【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、パチンコ遊技機の球案内部材に関し、更に詳細には、遊技盤に構成された遊技領域内でパチンコゲームを展開し得るパチンコ遊技機において、前記遊技盤の裏側に配設されて前記遊技領域に配設された入賞器具に入ったセーフ球をセーフ球処理装置へ通出案内するセーフ球案内部材と、前記遊技領域の所要位置に装着された遊技部品に関する遊技球の通出案内を図る遊技球案内部材とから構成される球案内部材に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
遊技盤の遊技領域内でパチンコゲームを展開し得るパチンコ遊技機にあっては、設定されたゲーム内容による型式に基づき、図柄組合わせ入賞開放ゲームを展開し得る第1種パチンコ機、役物開閉ゲームを展開し得る第2種パチンコ機、権利発生ゲームを展開し得る第3種パチンコ機とに呼称区分されている。このような型式に区分される何れのタイプのパチンコ機にあっても、前記遊技盤に必要な遊技部品として、各種の入賞器具および入賞装置、遊技領域中央に設置される遊技部品および該遊技部品の透視窓部の裏側に設置される図柄表示装置等、電飾具や装飾具等が該遊技盤の前面側に配設される一方、球寄せカバーまたは球案内樋とも呼ばれてセーフ球の案内通路が画成された適宜形状,サイズのセーフ球案内部材が遊技盤の裏面側に取着されている。そして、遊技盤の前面側でのパチンコゲームにおいて、各々の入賞器具や入賞装置に入って遊技盤裏側へ通出されるセーフ球は、遊技盤の裏側へ通出された後に、前記セーフ球案内部材により機構セット盤に設置したセーフ球処理部に排出されるようになっている。

また、前述した何れのタイプのパチンコ機にあっても、設定された夫々の特別遊技を含むゲーム内容においては、前記遊技部品の真下に設けられた特定の始動入賞口に対する遊技球の入賞条件、つまり始動入賞条件が何よりも重要な事項の一つとされている。それだけにこの始動入賞条件を、所定のゲーム時間単位や特別遊技成立中において、適正な割合で発生するように設定することが肝要とされ、このための様々な工夫がなされている。例えば、前記始動入賞口に対する遊技球の入球確率を高めるようにする技術として、前記遊技部品の縦央上部等に天入球口を設けると共に該遊技部品の側壁部に球通出口を設け、遊技盤の裏面側にこれら天入球口と球通出口とを連通接続する遊技球案内通路を設けることで、遊技領域の上方から流下して前記天入球口に入った遊技球を遊技球案内通路を介して前記球通出口から通出するようにし、当該遊技部品の前面を転動落下させて前記始動入賞口の近傍へ流出させる構造等が実施されている。すなわち、遊技部品の天入球口へ入った遊技球は、遊技盤の裏面側へ一旦通出された後、前記遊技球案内通路および球通出口を介して該遊技部品の前面へ通出され(所謂「ワープ」し)、再び遊技盤の前面側を流下するようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで従来のパチンコ機では、前記遊技部品の天入球口に入った遊技球を球通出口へ通出案内する前記遊技球案内通路が、前記セーフ球案内部材の一部に画成されていた。すなわち、遊技盤の裏面側に所定の向きで前記セーフ球案内部材を配設固定することにより、前記遊技球案内通路の上流開口側が前記天入球口の裏側に整合すると共に、該遊技球案内通路の下流開口側が前記球通出口に整合するようになっている。このため、遊技盤に対する球排出部材の取付け位置に微妙な誤差があった場合には、天入球口から球通出口への遊技球のスムーズな通出案内が不可能となるため、遊技盤に対するセーフ球案内部材の位置決め用のガイドやピン等を遊技盤の裏面に特別に設ける必要があり、部品点数の増加や組立工数の増加によるコストアップを招来する問題を内在していた。なお、遊技部品の裏側に遊技球案内部材を一体的に形成したタイプもあるが、このタイプにおいても、セーフ球案内部材の位置決め用のガイドやピン等を遊技盤の裏面に設ける必要があるので、同じくコストアップを招来する問題を内在していた。

