direction in which the partition claw 67a of the ball feeder 67 is locked by the tension spring 71 as the biasing means in the operating state when the power is turned on (demagnetization state of the electromagnetic solenoid 28). Thus, the rotation of the ball feeder 67 is stopped (FIG. 14A). On the other hand, when a magnetic force is generated in the magnetic force generating part 70 with the excitation operation by energization of the electromagnetic solenoid 28, the restricting member 68 is separated from the partitioning claw part 67a against the urging force of the tension spring 71 by the magnetic force. The ball feeding body 67 is allowed to rotate by being attracted to the magnetized part 70a (FIG. 14B).
[0027]
Here, in the upper and lower sensors 56, 57, the ball feeder 67 is restrained by the restricting member 68, and the first ball of the winning ball T that is inserted into the ball storage / discharge path portion 22 and enters the ball passage 42. In a state where the (bottom end) is stopped in a state where it is received in the ball receiving portion 67b, the upper sensor 56 is set to directly detect the prize ball T as shown in FIG. Further, when the regulating member 68 attracted to the magnetized portion 70a is tilted by the excitation of the electromagnetic solenoid 28 and releases the ball feeding body 67, the ball feeding body 67 rotates with the weight of one sphere received and the same ball. The lower sensor 57 directly detects the emission ball and the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is demagnetized and returned.
[0028]
On the inner surface of the rear wall 30a (the inner surface of the case body 27) of the base member 30 of the case body 27, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, one of the upper horizontal portions 69b of the frame frame 69 of the electromagnetic solenoid 28 (rear) The upper positioning protrusion 72 that contacts the side edge of the side) and the lower positioning protrusion 73 that contacts one of the (horizontal) side edge of the lower horizontal part 69d are projected at a predetermined height. A vertical protrusion 74 that extends in the direction and abuts on one (rear) side edge of the vertical portion 69a of the frame frame 69 protrudes at a predetermined height and extends in the vertical direction. . Note that the upper and lower positioning projections 72 and 73 and the vertical projection 74 are all set to abut on the side edge portions that are separated from the bent portions in the frame frame 69. That is, in a state in which the corresponding side edge portion of the frame 69 is positioned in contact with each of the protrusions 72, 73, 74, the bent portion that generates the bulging portion of the frame 69 is the inner surface of the rear wall 30a. It is set so as not to come into contact with the electromagnetic solenoid 28, and is configured to prevent the occurrence of rattling in the assembled state of the electromagnetic solenoid 28.
[0029]
The inner surface of the rear wall 30a of the base member 30 (the inner surface of the case body 27) holds the open end of the upper horizontal portion 69b of the frame frame 69, and restricts movement up and down and to the left (ball path side). The U-shaped upper holding portion 75 to be performed and the L-shaped lower holding portion 76 that holds the open end of the lower horizontal portion 69d of the frame frame 69 and restricts the movement to the lower and left sides have a predetermined height. It is projecting at. Further, in the vicinity of the upper positioning projection 72, a fixing hook 77 that removably engages with a notch 69 c formed in the upper horizontal portion 69 b of the frame frame 69 is provided on the rear wall 30 a so as to project. In a state in which 69 is positioned and held by the projections 72, 73, 74 and the holding portions 75, 76, the fixing hook 77 prevents the removal to the opening side. In addition, in a state where the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is positioned and held with respect to the base member 30, the flat outer surface (right surface) of the vertical portion 69a in the frame frame 69 extends over the entire inner surface of the right wall 30e of the base member 30. It is possible to suppress the occurrence of vibration during operation.
[0030]
On the inner surface of the front wall 31 a (the inner surface of the case body 27) of the cover member 31, an upper positioning protrusion is formed at a position facing the upper and lower positioning protrusions 72, 73 and the vertical protrusion 74 formed on the base member 30. When the cover member 31 is attached to the base member 30, the protrusions 78, 79, and 80 are provided with the electromagnetic solenoid 28 when the portion 78, the lower positioning protrusion 79, and the vertical protrusion 80 protrude at a predetermined height. It is comprised so that it may contact | abut to the side edge part of the other (front side) in the frame frame 69 of this. That is, the frame frame 69 is positioned and fixed in a state of being sandwiched from the front and rear by the base member 30 and the cover member 31. Each of the protrusions 78, 79, 80 of the cover member 31 is in contact with a side edge that is separated from the bent portion that generates the bulged portion in the frame frame 69, and the bent portion is brought into contact with the inner surface of the front wall 31a. It is set so as not to abut, and is configured to prevent rattling when the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is assembled. In the embodiment, the positioning protrusions 72, 73, 78, 79, the vertical protrusions 74, 80 and the holding parts 75, 76 formed on the base member 30 and the cover member 31 function as positioning means. Yes.

