Description

【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The former of the conventional adhesive dust removers is thick and has a three-dimensional outer shape, and is not suitable for being carried in a pocket or bag. In addition, the adhesive roll paper must be a dedicated one suitable for the handle, and a commercially available adhesive tape for packing cannot be used. Dedicated adhesive roll paper is relatively expensive.
In the latter case, the adhesive cannot be regenerated even if the adhesiveness is reduced by using the dust adhering to the adhesive surface, and no consideration is given to the replacement of the adhesive paper.
Therefore, the present invention is not bulky even when stored in a pocket or bag, can be easily carried, can be replenished with a commercially available adhesive tape, can be used repeatedly, and can easily store dust and surroundings when being carried. It is an object of the present invention to provide an adhesive dust remover at low cost with a simple configuration that does not adhere to objects and the like, does not bother the removal.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, the adhesive dust remover 1 is configured by including a pair of covering plates 2 and 3 and a tape winding piece 5 hinged thereto. The pair of cover plates 2 and 3 are hinged to each other on one end side, and opposed surfaces in a state of being superposed on each other are made to be hard-to-stick surfaces 2a and 3a. One end of the tape wrapping piece 5 is hinged to the hard-to-adhere surfaces 2a, 3a of the pair of cover plates 2, 3. The adhesive tape 6 can be wound around the tape winding piece 5 with the adhesive surface facing outward. When the pair of covering plates 2 and 3 are polymerized, the tape winding piece 5 is covered with the covering plates 2 and 3 together with the wound adhesive tape 6. It is carried in a state where the cover plates 2 and 3 are closed, and the tape winding piece 5 is exposed together with the adhesive tape 6 in an open state. The adhesive tape 6 can be replenished with a commercially available packaging adhesive tape or the like and used repeatedly.
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In FIG. 1, an adhesive dust remover 1 is provided with a pair of cover plates 2 and 3 formed of a relatively robust cardboard or hard synthetic resin, or a rectangular plate covered with a cover material as a core material. The cover plates 2 and 3 are hinged to each other at one end side, and can be bent in one direction and the other direction around the hinge side. On the inner sides facing each other when the cover plates 2 and 3 are folded in one direction, hard-to-adhere surfaces 2a and 3a to which the adhesive tape is difficult to stick are formed.
[0006]
One end of the tape wrapping piece 5 is hinged together with the cover plates 2 and 3 to the hinge portion 4 of the cover plates 2 and 3. When the cover plates 2 and 3 are folded in one direction , the tape winding piece 5 is covered with the cover plates 2 and 3 together with the adhesive tape 6 wound around the tape. At the upper end portion of the tape winding piece 5, there is a bag-shaped holding portion 5 a that holds and locks the winding start end portion of the adhesive tape 6. In addition, the clamping part 5a should just be what can latch the winding start end part of an adhesive tape, and may be comprised so that it may clamp between a pair of plate-shaped piece which opposes. When the tape winding piece 5 is sandwiched between the covering plates 2 and 3, the width of the adhesive tape in the winding direction is particularly large so that the outer edge is disposed inside the outer edges of the covering plates 2 and 3. It is set smaller than the width of. For this reason, in a state where the tape winding piece 5 is sandwiched between the covering plates 2 and 3, the used portion of the adhesive tape 6 is peeled off from the tape winding piece 5 and extended to the outside of the covering plates 2 and 3. When pressed against the edges of 2 and 3 and cut, the cut end part slightly protrudes from the end edge of the tape winding piece 5. This protrusion becomes a clue when the used part of the tape is peeled off next time.
[0007]
The adhesive tape 6 is flatly wound around the tape winding piece 5 a plurality of times with the adhesive surface facing outward. As the adhesive tape 6, a commercially available adhesive tape for packing can be used, but it is not limited to this.
[0008]
A rubber band 7 is attached to the cover plates 2 and 3, and the cover plates 2 and 3 are bound together when not in use as shown in FIG.
