本発明は、アルミサッシの新製品及び既に建設されている建造物に設置されているアルミサッシ製品の改造工事(中枠、外枠、内枠の切除)等に適した工具として、アルミサッシから突出するレールを切断して除去するレール切断具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
現在ビル、マンション等のアルミサッシによる窓ガラスを今までのものから防音ガラスや防滴ガラス等にへんこうするには工事方法が二通りある。
A 窓枠から全てのアルミサッシを枠ごと取り外して捨て、新しい防音、防滴ガラスが入ったアルミサッシを新たに取り付ける。
B 現在設置されているアルミサッシの枠の一部である中枠などのレール状の金属を切断改良して、防音、防滴ガラスが入った枠のみを交換する方法。
Aは多大な経費(労働力、異形職種によるもの、安全対策)がかかる。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の第1特徴構成は、アルミサッシから突出するレールを切断して除去するレール切断具であって、
前記レールを挟んでその両側面に当接自在な一対の棒状体を、ブロックの一側面に間隔を置いて並べた状態でその一側面から突設し、前記一対の棒状体を並べた方向に沿って前記ブロックの他側面から延設したハンドルを設けて、前記一対の棒状体で前記レールを挟んだ状態で前記ハンドルを前記レールの左右横方向に回動させることによって、アルミサッシにおけるレール接合部分を切断可能にしてあることにある。
本発明の第2特徴構成は、前記ハンドルは、前記ブロックに対してネジ式で取付けてあり、その長手方向に分割して互いに連結可能に構成してあることにある。
本発明の第3特徴構成は、前記ブロックの前記レールに対向する側面に、プラスチックの板を貼設してあることにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明は以上のような構造であるから、これを使用するときは、図2にあるように2本の円柱状の棒状体2の間に切りたいレール状で断面が凸状のアルミサッシ枠7等の上の部分をはさみ、取っ手を握って左右に30度ほど動かすと、テコの応用で接合部分が1回に焼く2センチメートル切れる。このやり方を繰り返すことによって簡単にレール状で断面が凸状の金属のレール部の上部7を下部から接合部分を切断できる。

【実施例】
以下の3つの実施例の本発明工具の使い方は同じだが、その形状を詳しく説明すると、
第1実施例・・・レール状で断面が凸状の普通のアルミサッシ等のレール部の上部7を下部から接合部分を切る場合
(イ) 鋼鉄製の直方体のブロック1の下部に約25ミリの間隔をおいて2か所穴を開け、円柱状のステンレスの棒状体2を取り付ける。
(ロ) ブロック1の前後部には棒状体2を固定させるための穴をあけ、セットボルト4を取り付ける。これによって取り外しもできる。
(ハ) イのブロックの横の部分に鋼鉄製の円柱状のハンドル3をネジ式で取り付ける。ハンドルには滑らないように網目状の刻みを入れ滑り止めとする。
(ニ) ブロック1の下面には傷止めにプラスチックの板5を貼る。
第2実施例・・・材質が厚く切り難いものを切る場合やサッシに幅がありハンドルが操作しにくい場合
第1例のものに材質が軽いアルミニュームのハンドルをネジ式で3本つなげることにより、テコの加圧を加減させ切りやすくしたもの6を使う。
第3実施例・・・断面がT状など、アルミサッシのレールの形が異なり、円柱状の棒状体が使えない場合
第1例のものに形状の異なる棒状体・・・凸状のもの8を取り付けることにより、断面がT状のアルミサッシのレールとその棒状体が隙間なく密着するようになる。それによってハンドルを左右に操作することにより、テコの応用で断面がT状アルミサッシのレールの接合部分も切れるようにしたもの、

【本発明の効果】
この切断工具を使って切ると粉塵や騒音がほとんどなく、中枠等のアルミサッシのレールを除去するのに3メートルを20分程度ですみ、作業効率が極めてよい。更に工具自体軽量であるので、作業しやすく持ち運びにも便利である。従って窓ガラスを防音、防滴ガラスに変える場合、安価で短時間にできる。
