Description

【0001】

The hooking claw 200 is positioned in the vicinity of the claw receiving portion 100 of the housing 10 and then the detachable button 201 is released to engage the hooking claw 200 with the claw receiving portion 100. Further, when removing the cover 2, by pressing the detachable button 201 of the both hooks 20 so as to be sandwiched, the engagement between the hooking claw 200 and the claw receiving part 100 is released and the cover 2 is pulled toward the front side. This is performed by releasing the fitting between the concave portion and the convex portion 23.
[0035]
The cover 2 is integrally provided with a discharge portion 5 located in the upper part of the space between the body treatment apparatus main body 1 and the cover 2, and a treatment agent container for storing a treatment agent is provided below the discharge portion 5. 3 is detachably attached. In this way, by providing the cover 2 detachably attached to the body hair treatment instrument main body 1, providing the pressure treatment means 4 on the body hair treatment instrument body 1, and providing the treatment agent container 3 and the discharge part 5 on the cover 2, When the cover 2 is attached or detached, the pressurizing means 4 provided with a complicated mechanism such as a spring does not get in the way, and the cover 2 provided with the discharge part 5 and the treatment agent container 3 can be easily attached and detached.
[0036]
Further, the pressurizing means 4 in this example uses a pressing plate 40 that sandwiches the treatment agent container 3 with the inner surface of the cover 2, a pair of upper and lower compression coil springs 41, 41, and a spring. The presser plate 40 is covered by the urging force of the springs 41 and 41 and the actuators 42 and 42 disposed between the outer surface of the body hair treatment device main body 1 and the presser plate 40. Therefore, when the processing agent container 3 is disposed between the cover 2 and the pressing plate 40, the processing agent container 3 is always in a pressurized state.
[0037]
7 and 8, the actuator 42 includes a spring 420 and links 421 and 422, and a connecting shaft 423 that connects the links 421 and 422 is formed by a pair of left and right actuators 42 and 42. The connecting shaft 423 protrudes toward the holding plate 40 by the biasing of one end of the link 421 by the spring 420.
[0038]
As shown in FIGS. 9, 11, and 12, the discharge unit 5 includes a base unit 57, a head unit 50 including a rib 501 that slide-engages with an arc-shaped groove 572 on the side surface of the base unit 57, Springs 55, 55 arranged between the head unit 50 and biasing the head unit 50 upward, a movable body 52 arranged in the head unit 50 so as to be movable up and down, and a lower part of the head unit 50 Between the receiving member 54 fixed to the base member 57, the connection port 540 of the receiving member 54 and the base portion 57.connectIt consists of a tube 56 having flexibility and balls 51 respectively disposed in a plurality of discharge ports 500 provided on the upper end surface of the head portion 50, and the upper end opening diameter d 1 of the discharge port 500 is larger than the diameter D of the ball 51. The movable body 52 that is small and has a lower opening diameter d2 of the discharge port 500 that is larger than the diameter D of the ball 51 and is biased upward by a spring 53 disposed between the receiving member 54 and the movable body 52. Each said ball | bowl 51 is received rotatably. Further, a connecting piece 573 having a hook 573a that engages with a hook engaging hole 910, which will be described later, and a connecting shaft 570 are provided below the base portion 57. The connection shaft 570 has a connection hole 574 formed therein, and the outer diameter of the distal end portion of the connection shaft 570 is formed to be smaller than the outer diameter of the base portion of the connection shaft 570 as shown in FIG. In the figure, reference numeral 571 denotes an O-ring that is attached to the outer periphery of the connection shaft 570 to which the connection port 9 of the treatment agent container 3 is detachably connected and seals with the connection port 9.
