Claims (7)
- 底面と4つの側面とからなる凹部である電子機器の電池収容部に着脱自在に取り付けられる電池パックの一側面に設けられた電極部と、該電子機器の内蔵回路基板の電源ラインと、を導通させる接触ピンであって、
前記接触ピンは、
前記電池収容部の4つの側面のうちの一の側面に配置されるケースと、
前記ケースに装着される複数の並列配置されたピン本体とからなり、
前記ピン本体のそれぞれは、
板バネ材を少なくとも2つ以上のつづら折部を有するよう折り曲げ成形してなるとともに、前記電池収容部の底面に沿った方向に屈伸可能に配置される弾性部と、
前記弾性部の一端側に折り曲げ成形されてなり、この折り曲げた部分を先端として前記ケース外に露出するように設けられるとともに、前記電池パックの電極部に前記先端が接触する接点部と、
前記弾性部の他端側に設けられ、前記内蔵回路基板の電源ラインに接続される接続部とからなり、
前記ケースが配置された一の側面は、前記電池パックの電極部から前記接点部の先端に押圧力を作用させながら前記電池収容部内に電池パックが収容されたときに、前記電池パックの一側面と対向する側面であり、
前記電池パックの電極部から前記接点部の先端に押圧力が作用したときに、当該接点部は、前記電池収容部の底面に対して横方向に円弧を描くように押し込まれ、前記電極部の表面を摺動すること
を特徴とする接触ピン。 - 前記接点部は逆U形に折れ曲がってなり、その先端部には内側曲げ部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の接触ピン。
- 前記接点部の幅は、前記弾性部の幅より狭幅に成形されていることを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2に記載の接触ピン。
- 前記板バネ材はM形あるいはW形に折り曲げ成形してなることを特徴とする請求項1〜3いずれか1項に記載の接触ピン。
- 前記ケースの底面側には、当該ケースの樹脂成形時にインサート成形された金属板製のターミナルが設けられていること
を特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の接触ピン。 - 前記ケースの底面側には前記ピン本体を挿入するための溝が設けられており、
前記ピン本体は、
前記弾性部の他端側の側方に連接されるとともに、前記溝から挿入することにより前記ピン本体を前記ケースに圧入装着させるための装着部を有し、
前記接続部は、前記装着部に連接されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4いずれか1項に記載の接触ピン。 - 前記電子機器は携帯電話機であることを特徴とする請求項1〜6いずれか1項に記載の接触ピン。
