Description
内燃機関と、
所定の車軸に接続される車軸側回転要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続されると共に前記車軸側回転要素に対して差回転可能な機関側回転要素とを有し、前記機関軸からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な動力伝達手段と、
前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関の通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約に対応づけられた第1のシフトポジションと前記通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約とは異なる前記内燃機関の運転ポイント設定制約に対応づけられた第2のシフトポジションとの選択を運転者に許容するシフトポジション選択手段と、
所定のオートクルーズの実行を指示するためのオートクルーズ指示手段と、
前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されているときに、運転者により選択されたシフトポジションに拘わらず前記通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約を用いて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定する目標運転ポイント設定手段と、
前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されているときに、前記設定された目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記オートクルーズが実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達手段と前記電動機とを制御するオートクルーズ時制御手段と、
を備えるものである。
内燃機関と、所定の車軸に接続される車軸側回転要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続されると共に前記車軸側回転要素に対して差回転可能な機関側回転要素とを有し、前記機関軸からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な動力伝達手段と、前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、前記内燃機関の通常走行用運転ポイントに対応づけられた第1のシフトポジションと前記通常走行用運転ポイントとは異なる前記内燃機関の運転ポイント設定制約に対応づけられた第2のシフトポジションとの選択を運転者に許容するシフトポジション選択手段と、所定のオートクルーズの実行を指示するためのオートクルーズ指示手段とを備えたハイブリッド自動車の制御方法であって、
(a)前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されているときに、運転者により選択されたシフトポジションに拘わらず前記通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約を用いて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定するステップと、
(b)前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されているときに、ステップ(a)にて設定した目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記オートクルーズが実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達手段と前記電動機とを制御するステップと、
を含むものである。

Claims (6)
- 内燃機関と、
所定の車軸に接続される車軸側回転要素と前記内燃機関の機関軸に接続されると共に前記車軸側回転要素に対して差回転可能な機関側回転要素とを有し、前記機関軸からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力可能な動力伝達手段と、
前記車軸または該車軸とは異なる他の車軸に動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
前記電動機と電力をやり取り可能な蓄電手段と、
前記内燃機関の通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約に対応づけられた第1のシフトポジションと前記通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約とは異なる前記内燃機関の運転ポイント設定制約にそれぞれ対応づけられた複数の仮想シフトポジションとの選択を運転者に許容するシフトポジション選択手段と、
運転者により選択されたシフトポジションを検出するシフトポジション検出手段と、
所定のオートクルーズの実行を指示するためのオートクルーズ指示手段と、
前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されているときに、前記シフトポジション検出手段により検出されたシフトポジションが前記第1のシフトポジションと前記複数の仮想シフトポジションの中の所定の仮想シフトポジションを除くものとの何れかである場合に、前記通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約を用いて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定する目標運転ポイント設定手段と、
前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されているときに、前記設定された目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記オートクルーズが実行されるように前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達手段と前記電動機とを制御し、前記シフトポジション検出手段により検出されたシフトポジションが前記所定の仮想シフトポジションである場合には、前記オートクルーズの実行を解除するオートクルーズ時制御手段と、
前記シフトポジション検出手段により検出されたシフトポジションを運転者に対して報知する報知手段と、
を備えるハイブリッド自動車。 - 前記シフトポジション選択手段は、シフトポジションとしてシーケンシャルシフトポジ
ションを含み、該シーケンシャルシフトポジションが選択されたときに前記複数の仮想シフトポジションの中から任意の仮想シフトポジションの選択が運転者に許容される請求項1に記載のハイブリッド自動車。 - 前記オートクルーズの実行中に前記所定の仮想シフトポジションが運転者により選択されて前記オートクルーズの実行が解除されると、前記目標運転ポイント設定手段は、前記所定の仮想シフトポジションに対応した運転ポイント設定制約を用いて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定する請求項1または2に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド自動車において、
前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されたときに、該オートクルーズに関連した所定の走行パラメータに基づいて走行に要求される要求駆動力を設定する要求駆動力設定手段を更に備え、
前記目標運転ポイント設定手段は、前記オートクルーズの実行が指示されたときに、前記設定された要求駆動力と前記通常走行用運転ポイント設定制約とを用いて前記内燃機関の目標運転ポイントを設定し、
前記オートクルーズ時制御手段は、前記設定された目標運転ポイントで前記内燃機関が運転されると共に前記設定された要求駆動力に基づく動力が得られるように前記内燃機関と前記動力伝達手段と前記電動機とを制御するハイブリッド自動車。 - 前記動力伝達手段は、前記車軸と前記内燃機関の前記機関軸とに接続されて電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関の動力の少なくとも一部を前記車軸側に出力すると共に前記蓄電手段と電力をやり取り可能な電力動力入出力手段である請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、動力を入出力可能な発電機と、前記車軸と前記内燃機関の前記機関軸と前記発電機の回転軸との3軸に接続され、これら3軸のうちの何れか2軸に入出力される動力に基づく動力を残余の軸に入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段とを含む請求項5に記載のハイブリッド自動車。