[0039]
Further, the shaft portion 520 that protrudes below the movable body 52 penetrates the receiving member 54 and protrudes below the connection port 540, and functions as a check valve 521 at the lower end portion of the shaft portion 520. An O-ring is attached. In the figure, reference numeral 541 denotes an O-ring for sealing between the outer periphery of the receiving member 54 and the inner periphery of the head portion 50, and 560 is formed of a flexible rubber body and is disposed in the tube 56. A tube core 561 having a small flow passage cross-sectional area is arranged in the base portion 57, and the cross-sectional area of the internal flow passage from the lower connection shaft 570 to the tube 56 in the base portion 57 is reduced to reduce the amount of the processing agent. A hollow pipe with a constant flow rate. Further, in particular, in the present embodiment, the hollow pipe 561 is set so that the discharge amount of the treatment agent in the vicinity of the hair processing unit 6 is 0.01 to 1.00 g / min. Thus, the discharge amount of the processing agentTheBy setting it to 0.01 g / min or more, the treatment agent can give the skin a refreshing feeling or moist feeling, and by setting the discharge amount to 1 g / min or less, preventing the skin from sticking to the treatment agent. Can do.
[0040]
In the discharge unit 5, as shown in FIG. 13, the head unit 50 is urged upward by a spring 55 with respect to the base unit 57, and the movable body 52 and the ball 51 are moved upward with respect to the head unit 50. In this state, the check valve 521 is closed and the ball 51 closes the discharge port 500. However, if the upper end of the head unit 50 is pressed against the skin, the ball as shown in FIG. 51 and the movable body 52 sink against the spring 53 to open the discharge port 500 and open the check valve 521. For this purpose, the inside of the treatment agent container 3 pressurized by the pressurizing means 4 is provided. The processing agent passes through the base port 57 and the tube 56 from the connection port 9 and through the open check valve 521 and the space between the inner surface of the head unit 50 and the outer surface where the groove of the movable body 52 is formed. Discharge port 500 It is discharged to the Luo outside. If the upper end of the head unit 50 is further pressed against the skin, a float operation in which the head unit 50 sinks against the spring 55 is performed.
[0041]
Since the processing agent container 3 is constantly pressurized by the pressurizing means 4, the processing agent is always pushed out toward the head unit 50 of the discharge unit 5, but the upper end surface of the head unit 50 is not pressed against the skin. Means that the treatment agent is not discharged. Further, even when used not only upward but also downward or sideways, a stable discharge amount of the treatment agent can be maintained, and the treatment agent can be uniformly applied to the skin.
[0042]
FIG. 10 shows a state when the processing agent in the processing agent container 3 is reduced, and FIGS. 15 to 17 show states when all the processing agent is discharged. As shown in FIG. 16, when the treatment agent is exhausted, a control drive circuit in the main body 1 is mounted so that the pressing plate 40 switches the contact point by pressing the detection switch 49 attached to the hair treatment device main body 1. Since the light emitting diode 130 mounted on the substrate 13 is turned on and this lighting can be visually recognized through the light transmitting portion in the cover 2, the user can know that it is time to replace the treatment agent container 3. In addition, it is preferable that the holding plate 40 is larger than the width of the processing agent container 3 and the positioning locking portions 105 and 106 with respect to the main body 1 are located outside the processing agent container 3. This is because the remaining amount of the processing agent in the processing agent container 3 can be reduced. For the same reason, the surface of the pressure plate 40 that contacts the treatment agent container 3 has the same shape as the inner surface of the cover 2. In addition, a portion between the upper end of the pressing plate 40 and the connection port portion 9 made of a rigid body of the processing agent container 3 connected to the connection shaft 570 of the discharge unit 5 is a portion that cannot be squeezed by the pressing plate 40. As for this portion, as shown in FIG. 15, the ribs 17 may be protruded from the main body 1 and the cover 2.
[0043]
Furthermore, with respect to the pair of upper and lower springs 41 and 41 that pressurize the treatment agent container 3, the lower spring 41 may be strengthened. This is because the processing agent can be pushed out from the lower end side of the processing agent container 3.
[0044]
In the above example, the main body 1 is provided with the hair processing unit 6 for shaving, but as shown in FIG. 20, a hair removal claw 71 that is opened and closed by a hair removal block 70 that is rotationally driven by a motor is provided. The provided hair removal treatment unit 7 for hair removal may be provided.
