Description
(1)体外受精胚の作出を目的とした試験(5%酸素ガス濃度、5%炭酸ガス濃度)
従来の方法(密閉性耐圧容器への混合ガスの強制置換)と本発明の方法(ガス濃度調整剤による培養)で体外受精胚の作出を行い、胚盤胞発生率を比較した結果を表1に示す。
従来の方法(CO2インキュベータ)と本発明の方法(ガス濃度調整剤による培養)で7日齢の体外受精胚を用い、24時間培養後の孵化率を比較した結果を表2に示す。

Claims (7)
- 家畜の卵巣より取り出した未成熟卵子又は体内受精胚を培養液とともに収容するシャーレを出し入れ可能に収納する密閉蓋体を有した携帯可能な容器本体内に、該容器本体内の環境を前記シャーレ内の前記未成熟卵子又は前記体内受精胚の発育に適した所定の炭酸ガス濃度にするガス濃度調整剤を収納した培養容器であって、
前記蓋体は、前記容器本体に装着されると、該容器本体内に収納された前記シャーレに近接した位置に配置され、
前記蓋体及び前記容器本体の底部は、外部から前記容器本体内を透視可能であって前記シャーレ内の前記未成熟卵子又は前記体内受精胚に光を当てることが可能な透明な材料で形成されていることを特徴とする培養容器。 - 家畜の体外受精胚を培養液とともに収容するシャーレを出し入れ可能に収納する密閉蓋体を有した携帯可能な容器本体内に、該容器本体内の環境を前記シャーレ内の前記体外受精胚の発育に適した所定の酸素ガス濃度及び炭酸ガス濃度にするガス濃度調整剤を収納した培養容器であって、
前記蓋体は、前記容器本体に装着されると、該容器本体内に収納された前記シャーレに近接した位置に配置され、
前記蓋体及び前記容器本体の底部は、外部から前記容器本体内を透視可能であって前記シャーレ内の前記体外受精胚に光を当てることが可能な透明な材料で形成されていることを特徴とする培養容器。 - 前記容器本体の側面に、前記未成熟卵子又は受精胚に関する個体情報を読み書き自在な記憶手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の培養容器。
- 前記容器本体の底部に、前記シャーレの径より僅かに大きな径を有した周壁部を設け、該周壁部の内側に前記シャーレを設置して前記容器本体に対して該シャーレを位置決めすることを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の培養容器。
- 前記ガス濃度調整剤は、前記容器本体内を陰圧にすることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の培養容器。
- 前記培養容器及び前記ガス濃度調整剤は、滅菌処理されたものが用いられることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の培養容器。
- 前記請求項1から6のいずれかに記載の培養容器と、該培養容器を収容して前記培養容器内の環境を前記シャーレに収容された未成熟卵子又は受精胚の発育に適した所定の温度に設定可能な恒温槽とを備えたことを特徴とする培養装置。