On the base member 30 of the case body 27, an operation member 81 for forcibly switching the restricting member 68 from the restrained state of the ball feeder 67 to the released state is disposed so as to be horizontally movable in the left-right direction. That is, as shown in FIG. 5, an outer through hole 82 is formed in the left side wall 30d of the base member 30, and an inner through hole 40a is formed at a position corresponding to the outer through hole 82 of the inner side wall 40. The outer through hole 82 has a larger diameter than the inner through hole 40a. On the other hand, the operation member 81 is formed at a shaft portion 81a having a diameter that can be inserted into the inner through hole 40a and at one end (left end) in the longitudinal direction of the shaft portion 81a, and is larger than the inner through hole 40a. The head 81b has a diameter and a diameter that can be inserted into the outer through hole 82. The operating member 81 is housed in the case body with the shaft portion 81a inserted through the inner through hole 40a and the head portion 81b facing the left side wall 30d and the inner side wall 40. Further, the shaft portion 81a of the operation member 81 inserted into the inner through hole 40a is inserted into a guide hole 58b formed in the rising portion 58 of the flange member 41, and the operation member 81 has two locations (inner side Guided by the through hole 40a and the guide hole 58b), it can move horizontally in the left-right direction.
[0032]
The cover member 31 of the case body 27 is provided with a retaining piece 83 which is inserted from the front side between the left side wall 30d and the inner side wall 40 of the base member 30 and faces between the inner and outer through holes 82 and 40a. It has been. The retaining piece 83 is formed with a groove 83a for restricting the insertion of the head 81b in the operating member 81 so as to open to the insertion end side (rear end side). It is configured by being restricted by the piece 83 so as not to protrude outward (outward of the case body 27) from the left surface wall 30d. In this state, the other end (right end) of the shaft portion 81a where the head portion 81b is not formed is substantially perpendicular to the left side surface (the side opposite to the magnetic force generation portion 70) of the restricting portion 68a of the restricting member 68. In contact therewith, the head 81 b is always urged to abut against the retaining piece 83 by the elasticity of the tension spring 71. Then, a rod-like actuating member (not shown) inserted from the outside into the outer through-hole 82 is brought into contact with the head 81b of the operating member 81 via the groove 83a of the retaining piece 83 and is moved to the right (the restricting portion 68a). Is pushed in the direction approaching the magnetic force generation unit 70), the restricting member 68 can be tilted and changed from the restrained state to the released state against the urging force of the tension spring 71 (FIG. 15). (See (a)). When the pressing force on the operating member 81 is released, the operating member 81 is also returned to the initial standby position by the restricting member 68 that returns to the restrained state by the biasing force of the tension spring 71 (see FIG. 15B). .

[Effect of the embodiment]
Next, the operation of the prize ball payout device in the pachinko gaming machine according to the present embodiment configured as described above will be described.
[0034]
(Assembly of prize ball dispensing device)
With the ball feeder 67 pivotably disposed with respect to the base member 30 via a support shaft 66, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is oriented with the open side of the frame frame 69 directed to the inner side wall 40. Then, it is accommodated in the base member 30 from the front side. At this time, the rear side edge portions of the frame frame 69 are in contact with the upper positioning protrusion 72, the lower positioning protrusion 73, and the vertical protrusion 74 that protrude from the rear wall 30a of the base member 30. The rear side is positioned. The open ends of the upper and lower horizontal portions 69 b and 69 c in the frame frame 69 engage with the corresponding holding portions 75 and 76, and the entire outer surface of the vertical portion 69 a in the frame frame 69 is the inner surface of the right wall 30 e of the base member 30. The electromagnetic solenoid 28 is positioned in the vertical and horizontal directions. Furthermore, the fixing hook 77 of the base member 30 is detachably engaged with the notch 69 c of the frame frame 69, so that the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is positioned and fixed with respect to the base member 30.