[0045]
The treatment agent container 3 of the shaving and depilation body hair treatment device is filled with the following treatment agent in order to care for the skin during the body hair treatment.
[0046]
The treating agent is mainly composed of a lower alcohol and water, and an example of specific components of the treating agent is given below. The components of the treatment agent include at least about 60% by weight of alcohol, 2.5% by weight of oil component, and 0.2% by weight of fragrance (others are moisture). Moreover, the processing agent comprised from 10 to 60 weight% of alcohol composition ratios, and alcohol and water may be sufficient. In this way, the processing agent is mainly composed of lower alcohol and water, and all the components of the processing agent are composed of volatile components or liquid components, so that the processing agent is discharged from the processing agent container 3 inside the processing agent supply unit 6 to the outside. Since the processing agent in the flow path and the processing agent container 3 before the fixing does not adhere, a stable discharge amount can be obtained. Even if the hair processing device is used for a long period of time, the treatment agent does not clog in the hair processing device. Even if the treatment agent is applied to the skin, the skin does not become sticky, and the user does not have to wash the face with water.
[0047]
To replace the treatment agent container 3, the cover 2 is removed by releasing the engagement with the main body 1 by pushing the detachable button 201 on the cover 2 against the spring bias as described above, and the old treatment agent container 3 is removed. Thereafter, the connection port 9 of the new treatment agent container 3 is connected to the connection shaft 570 of the discharge unit 5 and the cover 2 is mounted again. Since the total volume of the flow path from the treatment agent container 3 to the discharge port 500 and the cross-sectional area of the flow path are made small, the amount of wasteful treatment agent staying in the discharge portion 5 is small. Even when the agent container 3 is loaded and used, the treatment agent is immediately discharged. The connection between the connection port portion 9 of the treatment agent container 3 and the connection shaft 570 of the discharge portion 5 will be described in detail later.
[0048]
The treatment agent container 3 has the following configuration in order to prevent the treatment agent in the treatment agent container 3 from spilling when the treatment agent container 3 is replaced. Hereinafter, the treatment agent container 3 will be described in detail.
[0049]
FIG. 21 shows the treatment agent container 3 removed from the discharge unit 5. In the following description, the arrow B in the figure is the width direction of the container body 31, and the arrow C is the thickness direction of the container body 31.
[0050]
The processing agent container 3 has a flat and flexible bag, and this bag is used as a container body 31 filled with the processing agent. Thus, by making the container main body 31 into a flexible bag, the treatment agent in the treatment agent container 3 can be easily supplied to the vicinity of the body hair treatment unit 6 simply by compressing the treatment agent container 3. Further, in the state where the processing agent container 3 is attached, in addition to the container body 31 being a flexible bag as described above, the downstream of the processing agent container 3 is hermetically sealed. Will be able to.
[0051]
A connection port 9 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 22 is attached to the upper end opening of the container body 31. The connection port 9 has a substantially rectangular plane shape. The direction parallel to the rectangular short side of the connection port 9 is defined as the thickness direction of the connection port 9, and the direction parallel to the long side is defined as the width direction of the connection port 9. Further, the width direction and the thickness direction of the connection port portion 9 coincide with the width direction and the thickness direction of the container body 31 described above, and coincide with the width direction and the thickness direction of the processing agent container.
[0052]
An upper portion of the connection port portion 9 has an I-shaped coupling body 91 having grooves on both side surfaces, and a substantially cylindrical cylindrical body 92 is provided at the lower end portion of the coupling body 91. A welded portion 920 is provided on the circumferential surface of the upper end portion of the cylindrical body 92, and the bonded body 91 is attached to the opening of the container main body 31 by thermally welding the container main body 31 to the welded portion 920. An opening / closing valve mounting groove 921 is provided immediately below the welded portion 920 on the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 92.Surroundingis doing. Further, the lower end portion of the cylindrical body 92 is formed so that the outer diameter becomes smaller as going downward, and an inclined surface 923 is formed on the outer periphery of the lower end portion of the cylindrical body 92.
