従来、３つ折り隠蔽葉書としては、同じ巾の上紙片と中紙片と下紙片とが折目線を介して連接された帳票を折目線にてＺ状に３つ折りして中紙片と下紙片間を剥離可能に接着し、下紙片の折目線と対向する側端の下側の角部に、下紙片を中紙片から剥離して見開くための三角形状の開封用切欠が形成された構成の隠蔽葉書、ないしは、狭巾の上紙片と中紙片と下紙片とが折目線を介して連接された帳票を折目線にてＺ状に３つ折りして中紙片と下紙片間が剥離可能に接着され、上紙片の折目線と対向する側端に沿って中紙片が表出しており、下紙片の折目線と対向する側端の下側の角部に、下紙片を中紙片から剥離して見開くための三角形状の開封用切欠が形成された構成の隠蔽葉書（例えば、特許文献１参照）が知られている。しかしながら、上記のような構成の隠蔽葉書では、開封用切欠が下紙片の側端の下側の角部に三角形状に形成されている構成であるため、指で触っただけでは開封用切欠の箇所が判り難く、且つ開封用切欠が小さいため切欠に対応する中紙片を掴んで中紙片と下紙片を剥離させるのが難いという欠点がある。