[0035]
Next, prior to housing and installing the bowl member 41 on the base member 30, the prize ball control board 29 and the prize ball sensor board 54 are attached to the bowl member 41. That is, the rear surface of the prize ball control board 29 is brought into contact with the contact portions 48, 48, 49 and the positioning piece 45 formed on the front wall 41a of the flange member 41, and the front positioning pins 50, 50 and the bosses are brought into contact with each other. The portions 45b are inserted into the corresponding front positioning holes 29a of the prize ball control board 29, respectively. At this time, the pair of upper and lower front hooks 51, 51 projecting from the front wall 41 a are detachably engaged with the upper and lower end edges of the prize ball control board 29, so that The control board 29 is positioned and fixed. Further, the front surface of the prize ball sensor substrate 54 is brought into contact with the rear contact portions 52, 52 formed on the rear wall 41 b of the collar member 41, and the rear positioning pin 53 is arranged in the rear position of the prize ball sensor substrate 54. It is inserted into the hole 54a. At this time, the pair of upper and lower rear hooks 55, 55 projecting from the rear wall 41 b are detachably engaged with the upper and lower edge portions of the prize ball sensor substrate 54, so that The sensor substrate 54 is positioned and fixed. The lead wire 59 connecting the prize ball control board 29 and the prize ball sensor board 54 is accommodated in the accommodation part 58a of the rising part 58 so as not to protrude from the rear surface of the eaves member 41.
[0036]
Then, the thus-configured united eaves member 41 is fitted with the upper and lower protrusions 44a, 44b in the corresponding notches 43a, 43b with the opening side directed toward the inner side wall 40. It accommodates in the base member 30 from the front side. At a position where the rear end of the rising portion 58 of the flange member 41 is in contact with the rear wall 30a of the base member 30, the boss 38 of the fixing column 37 is fitted into the through hole 45a of the positioning piece 45 of the flange member 41. The hook member 46 is engaged with the engaging portion 47 so that the hook member 46 can be engaged and disengaged, whereby the hook member 41 is positioned and fixed with respect to the base member 30. In this state, a ball passage 42 that vertically communicates with the inner side wall 40 is defined, and a ball receiving portion 67b of the ball feeder 67 is inserted into the ball passage 42 through the passage 64. (See Figure 3)
[0037]
As described above, the prize ball sensor substrate 54 disposed on the collar member 41 does not protrude rearward from the rising portion 58 that contacts the rear wall 30a of the base member 30. There is no possibility of the substrate 54 being damaged. Further, since the lead wire 59 led out from the prize ball sensor substrate 54 is also housed in the housing portion 58a and does not protrude rearward (see FIG. 11), it is possible to prevent the lead wire 59 from being broken.
[0038]
Next, the operation member 81 is inserted from the side of the shaft portion 81a through the outer through hole 82 of the left surface wall 30d of the base member 30, and the shaft portion 81a is inserted into the inner through hole 40a of the inner side wall 40 and The operating member 81 is disposed on the base member 30 with the head 81b facing the left side wall 30d and the inner side wall 40 through the guide holes 58b of the flange member 41 (FIG. 13). reference). In this state, the other end of the shaft portion 81a of the operation member 81 is in contact with the left side surface of the restriction portion 68a of the restriction member 68.
[0039]
As described above, when the ball feeder 67, the electromagnetic solenoid 28, the flange member 41, and the operation member 81 are disposed on the base member 30, the fitting concave portion 34 is fitted to the fitting convex portion 33 of the base member 30. The cover member 31 is attached to the base member 30 in such a manner as to fit together. At this time, the upper and lower positioning projections 78 and 79 and the vertical projection 80 formed on the cover member 31 abut on the respective side edge portions of the electromagnetic solenoid 28 on the front side of the frame frame 69 and the retaining piece 83. Is inserted between the head 81b of the operation member 81 and the left wall 30d. In this state, the screw 32 inserted into the through hole 39 of the cover member 31 is screwed into the screw hole 38a of the base member 30 to form the rectangular box-shaped case body 27 shown in FIG. The payout device L can be handled as a unit body of the case body 27 unit.