[0053]
A through-hole 93 penetrating in the vertical direction is provided in the connection port portion 9, and the upper end portion of the through-hole 93 is an upper opening 95 and the lower end portion is a lower opening 96. The through hole 93 includes an upper hole 93a at the upper end, a middle hole 93b having a smaller diameter than the upper hole 93a at the center, and a lower hole 93c having a smaller diameter than the middle hole 93b at the lower end. A hook storing groove recessed outward in the width direction of the connection port 9 at the upper end of the inner peripheral wall of the upper hole 93a94Hook storage groove94The lower end of each of the joints 91 is opened at the upper end of the groove on both sides of the combined body 91, and this opening serves as a hook engaging hole 910 in which the hook 573 of the discharge section 5 is detachably engaged.
[0054]
Abutting protrusions 924 projecting toward the outer side in the thickness direction of the connection port 9 (thickness direction of the container body 31) at both ends in the thickness direction of the connection port 9 of the inclined surface 923 of the cylindrical body 92 of the connection port 9. Is provided.
[0055]
An opening / closing valve 33 having elasticity as shown in FIGS. 22 and 23 is detachably provided in the lower opening 96 of the connection port 9. The on-off valve 33 has a bottomed cylindrical shape, and includes a bottomed portion 330 and a cylindrical portion 331 protruding upward from the outer peripheral end of the bottomed portion 330. An engagement protrusion 333 that protrudes inward is provided at the upper end of the cylindrical portion 331 and engages with the on-off valve mounting groove 921 of the connection port 9 described above, thereby connecting the on-off valve 33 to the connection port portion. 9 is attached. A hemispherical body 332 is provided in the center of the upper surface of the bottomed portion 330 with the curved surface up. The hemispherical body 332 is used as a thick portion of the on-off valve 33 that seals the lower opening 96 of the connection port portion 9. The part other than the thick part of the valve 33 is a thin part. That is, the thin portion is a portion that is easily elastically deformed, and the thick portion is a portion that is difficult to elastically deform. The on-off valve 33 presses the outer peripheral surface of the hemispherical body 332 against the lower opening 96 of the connection port 9 by the elasticity of the thin portion, thereby closing the lower opening 96 of the connecting port 9 by the outer peripheral surface of the hemispherical body 332. Yes. That is, the lower opening 96 of the connection port 9 is closed. By providing the opening / closing valve 33 in the connection port portion 9 as described above, the connection port portion 9 can be closed by the opening / closing valve 33, and even if the treatment agent container 3 is tilted, the treatment agent is not spilled and is easy to use. . Further, since the on-off valve 33 has elasticity, even if the hair treatment device vibrates in a state where the treatment agent container 3 is attached to the treatment agent supply portion, the contact point between the treatment agent supply portion and the treatment agent container is reduced. It is possible to prevent clogging of the flow path of the processing agent due to wear and the like, and the opening / closing valve 33 is shaved.
[0056]
Further, in this case, the tip end surface of the contact projection 924 provided on the inclined surface 923 of the cylindrical body 92 of the connection port portion 9 is the container body 31 of the thin portion (cylindrical portion 331) of the on-off valve 33 as shown in FIG. The thin wall portion is not deformed in the direction in which the container main body 31 sandwiches the thin wall portion, and the thick wall portion is not easily displaced in the thickness direction of the processing agent container 3 or is displaced. I try not to. By adopting such a configuration, when the processing agent container 3 is replaced, the processing agent container 3 in the vicinity of the on-off valve 33 is held so as to be sandwiched in the same direction as the thickness direction of the container body 3 that the user can easily hold. In addition, the thick portion of the on-off valve 33 is not deformed, and it is possible to prevent the processing agent in the processing agent container 3 from leaking from the connection port portion 9 at the time of replacement. In particular, by providing the contact projection 924 in the connection port portion 9, even if a force is applied to the thin portion in the same direction as the thickness direction of the container body 31, the thin portion is not deformed. The structure can prevent the thick portion from being deformed, and the inclined surface 923 (the portion other than both end portions in the thickness direction of the connection port portion 9) not provided with the contact protrusion 924 and the cylindrical portion 331 of the on-off valve 33. Since a gap is formed between the inner side and the inner side, a gap is formed between the thin portion and the connection port portion 9 where the contact protrusion 924 is not provided. Other than the thickness direction of 31, it becomes easy to deform, and when the thick portion is pushed from above, it can be elastically deformed with less force.
