Description
Claims (6)
- 水素対窒素の2.95から3.05の間のモル比を有し、空気以外の冷媒を使用するコールドボックスで冷却されるアンモニア合成用メイクアップガスを受け入れるアンモニア合成ループを備え、
前記冷媒は、前記アンモニア合成用メイクアップガスとの爆発性または反応性の混合物を形成する成分を含んでおらず、少なくとも98体積%の窒素を含んでおり、
分離ユニットが水素対窒素のモル比2.5未満を有する供給ガスを燃料ガスと前記アンモニア合成用メイクアップガスとに分離する
プラント。 - 前記燃料ガスが前記コールドボックスにおける冷凍を提供する請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記燃料ガスが前記アンモニア合成用メイクアップガスを冷却した後で、前記燃料ガスが改質装置で燃焼される請求項2に記載のプラント。
- 前記冷媒の少なくとも一部分が前記コールドボックス内で循環される請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記コールドボックスが、メタン化装置からのアンモニア合成用メイクアップガスをアンモニア合成ループで受け取るアンモニアプラントのアンモニア生産を0.1%から25%の間の量で増加させる改良装置として、前記プラントと機能的に協同する請求項1に記載のプラント。
- 前記アンモニア合成用メイクアップガスが、一次改質装置および二次改質装置によって天然ガスから生産され、空気分離ユニットは前記二次改質装置に酸素富化流を提供し、かつ、前記空気分離ユニットは、前記分離ユニットの上流位置で、前記アンモニア合成用メイクアップガスに対し窒素富化流を更に提供する請求項1に記載のプラント。
