本発明は、温度管理されるバン型車両、特に開扉時に天井下部にスライドして格納されるシャッタードアが取り付けられるバン型車両の庫内冷凍用エバポレーターの取付構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来は庫内エバポレーターは天井に直付けしていた。このため後部扉が天井下部格納式のスライド式シャッタードアの場合には、シャッター格納部にエバポレーターを取付けることができなかった。

近年、多温度管理する車両では、例えば庫内の前部と後部のようにエバポレーターを複数取付ける必要が高まり、特にリヤドア近くに取り付ける時に前記天井部に存在するシャッタードアの存在により、取付けられなかった。

本出願人は先にエバポレーターを備えた冷凍車荷箱の改良をなし、特許出願をした(実開平5−10973,特許第3056387号参照)。これは図5に示すごとく、天井5は、荷箱1の長手方向にコルゲートを施した薄い金属板8の内側に合成樹脂発泡材からなる断熱層9を配し、その内側に合成樹脂板あるいは木板10を張設した構造を有している。天井5の前端部には断熱層9を薄く(厚さS)形成して形成された窪み11が設けられている。図6は該窪み11部分を拡大して示した部分断面図である。該窪み11の中には、薄型に形成されたエバポレーター12が取付けられている。また、天井5には空気流通用の溝13が複数本必要に応じて設けられる。6はバン型車両の床である。

又図7は冷凍物運搬用の荷箱で品物を輸送する場合、チルド食品と冷凍食品のように庫内温度の異なる品物を1台の荷箱で輸送する場合である。図7はこのような場合に使用される例を示している。この例では荷箱1の天井5の前端及び後端に2つの窪み11が設けられており、それら2つの窪み11の中にはそれぞれエバポレーター12,12が前記例と同様に取付けられている。この例も同様、エバポレーター12は薄型に形成されていて、エバポレーター12の下面はほぼ天井5の内面と同一平面となっている。14は荷箱1の内部を2つの部屋に区切る仕切り壁である。もちろんこの実施例においてはエバポレーター12,12から吹き出される冷気はそれぞれの部屋内を循環する。

図7に示した冷凍物運搬用の荷箱は、後部ドアは天井格納式のシャッタードアではなく、両開きドアではあるこの例の場合にはエバポレーターが天井より内側(下向)に飛び出ていないため、シャッタードアの取付が可能である。しかし図7で見られるように、天井の断熱層の厚さが保温機能上犠牲となっている上に、構造が複雑なため、製造コストが高くならざるを得なかった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
保温性を確保し、かつ低コストで、天井下部にシャッター格納スペースを確保しながら、その下にエバポレーターを設置できるようにすることを課題とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
(1)天井下部格納型シャッターを備えたバン型車両において、シャッターレールの下部位置で、バン型車両の両側壁間にエバポレーター取付専用のフレームを設け、これにエバポレーターを取付けた。
(2)前記エバポレーター取付専用のフレームは、側壁に取付ける一対の縦方向部材と、これら一対の縦方向部材と直交する一対の横方向部材と、さらにこれら横方向部材間にあって前記縦方向部材と平行する一対のエバポレーター取付部材とからなり、該エバポレーター取付部材の下部にエバポレーターをボルト等により取付けるようにした。
(3)エバポレーターの左右方向の位置変更を、エバポレーター取付専用のフレームを構成する横方向部材への取付位置を左右に変更することにより、又エバポレーターの上下方向の位置変更をエバポレーター取付専用のフレームを構成する縦方向部材の取付位置を上下にずらして行うようにした。

【発明の実施の形態】
図2は本発明を実施したバン型車両Vの縦断面図である。図2に示す如く、バン型車両Vは仕切壁21によって前室Aと後室Bとに仕切られている。前室天井下部にはエバポレーター22が、又後室Bの天井下部にもエバポレーター23が取り付けられ、A室とB室を異った室温で管理できるように構成されている。

24はシャッタードアで、車両の両側に設けたレールによって案内されて、図2の如く天井下部まで送られて格納される。この天井下部に格納されるシャッタードア24があるため、前記公知構造(図7)の如く天井下部にエバポレーター23を直接取り付けることができない。本発明はこの問題を解決するものである。

図1は本発明の取付構造によって取り付けられた後部エバポレーターを示し、シャッタードア24のレール26が天井25の両側下部に設けられている。シャッタードア24は操作片27を下に引っ張ると閉じ、又ロック装置28を開放すると、後部門構の上部に設けたばね29のばね力により、付勢され小さな人力で押し上げて開放することができる。

さて、図1で30はシャッターレール26の下部に設けた後部エバポレーター23の取付フレームである。以下図4に基づいて取付フレームの詳細について説明する。図4で31aと31bはバン型車両Vの内壁上部(シャッターレールより下)の側壁に取り付けたL型材(特に形状は限定しない)のような左右一対の縦方向部材である。これら縦方向部材31a,31bと直交して前後一対の横部材32a,32bが縦方向部材31a,31b間に平行に固着されている。横部材32a,32b間にはさらに断面U字型部材(特に形状は限定しない)33a,33bがこれ又平行に固着されている。

後部扉が天井下部格納式シャッタードアの場合に、そのドアレール下部に本発明の取付フレームを用いてエバポレーターを容易に設置できる。このため複数温度管理用のバン型車両の種々のバリエーションが可能となった。

特に取付フレームはその縦方向部材を側壁に対し希望する位置に取付けることができ、又後部エバポレーター取付用の断面U字型部材33a,33bに対し予め取り付けておくことができるので取付けが容易にできる。

又断面U字型部材33a,33b等を横部材32a,32bに対し、左右に移動することができるので、積荷の関係等で、エバポレーターの位置を好ましい位置に変えて、効果的な積載が可能である。

The present applicant has previously made an application for a patent on a refrigerated car box equipped with an evaporator (see Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-10973 and Japanese Patent No. 3056387).