[0040]
As described above, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 and the collar member 41 are positioned and fixed with respect to the base member 30 without using a fixing means such as a screw. Therefore, when assembling the prize ball payout device L, the base member 30 and the cover Only one screw 32 for fixing the member 31 is sufficient, the number of parts can be reduced, and workability at the time of assembling can be improved, and productivity can be improved. Further, the frame frame 69 of the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is configured such that both side edge portions of the bent portion do not contact the inner surface of the base member 30 or the cover member 31, so that the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is assembled. It is possible to prevent the occurrence of backlash in the case. Furthermore, since the entire surface of the vertical portion 69a in the frame frame 69 is disposed so as to be in close contact with the right surface wall 30e of the base member 30, it is possible to suppress the occurrence of vibration when the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is operated.
[0041]
The flange member 41 also serves as a holder for the prize ball control board 29 and the prize ball sensor board 54. The number of parts can be reduced, and screws or the like can be attached to the boards 29 and 54 to the bowl member 41. Therefore, the number of parts can be reduced and workability can be improved. Furthermore, since the eaves member 41 provided with the substrates 29 and 54 provided with the upper and lower sensors 56 and 57 for detecting the presence or absence of the stored balls in the ball passage 42 can be handled as one component, Inspection or the like can be performed independently. The flange member 41 itself is formed in a shape that opens on one side surface, so that the moldability is good, but the opening portion (the portion that defines the ball passage 42) may be insufficient in strength. However, in the embodiment, the inner right wall surface defining the ball passage 42 is formed in a polygonal shape, so that the strength can be prevented from being insufficient, and the strength of the flange member 41 can be improved.
[0042]
(Prize ball payout)
As described above, as shown in FIG. 16, the prize ball payout device L handled in the case body 27 unit has the ball passage 42 provided to the mechanism set board G in which the ball storage / discharge passage portion 22 is assembled in advance. It is set in a state in which it communicates with the ball delivery path 25 in alignment.
[0043]
When a winning ball is generated while the pachinko machine P is being developed on the pachinko machine P, the winning ball payout device L is controlled based on a winning ball payout signal transmitted from the payout control device 26. As a result, a predetermined number of stored balls in the ball delivery path section 25 are fed as prize balls T to the upper ball tray side.
[0044]
That is, before the prize ball payout signal from the payout control device 26 is generated, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is not energized, and the regulating member 68 is attached to the tension spring 71 as shown in FIG. It is held in a restrained state by force. For this reason, the ball feeder 67 is brought into a rotation stopped state, whereby the ball feeder 67 is stopped and held in a non-rotatable state while receiving the prize ball T in the ball receiving portion 67b. Under the assumption that the upper sensor 56 is in a ball presence detection condition (ON), when a prize ball payout signal is transmitted from the payout control device 26, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is energized and the magnetic force is supplied. A magnetic force is generated in the generator 70, and as shown in FIG. 14 (b), the restricting member 68 is attracted to the magnetized portion 70a, so that the rotation stop of the ball feeder 67 is released. As a result, the ball feeder 67 is rotated while receiving the prize ball T in the ball passage 42 in the ball receiving portion 67b, and discharges the prize ball T (see FIG. 14C). Then, under the condition that the lower sensor 57 directly detects the prize ball T, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is demagnetized and the restricting member 68 stops the rotation of the ball feeder 67 by the urging force of the tension spring 71. When the above-described operation is repeated and a predetermined number of prize balls T are detected, the electromagnetic solenoid 28 is held in a demagnetized return state, and one prize ball payout operation is completed.
[0045]
During the above-described prize ball payout operation, the prize ball T passing through the ball passage 42 is received from the upper and lower sensors 56 and 57 at the portion where the through hole 64 of the collar member 41 is formed, as shown in FIG. The guide surfaces 63a, 63b, and 63b prevent the sinking to the right away. Therefore, the upper and lower sensors 56 and 57 can reliably detect the prize balls T one by one, and can prevent malfunctions.
