本体4の支持部材2は平板部2aの四隅が折曲されて脚部2b,2b,2b,2bが形成され、平板部2aの長手方向の一方の端縁部近傍に取り付けねじ6が挿通するための複数のねじ孔2c,2c,・・・が等間隔で穿設されている。図3に示すようにねじ孔2cは光ファイバーコードのテンションメンバ7を固定するためのもので、取り付けねじ6には四角形状の角座金8が挿通され、ねじ孔2cに取り付けねじ6を螺着することで角座金8と平板部2aとでテンションメンバ7を狭持して固定する。夫々のねじ孔2cの両側には突起部2d,2dが形成され、突起部2d,2dにより角座金8の回転を防止している。また、平板部2aの長手方向の他方の側端部近傍にはクッション性の軟質材9が貼付されている。