[0057]
At the center of the hemispherical body 332 is provided a cross-shaped cross projection 334 that protrudes upward in a plan view. The orthogonal pieces of the cross projection 334 extend in parallel to the width direction and the thickness direction of the connection port 9, respectively. ing. In this embodiment, the upper end surface of the cross projection 334 is the contact surface 338 of the on-off valve 33, and the distance between the contact surface 338 and the upper surface of the hemisphere 332 is 0.2 to 3 mm. A gap between a lower end surface (contact surface) of a connection shaft 570 that comes into contact with a contacted surface 338 described later and a surface facing the lower end surface (contact surface) of the connection shaft 570 of the hemisphere 332 of the on-off valve is 0. It is set to 2-3 mm. In the plan view of the bottomed portion 330, a communication hole is formed in a portion located outside in the width direction of the connection port portion 9 of the hemisphere 332.335Is provided.
[0058]
The on-off valve 33 is preferably formed of at least one material selected from the group consisting of ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), and fluorine rubber. Thus, by forming the on-off valve 33 with ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM), nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), or fluorine rubber, the chemical resistance of the on-off valve 33 can be improved. Also, ethylene propylene rubber (EPDM) ), Nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR), and fluoro rubber have low alcohol permeability, and therefore, when a treatment agent containing alcohol as described above is used, volatilization of alcohol can be prevented.
[0059]
In addition, in the state where the processing agent container 3 is removed from the processing agent supply unit, the upper opening 95 of the connection port 9 has a plug cap 8 so as to block the connection port 9 and prevent the processing agent from leaking out. Is detachably attached. As shown in FIGS. 20, 21, and 24, the stopper cap 8 includes a head portion 80 on a circular plate and a columnar column portion 81 that protrudes downward from a central portion of the head portion 80 in plan view. A through hole is formed in the lower part of the peripheral side surface of the cylindrical portion 8193A projecting piece 810 having a diameter substantially the same as that of the projection 810 and projecting outward is provided. In the present embodiment, a plurality of protrusions 810 (two in the figure) are provided around the protrusions 810 in the vertical direction, and the protrusions 810 can be fitted in the upper holes 93a of the connection ports. This seals the through hole 93 in a sealed state. Thus, in the state where the processing agent container 3 is removed from the processing agent supply unit, the connection port 9 can be blocked by attaching the stopper cap 8 so that the processing agent can be prevented from leaking further. Moreover, it is possible to prevent dust and the like from entering the connection port portion 9 from the outside by attaching the plug cap 8.