[0046]
(Removing the storage ball)
Next, when all the stored balls stored in the ball storage / discharge path portion 22 are discharged to the outside of the apparatus, a prize ball path provided in a ball discharge path formed below the prize ball payout device L; With the switching valve 85 (see FIG. 16) for switching between the ball removal path being switched, the operating member 81 is operated by inserting the operating member from the outer through hole 82 of the case body 27. That is, as shown in FIG. 15A, when the operating member 81 is pushed rightward by the operating member, the restricting member 68 is released from the restrained state against the urging force of the tension spring 71 by the shaft portion 81a. The tilt is changed. Thereby, the rotation stop of the ball feeder 67 is released, and all the stored balls stored in the ball storage / discharge path portion 22 are discharged outside the apparatus.
[0047]
After the ball removal, if the operating member is pulled out from the outer through hole 82, the operating member 81 is also returned to the initial standby position by the restricting member 68 that returns to the restrained state by the biasing force of the tension spring 71 (FIG. 15 ( b)).
[0048]
As described above, in the ball removing operation of the embodiment, the pachinko machine P is energized because the regulating member 68 that stops the rotation of the ball feeder 67 is physically operated using the operation member 81. The ball can be removed even if it is not in a state. Further, the arrangement structure of the operation member 81 is simple, the design and manufacture are easy, and the cost can be reduced. Further, as the means for returning the operation member 81 to the standby position, the tension spring 71 for holding the restricting member 68 in the restraining position is also used, so that the number of parts and the manufacturing cost can be kept low, and the ball removal Forgetting to return after work can be prevented. The operation of the operation member 81 is simply pushed by the operating member, so that the ball removing operation is very simple.
[0049]
Further, since the operation member 81 of the embodiment does not protrude outward from the case body 27, it does not get in the way when the prize ball dispensing device L is set on the mechanism set board G, and a ball caused by an illegal act using a cell or the like. There is also an advantage that can be prevented from being removed.
[0050]
[Example of change]
FIG. 17 shows a modified example of the operation member, and an operation portion 81c is provided at the open end of the head portion 81b so as to protrude outward from the outer through hole 82 by a predetermined length. That is, in the case of the modified example, it is possible to perform the ball removing operation by operating the operation unit 81c with the fingertip of the operator, and it is not necessary to use an operating member. Therefore, for example, even when the gap between the back cover member 21 disposed on the mechanism set board G and the prize ball payout device L is narrow and it is difficult to insert the operating member from the outer through hole 82, In the modified example, an easy operation is possible. In the configuration in which the operation part 81c protrudes outward from the case body 27, the protection member 84 shown in FIG. 18 is provided on the case body 27 so as to be openable and closable, and the operation part 81c is always covered by the protection member 84. Thus, it is possible to prevent erroneous operation and fraud.
[0051]
In the above-described embodiment, the case body is composed of the base member and the cover member. However, the case body may be composed of only the base member. In this case, since the electromagnetic solenoid is positioned and fixed with respect to the base member by a plurality of positioning means and fixing hooks, a screw may be unnecessary. Further, the arrangement position and the number of arrangement of the positioning means are not limited to those in the embodiment as long as they are in contact with the side edge portion that is separated from the bent portion of the frame. Further, the frame frame is not U-shaped but may be L-shaped in which the horizontal portion is bent at either the upper or lower end of the vertical portion that is the attachment portion of the magnetic force generating portion.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the prize ball payout device for a pachinko gaming machine according to the present invention, the electromagnetic solenoid is positioned with respect to the base member by the plurality of positioning means, and is held between the fixed hook or the base member and the cover member. Therefore, it is not necessary to use a fixing means such as a screw at the time of assembly, the number of parts can be reduced, workability at the time of assembly can be improved, and productivity can be improved. Further, regarding the frame frame of the electromagnetic solenoid, since the both side edge portions of the bent portions that generate the bulging portions on both sides in the width direction are configured to prevent the abutting against the inner surface of the case body by a plurality of positioning means, It is possible to prevent backlash in the assembled state of the electromagnetic solenoid. Furthermore, since the entire flat outer surface of the attachment portion of the magnetic force generating portion in the frame frame is in close contact with the inner surface of the case body, there is an advantage that generation of vibration during operation of the electromagnetic solenoid can be suppressed. That is, it is possible to prevent the solder connecting the lead wire derived from the electromagnetic solenoid disposed in the case body from being peeled off by the vibration or the lead wire from being cut by the vibration. Can improve the durability.
