Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an upper plate overflow apparatus for a pachinko machine for overflowing surplus balls to a lower plate when a prize ball or the like is filled in the upper plate of the pachinko machine.
[0002]
[Prior art]
On the front of the pachinko machine, there are an upper plate and a lower plate that are arranged in two upper and lower levels. When the ball is filled between the upper plate and the upper plate, the excess ball is allowed to overflow into the lower plate. An upper plate overflow device is provided. However, the conventional overflow device is provided on the set plate side, and when the ball fills the upper plate, the ball passage in the gaming machine, the ball passage leading to the overflow device in the set plate, the ball is naturally It was a structure that overflowed and dropped. In addition, the overflow ball passage that leads the overflow ball downward is also provided in the set plate, so the set plate becomes large and complicated, and the mounting space for the mechanism parts on the mechanism plate side becomes narrow, which increases the size and diversification. There is a problem in that it is not possible to secure a sufficient space for attaching mechanical parts such as accessories, and that the work of attaching and maintaining mechanical parts is troublesome. Further, since the player could not visually recognize the state of the overflow, the patient sometimes felt psychologically uneasy.
[0003]
As an overflow device for an upper plate that can visually recognize the state of overflow, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-18069 discloses that a ball is allowed to overflow from the upper front side of the upper plate and is directly applied to the lower plate. The thing provided with the baffle channel | path to guide is disclosed. However, this overflow device is too simple to be interesting, and the overflow ball falls from the top downwards, so it hits the bottom of the bottom plate or a person's hand and bounces off the bottom plate. There was a problem that.

[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a front view showing the lower part of the gaming machine of the pachinko machine, FIG. 2 is a horizontal sectional view of the upper part of the upper part of the gaming machine, and FIG. 3 is a horizontal sectional view of the upper part of the lower part. FIG. 4 is a view showing a main part of the overflow apparatus of the present invention, and is a cross-sectional view taken along the line BB in FIG. In the figure, 1 is an upper plate, 2 is a lower plate, and these are attached to the front surface of the gaming machine 6 with screws or the like. Reference numeral 3 denotes an overflow outlet for the overflow ball, which is provided on the outer peripheral wall 11 of the upper plate 1. Reference numeral 4 denotes an overflow ball receiving port of the lower plate, and the overflow port 3 and the receiving port 4 communicate with each other through an overflow ball passage 5.
[0009]
FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line AA in FIG. 1 and shows a payout mechanism for prize balls and rental balls by the ball dispensing device 7. That is, when a big hit or the like occurs and a ball wins, the balls sent from the ball tank (not shown) provided at the upper back of the gaming machine 6 to the ball dispensing device 7 are sent out one by one by the rotor 71. However, the number of balls is counted by the counting sensor 72 and a predetermined number of balls are fed from the ball dispensing passage 73 to the upper plate 1 through the ball dispensing port 74.
[0010]
The bottom surface 12 of the upper plate 1 is inclined low from the ball dispensing port 74 to the ball supply port 94 on the operation handle 93 side. Therefore, the balls fed into the upper plate 1 flow downstream, are sent out one by one by the ball feeder 8 shown in FIG. 6, and are supplied to the ball launcher 9 shown in FIG. Since the ball launching device 9 launches the ball sent to a predetermined position of the firing rail 91 by the ball cage 92, a game can be performed. As a result of the game being continued, if a large number of balls are stored in the upper plate 1 due to repeated big hit rounds, etc., and the capacity of the upper plate 1 is exceeded, excess balls will overflow from the overflow outlet 3 It becomes. As shown in FIG. 4, the overflow outlet 3 is provided on the near side of the outer peripheral wall 11 of the upper plate 1, but the bottom edge of the overflow outlet 3 is formed with an upward slope toward the overflow outlet 3. It is connected with. Therefore, since the ball filled in the upper plate 1 is pushed up the inclined bottom surface 12 by the ball pressure and overflows from the overflow outlet 3, the stored balls in the upper plate 1 can always be kept constant.
[0011]
An overflow ball passage 5 is connected to the overflow outlet 3, and this overflow ball passage 5 communicates with an overflow ball receiving port 4 provided in front of the gaming machine 6 in the lower plate 2 and directly above the bottom surface 21. In FIG. 4, the overflow ball passage 5 is joined with the flow path 51 of the defective return ball and passes through the frame thickness of the outer frame of the gaming machine 6. Accordingly, the overflow ball from the upper plate 1 flows down from the overflow outlet 3 toward the rear of the gaming machine 6, falls downward within the frame thickness, and then flows forward in the lower portion of the overflow ball passage 5. And flows into the lower plate 2. In the lower plate 2, the balls flow while pushing forward the balls that have flowed forward, so that the balls do not bounce off the lower plate 2 or hit the human hand and jump out of the lower plate 2. Since the overflow ball passage 5 is merged with the flow path 51 of the defective return return ball, the overflow ball passage 5 can be simply provided. Further, since the overflow ball passage 5 is accommodated within the frame thickness of the gaming machine 6 machine frame, a space behind the gaming machine 6 can be widened.
[0012]
In addition, as shown in FIG. 8, the overflow ball receiving port 4 is provided on the front side of the gaming machine 6 in the lower plate 2, that is, slightly in front of the gaming machine 6 in the lower plate 2 and immediately above the bottom surface 21. The space behind the gaming machine 6 can also be widened by passing the overflow ball passage 5 communicating with the receiving port 4 through the front surface of the gaming machine 6. In this case, the overflow ball passage 5 and the defective return ball passage 51 are joined in the vicinity of the receiving port 4.
FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line CC in FIG. 1 and shows a collection path 10 for non-winning out balls. FIG. 10 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG. 1 and shows a ball removal path 20 of balls stored in the upper plate 1. FIG. 11 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line JJ in FIG. 8 and shows the out-ball collection path 10 and the ball removal path 20.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the upper plate overflow device of the pachinko machine according to the present invention is provided with the ball overflow outlet on the outer peripheral wall of the upper plate, so that the player can visually recognize the overflow situation of the ball. So you can concentrate on the game with confidence. An overflow ball receiving port is provided on the front surface of the gaming machine in the lower plate, and the overflow ball passage through the gaming machine frame thickness passes through the overflow ball passage communicating the overflow port and the receiving port. Since it is pushed forward from the bottom, it will not be bounced off by the bottom of the lower plate or the like and will not fall out of the lower plate. Furthermore, there is a great advantage that the mechanism plate can be simplified to secure a wide space behind the gaming machine.
Further, the same effect can be obtained by providing the receiving port in the lower plate slightly ahead of the front of the gaming machine and passing the overflow ball passage to the front of the gaming machine.