[0009]
In the adhesive dust remover 1 of the present embodiment, since the cover plates 2 and 3 having a small thickness and the tape wrapping piece 5 are overlapped, they are planar and do not become bulky. Therefore, it is suitable for storage in a pocket, a bag, etc., and can be carried easily when going out. When storing, the front and back of the adhesive tape 6 can be covered by folding the covering plates 2 and 3 and sandwiching the tape wrapping piece 5 wound with the adhesive tape 6 between them. Therefore, the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 does not come into contact with other articles or storage units, so that the troublesomeness of taking out can be avoided, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive force of the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 can be maintained. Further, even if the adhesive tape 6 comes into contact with the cover plates 2 and 3, they are not firmly adhered to each other by the hard-to-adhere surfaces 2 a and 3 a, do not hinder the opening of the cover plates 2 and 3, and the adhesive force of the adhesive tape 6 Does not decrease.
[0010]
In order to remove dust such as lint, fibers and pills attached to the required location with this adhesive dust remover 1, the rubber band 7 is removed, the cover plates 2 and 3 are folded in the other direction, opened and wound with tape. The adhesive tape 6 wound around the piece 5 is exposed. Adhesive tape 6 is pressed against the surface of clothes and the like, and dust is adhered. The adhesive tape 6 is reinforced with the tape wrapping piece 5 as a core material, so that it can be used with appropriate rigidity.
[0011]
Since the cover plates 2 and 3 are bent in the other direction to expose the tape winding piece 5, the adhesive tape 6 can use the front and back portions of the tape winding piece 5. When the adhesive force is reduced due to dust adhering to the adhesive surface, the used adhesive surface can be exposed by peeling off the used part and cutting it off, so that it can be used continuously. At this time, as shown in FIG. 3, if the used part of the adhesive tape 6 is peeled off and pressed against the upper and lower edges 2b and 3b of the cover plates 2 and 3, the cuts are aligned and straight and clean and easy. Can be cut out. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 is used up, a commercially available pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 6 can be replenished by winding it around the tape winding piece 5 a plurality of times.
[0012]
FIG. 4 shows an adhesive dust remover 8 according to another embodiment. In this adhesive dust remover 8, a tape winding piece 12 is provided on one of a pair of cover plates 9, 10 hinged to each other. That is, the tape wrapping piece 12 is hinged to the adjacent edge 9 c of the part different from the hinged part 11 in the cover plate 9. Inside the covering plates 9 and 10, a hook and loop fastener 14 is provided as a locking means for engaging with each other and maintaining the superposition state.
[0013]
Also in the adhesive dust remover 8, the cover plates 9, 10 and the tape winding piece 12 having a small thickness can be overlapped and stored compactly. When storing, the front and back of the adhesive tape 13 wound around the tape winding piece 12 is covered with the covering plates 9 and 10. The adhesive tape 13 is not firmly attached to the cover plates 9 and 10 by the hardly adhesive surfaces 9a and 10a. If the adhesive tape 13 is exposed by removing the surface fasteners 14 and 14 and opening the cover plates 9 and 10 in other directions , dust can be attached. The adhesive tape 13 can use the front and back portions of the tape wrapping piece 12, and when the adhesive force decreases due to dust adhering to the adhesive surface, the used portion is peeled off to remove the edges 9 b of the covering plates 9, 10. It can be cut out at 10b and replaced with a new adhesive surface below. When the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 13 is used up, a commercially available pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 13 can be newly wound around the tape winding piece 12 to be replenished.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the adhesive dust remover can be configured to be compact in a planar manner, and can be easily carried without being bulky even when stored in a pocket or a bag. Commercially available adhesive tape for adhering dust can be replenished. Since the pressure-sensitive adhesive tape can be covered with a cover plate when being carried, dust, surrounding storage items, and the like are not easily attached, and there is no troublesome removal. It has an effect that it can be provided at a low cost with a simple configuration.
If the winding start end portion of the adhesive tape is sandwiched and locked to the holding portion of the tape winding piece, one end portion of the adhesive tape can be fixed, and the adhesive tape can be easily wound.
If the edge which presses and cut | disconnects an adhesive tape to a coating plate is provided, the used part of an adhesive tape can be cut | disconnected cleanly and easily.
If the covering plate is provided with a locking means, inadvertent development can be reliably prevented.
