Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an illuminating lamp that is used in the medical field and the like, particularly in the operation, diagnosis, treatment, and detailed observation of a fine part.
[0002]
[Prior art]
There are many different types of lighting that illuminate the entire room or a large area. In addition to this, if it is necessary to perform some treatment while observing or observing the fine part, the illumination that illuminates the whole will block the illumination light by the observation or treatment person, and requires a separate illumination lamp. Become. In this case, it is suitable that only the target portion is sufficiently bright and the surroundings cannot reach the light. There are not many existing products used as this lighting. The existing products are broadly classified below, and their outlines and problems are listed.
[0003]
Lamp using an external light source is a halogen, obtained by mainly a light source xenon lamp, as the structure, have a power of another place of the light source visceral, to the portion to be illuminated, a method of guiding light by using an optical fiber Is adopted. The problem with this lamp is that the power unit is heavy, high power consumption, it moves because it is joined by fiber cable is inconvenience, there are problems such that would exothermed irradiation surface.
[0004]
A ring-shaped fluorescent lamp is comprised with using by arranging the side of the observer, the brightness is insufficient, it would light also unnecessary parts, and such that impede the observer issues is there.
[0005]
An illuminating lamp in which a large number of light emitting diodes are assembled or arranged in a ring shape has low power consumption , high emission intensity, little heat generation, and light weight. Furthermore, there is an advantage that light irradiation has directivity and does not diffuse. However, in the conventional device, the light emitting diodes are assembled and fixed, and the condensing point cannot be changed. For this reason, when observing the observation site from a ring-shaped central space, change the focus of the illumination as necessary, narrowing the illumination to a narrow site, or illuminating a slightly wide area, etc. Could not be flexibly adapted to. In addition, the operator's anxiety about mistakes due to temporary detachment from the field of view when moving the observation site from the outside of the field of view of the instrument or extraction part during surgery or vice versa could not be resolved.
[0006]
When performing observation and treatment, the illumination lamp is brought close to the observation site (affected area, etc.) to perform observation and treatment. At this time, the practitioner, the observer, and the illumination lamp may be contaminated with droplets. In the case of pathogenic bacteria, there is a risk of infection by practitioners and observers, and since the lighting lamp cannot be easily washed and sterilized, there is a risk of recontaminating a new patient or the like when used for other purposes.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Inventing a mechanism and a structure capable of mounting a larger number of light emitting diodes and easily changing the irradiation direction with a weak force.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
Lamp of the present invention includes a substrate which is fixed a plurality of light-emitting diode, a flexible wire mounted a plurality of substrate, and a mechanism for twisting the flexible wire at an angle, the substrate and the flexible wire Zurezu, characterized in that is provided with a support to not inhibit the movement during the irradiation direction of the variable. For example, a substrate on which many light emitting diodes are fixed is formed. A flexible wire is attached to the surface of the substrate where no light emitting diode is present, at a position that becomes a fulcrum when changing the irradiation direction. Similarly, by fixing a plurality of substrates on which the light emitting diodes are fixed to the same flexible wire, the light emitting diode substrate and the flexible wires are not displaced and necessary parts (for example, the substrate) are not disturbed when the irradiation direction is changed. A support is provided at the center) and a mechanism for continuously twisting the flexible wire is added.
[0009]
When the flexible wire is twisted at a certain angle, the connected light-emitting diode-equipped substrates can be turned to a certain angle with the core of the wire as a fulcrum.
[0010]
Further, a plurality pieces of substrates were fixed multiple light emitting diodes number of flexible wires, spaced, those mounted, arranged in a curved and straight, adds a mechanism for twisting the flexible wire. By operating the twisting mechanism, it is possible to produce a light-emitting diode illumination lamp having an arbitrary shape in which the irradiation direction of the light-emitting diodes can be changed collectively.
[0011]
【Example】
The minimum necessary elements of the illuminating lamp of the present invention shown in FIG. 1 are connected as shown in FIG. 4, and the torsion mechanism of FIG.
[0012]
The connection and fixing of the light emitting diode substrate and the flexible wire of the illumination lamp of the present invention are performed as shown in FIGS.
[0013]
FIG. 3 shows a schematic diagram of a method for continuously twisting the flexible wire, that is, a method for adjusting the irradiation direction of the light emitting diode.
[0014]
The irradiation focus of FIG. 5 can be continuously changed from 12 to 13 by twisting the flexible wire. FIG. 5 shows the relationship between the direction of the light emitting diode and the irradiation focus in this case.
[0015]
As described above, the illuminating lamp of the present invention includes a flexible wire in which a plurality of substrates to which a plurality of light-emitting diodes are fixed are attached at intervals, and a mechanism for twisting the flexible wire at a certain angle. By twisting, the substrate with light emitting diodes arranged at the same distance from the irradiation focal point causes the same angle change, and the irradiation focal point can be arbitrarily changed.