また近年に至っては、環境問題や省資源問題およびコストダウン等の観点から、実施に供されていたパチンコ遊技機の構成部品を可能な限りリサイクルすることが希求されつつある。このため前記遊技盤においては、ベニヤ板や前記セーフ球案内部材等は従来実施のものを流用し、前記遊技部品および図柄表示装置等を新型ユニットに交換することで、全く新しいデザインおよび遊技形態の遊技盤に変更する工夫がなされている。しかるに、新型の遊技部品における天入球口および球通出口が、旧型の遊技部品における天入球口および球通出口と異なる位置に設定されている場合には、これに対応して前記遊技球案内通路の形状を変更しなければならない。すなわち、該遊技球案内通路がセーフ球案内部材に一体的に画成されているので、該セーフ球案内部材全体を新たに設計し直して成形することになり、結果的にコストダウンの効果を大きく阻害するものとなっていた。

【発明の目的】
本発明は、前述した従来の技術に内在している前記課題に鑑み、これを好適に解決するべく提案されたものであって、遊技球案内通路を画成した遊技球案内部材とセーフ球案内通路を画成したセーフ球案内部材とを別体部材として形成することで、遊技部品の取替えに際しては遊技球案内部材のみの変更で対応し得るようにしてコストダウンを図る一方、遊技盤に対するセーフ球案内部材の組付けの容易化および合理化を図ったパチンコ遊技機の球案内部材を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を克服し、所期の目的を好適に達成するため、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の球案内部材は、
前面に遊技領域を画成した遊技盤の裏側に取着され、該遊技領域内に設置された各入賞口に入って裏側へ通出されたセーフ球を、機内のセーフ球処理装置に向けて通出案内するセーフ球案内部材と、
前記遊技領域に臨む球入球口と球通出口を有する遊技部品に対し、これら球入球口と球通出口とを連通接続した状態で遊技盤の裏側から取着され、前記球入球口へ入った遊技球を球通出口へ向けて通出案内する遊技球案内部材とを有し、
前記セーフ球案内部材の所要位置に、前記遊技球案内部材の外側面に整合する内側面を形成し、この内側面を前記遊技部品に取着した前記遊技球案内部材の前記外側面に整合させることで、前記遊技盤の裏面に対する該セーフ球案内部材の位置決めがなされるよう構成したことを特徴とする。

【作用】
球案内部材を構成する遊技球案内部材とセーフ球案内部材は、夫々別体として成形される。そして、遊技盤に取着された遊技部品に対して遊技球案内部材を取着したもとで、該遊技球案内部材に前記セーフ球案内部材を整合させることで、遊技盤の裏面に対する該セーフ球案内部材の位置決めが簡単かつ容易になされる。また、遊技盤のリサイクル等により、前記遊技部品を新型の遊技部品に変更するに際し、該新型遊技部品の遊技球の通出形態が異なる場合には、前記遊技球案内部材のみを変更し、セーフ球案内部材はそのまま流用し得る。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明に係るパチンコ遊技機の球案内部材につき、好適な実施例を挙げて添付図面を参照しながら、以下詳細に説明する。なお本実施例では、一般に「第1種パチンコ機」とも称されている型式、つまり始動入賞条件毎に図柄表示装置(センター役物)の図柄が変動停止表示されて、図柄同士の組合わせ(大当たりともいう)の成立時に、大型電動式の入賞装置が設定開放パターンで作動される特別遊技を現出し得るタイプのパチンコ機を主に例示する。

(パチンコ機)
そこで、先ず本実施例の球案内部材Lが実施されるパチンコ機について、図1を参照して要約説明する。本実施例のパチンコ機Pは、その基本的な概略構成として、外枠Aの開口前面側に対して前枠Bが、連結支持手段および施錠手段を利用して着脱および開放可能に組付けられている。そして前枠Bの内外部分に、横開き式のガラス扉Dを組付けた窓枠Cと、ガラス扉Dの下部において窓枠Cに対して着脱および開放可能に組付けられる開閉セット板の前側にセットされた上球皿Eおよび裏側にセットされた電動式の球送り装置Gと、下段に位置する下球皿Fおよび打球発射装置Hと、裏側に位置する機構セット盤(図示せず)等が夫々装備されている一方、前枠B裏側の収容枠体の正面内部に所要の遊技領域19を構成した遊技盤Jが着脱交換可能にセットされている。

(前枠)
前記前枠Bは、全体が合成樹脂成形されたものを例とし、基本的には枠口の前面側に窓枠C用の設置凹部を設けた枠体10と、この枠体10の開口域裏側に位置して遊技盤J用のセット面域および取着部を形成した収容枠体(図示せず)と、この収容枠体下部に位置して遊技盤Jと整合される遊技補助盤12とが一体に成形されている。そして、枠体10の上縁から前面右縁にかけてランプ表示部13等が装備される一方、遊技補助盤12の前面左右にスピーカ14と発射レール15が夫々配設される。

