Description
鱗状黒鉛、土状黒鉛等の天然黒鉛あるいは黒鉛電極屑などの人造黒鉛原料を主体とした耐火原料にバインダーを添加しないで振動ゴテ等により粉末状で装填する、又は適量の樹脂バインダーを添加してラミング施工する。
カーボン煉瓦、マグネシアカーボン煉瓦などのカーボン含有定形煉瓦又はその破砕塊や粒を全体に分散させて、又は上下方向に配置し、隙間にモルタル又は、キャスタブル等の不定形耐火物あるいは上記の粉末あるいはラミング材等を装填する。

Claims (3)
- 耐火物に覆われた円筒管状の芯金を有する真空脱ガス装置の浸漬管であって、前記円筒管状の芯金の下端側が間隔を設けて設置した内管と外管の二重管構造からなり、その二重管構造部分の上方には冷却用熱媒体を流通する冷却構造が形成され、また、下方には耐火物が充填された真空脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
- 二重管構造を形成する内管と外管との間に、芯金の軸方向に長辺を有する金属板を設置した請求項1に記載の真空脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
- 二重管構造部分の下方に充填された耐火物が、5W/m・K以上の熱伝導率を有する高熱伝導性の耐火物である請求項1に記載の真空脱ガス装置の浸漬管。
