これによって、水平誤差は飛行高度の1/2000以下、高さ誤差は0.15m以下の精度で計測が可能となっている。計測データはハードディスク装置などに記録する。

Claims (1)
- 航空機にレーザスキャナ測量機を搭載して監視地域上空を飛行し、航空機の自己位置・傾きの情報を記録すると共にレーザ光を地上に照射して反射エコーの反復時間を計測することにより地形の3次元データを取得して地形等高線図を作成し、その地形等高線図の作成を期間をおいて繰り返し、過去の地形等高線図に対して現在の地形等高線図を重ね合わせることにより、地形等高線の経時的な微細変化から地形改変箇所を抽出し、それに基づき不法投棄箇所を検知することを特徴とする不法投棄箇所検知システム。