(遊技盤)
前記遊技盤Jは、図2に示すように、略円形状に湾曲形成したレール18により囲まれた遊技領域19の前側において、縦央やや下部に配設されてセーフ球をスイッチで検出し得る始動入賞口20と、この始動入賞口20の直上方に配置されて図柄透視並びに遊技球案内をなす後述の遊技部品21と、風車とも称されて遊技球用の流下方向を任意に変向する電飾案内車22および普通案内車23と、始動入賞口20の直下方に設置された前記大型電動式の入賞装置24と、遊技状態に応じて照射パターンが変更制御される電飾装置25等を備えている。また遊技盤Jの裏側には、図3に示すように、遊技球案内部材45およびセーフ球案内部材46からなる本実施例の球案内部材Lが取着されていると共に、前記遊技部品21の透視窓部31の裏側に合わせて液晶式の図柄表示装置Kが装備セットされる(図4参照)。なお前記普通案内車23は、前記遊技部品21の前面に配設されている。また、図2中の符号29はアウト口を示す。

なお前記始動入賞口20は、開口領域を拡開変形可能な可変式のものが例とされ、図2では開口領域を拡開して遊技球の入球確率を高めた状態を示している。また前記入賞装置24は、一般にアタッカー式の特別電動役物とも呼ばれているもので、その基本的な構成として、特別入賞口26に対設された扉状の開閉板27が、裏側の電磁ソレノイドおよび開閉機構を利用して設定開放パターンに基づいて開閉し得るようになっていると共に、左右に普通入賞口28が設けられている。更に、特別入賞口26の裏側内部にセーフ球用のカウントスイッチと、開放作動継続用の特別スイッチ(Vスイッチ)が組み込まれている。

(遊技部品)
遊技盤Jの中央に設置される大型の前記遊技部品21は、その基本的な構成として、図柄透視部と電光装飾表示部および遊技球案内部等を一つに備えて、夫々の構成部に係る機能・役割を好適に図り得るようにしたものである。図柄表示部は、遊技盤Jの前面側に取着セットされる本体30をベースにして、この本体30の中央内部において前端面から後方へ延在する矩形筒状の透視窓部31と、該透視窓部31の後方開口部に取着整合された透明合成樹脂成形製の透視板32とを主体に構成される。なお透視板32は、表示補助手段としての図柄用の透視窓枠や入賞ライン(何れも図示せず)等の表示補助手段が、予め極薄フィルムに印刷されたものとして、該透視板32のインモールド成形時に熱圧接着される。また電光装飾表示部は、適宜キャラクターデザイン等が採用されて本体30の前側上部で左右に延在する光拡散用レンズ兼用のランプカバー33と、このカバー33の内側に装着される基板に配置されて遊技状態の視覚的効果を高めるためのランプ類(何れも図示せず)とを主体に構成されている。更に遊技球案内部は、本体30の前面左右両側に形成された遊技球用の受け口34,34と、前記透視窓部31の後側下部に成形された球受け部35と、球受け部35の前側中央に形成された円盤状の球放出口36とを主体に構成してある。

本実施例に係るパチンコ遊技機の球案内部材Lは、遊技盤Jの裏面側に配設されるもので、前述すると共に図3に示すように、前記遊技部品21に関する遊技球の通出案内を図る遊技球案内部材45と、前記始動入賞口20,入賞装置24の特別入賞口26および普通入賞口28に入ったセーフ球を機構セット盤に配設されたセーフ球処理装置へ通出案内するセーフ球案内部材46とから構成されている。そこで次に、これら遊技球案内部材45およびセーフ球案内部材46につき説明する。

(遊技球案内部材)
前記遊技部品21における本体30の縦央上端部には、球受け口38,38,38および送出口39を有する天入球口37が成形され(図6参照)、また透視窓部31における正面から視て左側壁面には、左側の球受け部35に臨む球通出口40が開口形成されており、前記遊技球案内部材45は、該本体30の裏側において、前記天入球口37における送出口39の裏側と前記球通出口40の裏側とを連通接続するように取着されている。この遊技球案内部材45は、図4および図5に示すように、遊技盤Jに開口した装着孔17を介して前面側から該遊技盤Jに取着した前記遊技部品21に対して遊技盤Jの裏側から装着されるもので、前記天入球口37における各球受け口38,38,38の何れかに受け止められた遊技球は、送出口39から遊技球案内部材45へ通出された後に前記球通出口40へ案内され、該球通出口40から前記球受け部35へ通出されるようになっている。なお遊技部品21の本体前面には、前記天入球口37に対応した部位に「IN」が表示され、また前記球通出口40に対応した部位に「OUT」が表示され、遊技者が遊技部品21における遊技球の通入出態様を容易に理解し得るようになっている(図2参照)。