[0060]
When the treatment agent container 3 is attached to the connection shaft 570 of the discharge unit 5 constituting the main body of the treatment agent supply unit, as shown in FIG. 25, the connection shaft below the base portion 57 is inserted into the through hole 93 of the connection port portion 9. While inserting 570, the connecting piece 573 of the discharge part 5 is put into the hook accommodation groove 94, and the hook 573a is engaged with the hook engaging hole 910. In this state, the O-ring 571 provided on the connection shaft 570 is positioned in the middle hole 93b of the connection port 9 so that the processing agent below the O-ring 571 does not leak to the outside. By attaching the treatment agent container 3 to the connection shaft 570 as described above, the contact surface 578 which is the lower end surface of the connection shaft 570 hits the contact surface 338 of the cross protrusion 334 of the on-off valve 33 and pushes the cross protrusion 334 downward. The thin portion of the on-off valve 33 is deformed to push the thick portion downward, and a gap is formed between the outer peripheral surface of the thick portion and the lower end surface of the cylindrical body 92 of the connection port portion 9. By forming this gap, the inside of the processing agent container 3 and the connection hole 574 of the connection shaft 570 are communicated with each other. In other words, when the treatment agent container 3 is compressed, the flow of the treatment agent is shown in the figure.ArrowAs shown in FIG.335, The gap between the thick wall portion and the lower end of the cylindrical body 92 of the connection port 9, the gap between the cross projections 334 orthogonal to each other in plan view, enter the connection hole 574 of the connection shaft and enter the body hair treatment portion 6 will be supplied with a processing agent. As described above, since the opening / closing valve 33 opens and closes the connection port 9 simply by detaching the processing agent container 3 from the processing agent supply unit, the processing agent container 3 can be easily attached to the processing agent supply unit with a small force. . In addition, since the on-off valve 33 is opened and closed by utilizing the elastic deformation of the thin-walled portion, the on-off valve 33 can be opened and closed with a small force, and the connection port portion 9 is securely sealed by the thick-walled portion that is difficult to deform. Can do. In addition, by forming the thick part in a hemispherical shape, when the connection port part 9 is opened and closed, the thick part is shifted with respect to the connection part 9, or the shape of the thin part is slightly changed due to variations in molding, etc. Moreover, the circular connection port part 9 can be reliably sealed by the hemispherical thick part. Furthermore, since the on-off valve 33 has elasticity, even if the hair treatment device vibrates due to vibration of a motor or the like in a state where the treatment agent container 3 is attached to the treatment agent supply unit, the connection shaft 570 which is a treatment agent supply unit. There is little wear at the contact portion of the treatment agent container 3 with the on-off valve 33, and no clogging occurs in the treatment agent flow path, and the discharge amount of the treatment agent can be stabilized. Further, by forming the thick wall portion in a hemispherical shape, when the connection port 9 is opened and closed, the thick wall portion is displaced with respect to the connection port portion 9, or the thin wall portion is slightly changed in shape due to variations in molding or the like. Even if it does, the circular connection port part 9 can be reliably sealed by a hemispherical thick part. The clearance between the contact surface 578 of the connecting shaft 570 and the surface facing the contact surface 578 of the on-off valve 33 is 0.2 to 3 mm, so that the clearance is set to be larger than 3 mm. The deformation of the cross projection 334 of the valve 33 is suppressed, so that the on-off valve 33 is hardly deformed even when the treatment agent container 3 is attached for a long time.
[0061]
Further, when removing the treatment agent container 3 connected to the treatment agent supply unit, the engagement between the hook engagement hole 910 and the hook 573 is released and the connection shaft 570 is pulled out from the through hole 93 of the connection port 9. Is done. In this case, when the connecting shaft 570 is pulled upward, the thick portion rises upward due to the elasticity of the thin portion, closes the lower hole 93c, and the processing agent container 3 isProcessing agentIt returns to the state which is not connected to a supply part.
[0062]
Next, an embodiment different from the above is shown in FIGS. The present embodiment is characterized in that a long hole 336 is provided in a thin part located in the vicinity of both end parts in the same direction as the thickness direction of the container body 31 of the thick part of the on-off valve 33. Since the operation is the same as that of the embodiment, the description of the overlapping parts is omitted.
[0063]
In the present embodiment, an on-off valve 33 as shown in FIGS. 26 and 28 is attached to the lower end portion of the cylindrical body 92 of the connection port portion 9. Specifically, a fan-shaped long hole 336 having substantially the same length as the diameter of the hemisphere 332 is provided in the cylindrical portion 331 of the on-off valve 33. The long holes 336 are located near both outer sides in the same direction as the thickness direction of the container body 31 of the hemispherical body 332 that is a thick portion. By providing the elongated hole 336 in the thin wall portion (cylindrical portion 331) in this way, the treatment agent container 3 near the on-off valve 33 is sandwiched in the same direction as the thickness direction of the container body 31 when the treatment agent container 3 is replaced. Even if the thin wall portion is deformed only on the outside of the long hole 336, the force sandwiched in the thickness direction by the long hole 336 is not transmitted to the thick wall portion as shown in FIG. Even when the processing agent container 3 in the vicinity of the on-off valve 33 is sandwiched in the same direction as the thickness direction of the container body 31 when the processing agent container 3 is replaced, the thick portion of the connecting shaft 570 It is possible to maintain the state in contact with the lower hole 93c, and the processing agent in the processing agent container 3 does not leak out. Moreover, since the deformation of the thick portion can be prevented only by providing the long hole 336 in this way, it is possible to reduce the cost. In the above, an example in which the contact protrusion 924 is not provided on the connection shaft 570 is shown. However, both the contact protrusion 924 and the long hole 336 may be provided. In this case, the treatment agent container near the on-off valve 33 is further provided. It is possible to prevent the treatment agent from overflowing by the operation of sandwiching 3 in the thickness direction.