前記遊技球案内部材45は、図6および図7を基に詳細に説明すると、上方水平部47と側方垂直部48と下方水平部49とからなる正面略コ字形の樋状部材であって、横断面コ字形の本体部50における前側開口部に蓋部材51をビス等で組付けることで内部に球送出路52が画成されている。従って、球送出路52が中空状に画成されているため、前記装着孔17が遊技球案内部材45と前後に重なったとしても、遊技球の円滑な通出案内を行ない得るようになっている。そして、前記上方水平部47の端部で前方へ開口形成された球流入口53が、前記天入球口37における送出口39の裏側に整合し、前記下方水平部49の端部で側方へ開口形成された球流出口54が、前記透視窓部31における球通出口40の側方に整合するようになっている。また、上方水平部47における先端の内側隅角部には、端部を凹形曲面に形成した複数の案内片55が上下に配設されており、天入球口37の送出口39から後方へ通出されて球流入口53へ臨んだ遊技球を、遊技球案内部材45の上方水平部47内へスムーズに屈折案内するよう構成してある。更に前記側方垂直部48の内部には、壁面から突出した緩衝片56が上下千鳥状に形成されており、該側方垂直部48内を落下する遊技球の勢いを適宜減勢させ得るようになっている。一方、側方垂直部48の下端部には、球通出口40から離間する内側面に、下方水平部49側へ突出した段部57が形成されており、側方垂直部48から下方水平部49方向への遊技球のスムーズな通出案内を図るよう構成
される。

(遊技球案内部材の取着形態)
前述のように構成された遊技球案内部材45は、前記遊技部品21の本体30裏側に対して簡単かつ容易に位置決めして組付け得るようになっている。すなわち、遊技部品21の本体30の裏面には、図5に示すように、前記透視窓部31の上方隅角部近傍に後方へ突出したガイドピン41が一体的に形成され、また該透視窓部31の下方隅角部近傍に嵌合孔42を有するボスが一体的に形成されている。これに対し前記遊技球案内部材45では、上方水平部47と側方垂直部48との連設部位の内側隅角部に、前記ガイドピン41が嵌入する嵌合孔58を有するボスが一体的に形成され、また下方水平部49の球流出口54近傍に、前記嵌合孔42に嵌入するガイドピン59が一体的に突出形成されている。これにより遊技球案内部材45は、前記嵌合孔58とガイドピン41および前記ガイドピン59と嵌合孔42との夫々の嵌合下に遊技部品21の裏側に簡単に位置決めされつつ取着され、これにより球流入口53が天入球口37の送出口39の裏側に自動的に整合すると共に、球流出口54が前記球通出口40に自動的に整合するに至る。なお遊技球案内部材45は、遊技部品21の本体30に取着した状態においては、図4に示すように、前記透視板32よりも後方へ突出しないようになっており、図柄表示装置Kの設置に支障を来たさないよう配慮されている。

また、遊技球案内部材45の下方水平部49における下側には、ビス挿通孔61を形成した取着片60が一体的に成形されており、所定のビスを該ビス挿通孔61を介して遊技盤Jの裏面へ締付け得るようになっている。これにより遊技球案内部材45は、厚み寸法に±0.5mm程度の寸法誤差を有するベニア製の前記遊技盤Jに対し、常に適切な姿勢で安定的に固定される。更に、上方水平部47の先端側方には、前記セーフ球案内部材46によって押圧される固定受片62が一体成形されている。

(セーフ球案内部材)
前記セーフ球案内部材46は、該遊技盤Jの遊技領域19内で発生したセーフ球の好適な排出案内を図るもので、セーフ球の排出処理用の排出カバー部65と、図柄表示装置Kが着脱可能に組付けられるセット台部66とを合わせて合成樹脂成形された1つのカバーセット部材に構成されている。すなわちセーフ球案内部材46は、遊技盤Jの主要部裏面に対応し得る方形枠サイズに成形された本体67において、前記図柄表示装置Kと干渉しない方形開口広さの窓口68が成形されており、この窓口68に沿った左側,右側および下側にセーフ球の通路を画成した樋部69,70,71が形成されている。また、背面から視て左側の樋部69の背面(外面)に中継基板用の設置部72が成形されていると共に、本体67の各部に配線処理用の挿通保持部73や保持片74が形成されている。

このように構成された本実施例の球案内部材Lは、遊技部品21に取着した前記遊技球案内部材45を利用することで、遊技盤Jの裏面に対する前記セーフ球案内部材46の容易な位置決めが可能に構成される。すなわちセーフ球案内部材46の本体67において、上部右側から右側の樋部70に亘って窓口68に臨んだ内側面75は、図3に示すように、前記遊技球案内部材45における上方水平部47および側方垂直部48の外側面63と同一形状に形成されており、セーフ球案内部材46はこの内側面75を外側面63に密着させることで遊技盤Jの裏面に適切に位置決めされる。従って本実施例の遊技盤Jでは、裏面にセーフ球案内部材46を位置決めするためのガイドピンやボス等を別途設ける必要がない。なお、遊技盤Jの裏面に位置決めされたセーフ球案内部材46は、所定のビス等を利用して該遊技盤Jに固定される。

また、セーフ球案内部材46における右側の樋部70の内側面75には、窓口68の内方へ突出した係止片76が一体成形されており、該セーフ球案内部材46を遊技盤Jの裏面に取着した際には、該係止片76が遊技球案内部材45の前記取着片60を押圧するようになる。また、セーフ球案内部材46における前記内側面75の上側端部に隣接した部位が、遊技球案内部材45の前記固定受片62を押圧するようになる。従って遊技球案内部材45は、遊技盤Jの裏面に取着されたセーフ球案内部材46により、がたつくことなく遊技部品21に固定保持される。すなわち、遊技球案内部材45の固定受片62を押圧するセーフ球案内部材46における内側面75の上側端部に隣接した部位が、係止部として機能する。

【実施例の作用】
次に、前述のように構成された本実施例のパチンコ遊技機の球案内部材の作用として、実施の形態,取扱い,設置(組付け)および球通出案内等の状態につき説明する。

(遊技球案内部材の組付け)
ルーター加工により装着孔17を開口した遊技盤Jに対し、前面側から遊技部品21をセットしてビス着した前提において、図8に示すように、該遊技盤Jの裏面側から遊技部品21における本体30の裏側に本実施例の球案内部材Lにおける遊技球案内部材45をセットする。すなわち、遊技部品21におけるガイドピン41を遊技球案内部材45の嵌合孔58に嵌入させると共に、該遊技球案内部材45のガイドピン59を遊技部品21の嵌合孔42へ嵌入させることで、当該遊技球案内部材45は遊技部品21の裏側に仮に組付けセットされる(図5参照)。

(セーフ球案内部材の組付けについて)
遊技部品21に対する遊技球案内部材45の組付けセットが完了したら、前記セーフ球案内部材46を遊技盤Jの裏面に組付ける。この際に、遊技球案内部材45の外側面63にセーフ球案内部材46の内側面75を整合密着させれば、遊技盤Jに対する該セーフ球案内部材46の位置決めが完了する。そして、前記外側面63と内側面75とが整合密着した状態で遊技盤Jへビス着することで、遊技盤Jに対するセーフ球案内部材46の組付けセットが完了する(図3参照)。この際に、遊技盤Jに取着固定されたセーフ球案内部材46により、前記遊技球案内部材45の取着片60および固定受片62が押圧され、該遊技球案内部材45が遊技部品21に対して好適に固定セットされる。これにより、前記球流入口53が天入球口37の送出口39の裏側に整合すると共に、前記球流出口54が球通出口40に整合する。

前記遊技球案内部材45およびセーフ球案内部材46の組付けセットが完了したら、該セーフ球案内部材46のセット台部66を利用して図柄表示装置K等を組付ける。このとき前記遊技球案内部材45が、遊技部品21の透視板32より後方へ突出していないので、図柄表示装置Kの図柄表示面が透視板32に近接する(図4参照)。

(遊技球の通出態様について)
このように構成された本実施例のパチンコ機Pでは、在来のものと同様の実施態様において、遊技操作に基づく球送り装置Gの球送り作動と打球発射装置Hにおける打球発射作動との協働により、遊技球が1球ずつ発射位置に送込まれて遊技領域19内へ打出され、図2中の始動入賞口20,入賞装置24の特別入賞口26および普通入賞口28に入るセーフ球と、アウト口29に回収されるアウト球とに区分されるパチンコゲームを行なうことができる。そして、前記各入賞口20,26,28へ入ったセーフ球は、遊技盤Jの裏面に取着した前記セーフ球案内部材46によって機構セット盤に配設されたセーフ球処理装置へ通出案内される。