[0064]
Next, FIG. 29 shows an embodiment further different from the embodiment shown in FIGS. FirstProcessing agentA state in which the container 3 is not attached to the processing agent supply unit will be described. A through hole 93 having a shape different from that of the above embodiment is provided in the connection port portion 9, and a cylindrical on-off valve 33 is provided on the inner peripheral wall of the through hole 93. The lower part of the cylindrical on-off valve 33 is a valve body 97 having elasticity. The valve body 97 is formed so that the lower end portion of the inner peripheral wall of the valve body 97 is in close contact as shown in FIG. 30 when the processing agent container 3 is not attached to the processing agent supply section. The through hole 93 of the connection port portion 570 is closed to prevent the processing agent in the processing agent container 3 from spilling out.
[0065]
FIG. 30 shows a state in which the processing agent container 3 having the on-off valve 33 is attached to the processing agent supply unit. The processing agent container 3 is attached by connecting the connecting shaft 570 of the discharge unit 5 constituting the main body of the processing agent supply unit from the upper end opening of the cylindrical on-off valve 33 and the tip of the connecting shaft 570 being positioned at the valve body 97 of the on-off valve. It is done by inserting until it does. By inserting the connection shaft 570 into the on-off valve 33 in this way, the lower end portion of the valve body 97 opens as shown in FIG. 30, whereby the connection hole 574 of the connection shaft 570 communicates with the inside of the treatment agent container 3. Will be. Thus, since the processing agent container 3 is elastically deformed by attaching and detaching from the processing agent supply unit, the processing agent container 3 can be attached to the processing agent supply unit with a small force, and the connection port 9 can be opened. In the present embodiment, as shown in the figure, a protrusion 337 is provided in the vicinity of the center of the outer peripheral surface of the connection shaft 570, and the outer wall of the connection shaft 570 and the on-off valve 33 are provided by this protrusion 337. The processing agent is prevented from leaking from the gap between the outer peripheral wall of the connecting shaft 570 and the inner peripheral wall of the on-off valve 33. Further, in this case, since the on-off valve 33 is accommodated in the through hole 93 of the connection port portion 9, it is assumed that the connection port portion 9 is subjected to force by having the connection port portion 9 when the treatment agent container 3 is replaced. However, the force is not transmitted to the on-off valve 33, and the processing agent in the processing agent container 3 does not leak even if the user has the connection port 9 that is easy to hold when the processing agent container 3 is replaced. . Furthermore, since the structure is simple, it can be manufactured at low cost.
[0066]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the first aspect of the present invention, the on / off valve is elastically deformed to open and close the connection port portion by attaching / detaching the processing agent container from the processing agent supply unit, so that it can be easily performed with a small force. In addition, the processing agent container can be attached to and detached from the processing agent supply unit. Further, when the processing agent container is removed from the processing agent supply unit, the connection port is closed by an on-off valve, so that even if the processing agent container is tilted, the processing agent is not spilled and the usability is improved. Furthermore, since the on-off valve has elasticity, even when the hair treatment device vibrates in a state where the treatment agent container is attached to the treatment agent supply unit, wear at the contact portion between the treatment agent supply unit and the on-off valve is small. Thus, clogging does not occur in the flow path of the processing agent, and stable quantitative discharge of the processing agent can be performed.
