Description

The present invention relates to an improvement in a floor member, a connecting member, and a laying structure of the floor member.

Conventionally, as a floor member such as a balcony, for example, a panel (also referred to as a tile) is formed by a lattice-shaped injection-molded resin member, and legs are formed at the edge or lattice point of the injection-molded resin base member. In addition, there is known a configuration in which the fitting cylinder of the connecting member is fitted to the leg portions of the edge portions of the panels or the leg portions exposed to the edge portions when cut, and the panels are connected to each other ( For example, see Patent Document 1.)
Registered utility model No. 2063009

By the way, in the floor member disclosed in Patent Document 1 or the like, as shown in FIG. 1, a leg portion 3 is formed at a lattice point portion of the injection-molded resin member 1 and becomes a side portion 2 when cut. The leg portions 3 exposed to each other are connected by using a rectangular connecting member 5 having a fitting cylinder 4, and depending on the way of cutting, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. There is a problem that a gap 6 is formed in the panel, and the lattice pattern of the panel is broken and the appearance is impaired.

Also, depending on how the panels are cut, as shown in FIG. 3, the portions that become the end side portions 2 may interfere with each other when cut, which may hinder the connection of the panels.

Furthermore, since there is no play between the leg portion 3 and the fitting cylinder 4, there is a disadvantage that the connecting member 5 cannot be used when the panel is expanded or contracted by heat.

In this case, it is difficult to form engagement protrusions by injection molding on the leg portions present at the lattice point portions other than the leg portions present at the end side portion 2, so that it becomes the end side portion when cut. There is also a disadvantage that the fitting force between the leg 3 exposed to the portion and the fitting cylinder 4 cannot be increased, and it is difficult to improve the connection force of the panel.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 4, a floor member constituted by connecting panels 8 having two or more patterns separated by a joint portion 7 as a boundary is also known. The panel 8 has, for example, a surface material 9 made of a different material on the front surface, and a lattice-shaped injection molded resin base member 10 is provided on the back surface thereof as shown in FIG. The leg part 12 is formed by opening.

Since the laying space is limited on the balcony floor or the like, an extra part must be cut, and a part of the panel 8 must be cut. As shown in FIG. Since the leg part 12 is not provided along the joint part 7 when it cut | disconnects, it cannot connect with the resin accommodation adjustment member, and it replaces | exchanges for every panel and replaces with the resin accommodation adjustment member. For this reason, the area of the resin accommodation adjusting member may become large at the corners and ends of the laying space, resulting in inconvenience in terms of aesthetics.

Furthermore, it is desirable to avoid hassle in connecting the panels.

In the panel 8 shown in FIG. 4, the surface material 9 and the resin base member 10 are connected and fixed to the screw 10A from the back side as shown in FIG. 5, and in FIG. Are round holes formed at appropriate intervals along the.

The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the object thereof is to reuse the remaining panel when the panel is cut at the joint, and to reduce the usage area of the resin fitting adjustment member as much as possible. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide a floor member, a connecting member, and a laying structure that can contribute to an improvement in aesthetics and a reduction in the amount of waste materials.

The floor member according to claim 1 is composed of a panel having two or more patterns divided with the joint portion as a boundary, and the panel cut at the joint portion is connected via the connecting member. A rectangular member having a surface material that is different from the material of the adjacent edge portions of the rectangular injection-molded resin member that constitutes the panel or the panel. Legs are formed at predetermined intervals along adjacent edge portions of the molded resin base member, the joint portion can be fitted to the connecting member along both sides of the joint portion, and Legs whose shape and arrangement interval are substantially the same as the shape and arrangement of the legs provided at the edge of the panel are formed, and the connecting member is formed with a fitting tube that fits the leg. The fitting cylinder has a hole next to the panel. Characterized in that it is sized to have a play in the fit direction.

The floor member according to claim 2, wherein the injection-molded resin member or the injection-molded resin base member is along the adjacent edge portions facing the adjacent edge portions where the legs are formed. A fitting cylinder that can be fitted to the leg portion is formed.

The connecting member according to claim 3 is a connecting member used for the floor member according to claim 1, and has a fitting cylinder fitted to the leg portion, and the fitting cylinder has a hole. The panels are sized to have play in adjacent directions.

According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the connecting member is made of a material having an elastic modulus higher than that of the resin material forming the panel.

The floor member laying structure according to claim 5 is formed by cutting out a part of the pattern of the resin adjustment member using a material different from the injection molded resin base member according to claim 3 as a surface member. The resin-made adjusting member can be connected to the injection-molded resin base member using the connecting member according to claim 3.

According to the first and second aspects of the present invention, the joint portion of the panel can be fitted to the connecting member along both sides of the joint portion, and the shape and arrangement interval thereof are the edge portions of the panel. A leg portion that is substantially the same as the shape and arrangement of the leg portion provided on the joint member is formed, while the connecting member is formed with a fitting tube that fits the leg portion, so that a panel is cut at the joint portion. When it does, there exists an effect that it can connect and use with another panel using a connection member.
And since the hole of the fitting cylinder of the connecting member is sized so that there is play in the direction in which the panels are adjacent to each other, it can cope with the thermal expansion and contraction of the panel, and the fitting between the connecting member and the panel is smooth. Can be done.

Further, it is possible to reduce the use area of the resin adjustment member.

Furthermore, even when the panel is cut at a portion other than the joint portion, if the cut panel is cut along the joint portion, the cut panel can be reused, so that the amount of waste material can be reduced.

In particular, according to the second aspect of the present invention, the leg is formed on one adjacent edge of the panel, and the leg is fitted to the other adjacent edge of the panel. Since possible fitting cylinders are formed, the panels can be connected to each other without using a connecting member, so that a quick construction process can be performed.

According to invention of Claim 3, since the hole of the fitting cylinder of a connection member has play in the direction where a panel adjoins, it can respond to thermal expansion and heat contraction of a panel, The fitting with the panel can be performed smoothly.

According to invention of Claim 4, the fitting force of a connection member and the leg part of a panel can be enlarged.

According to the fifth aspect of the present invention, when a certain panel is cut at the joint, it can be used by being connected to another panel using a connecting member, so that the use area of the resin accommodation adjusting member can be reduced. The overall appearance can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

6 (a) to 6 (c) are explanatory views showing an embodiment of the floor member according to the present invention. In FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c), reference numeral 20 denotes a rectangular panel. It is. The panel 20 is provided with a lattice-shaped injection-molded resin member 21 on the back side thereof, and a surface resin material 22 made of the same material as the injection-molded resin member 21 on the front side of the panel 20 is shown in FIG. It is formed integrally. The injection molded resin member 21 is provided with a carbo wire 21A for discharging static electricity. Reference numeral 21B denotes a support projection for supporting the carbon wire 21A.

The panel 20 has two or more patterns separated by the joint portion 23 as a boundary. Here, the pattern is a 4-division pattern, but it may be a 2-division pattern, a 9-division pattern, or a rectangular pattern instead of a square shape.

Legs 26 are formed on the side edges 25 and 25 ′ of the panel 20 at a predetermined interval. Fitting cylinders that are fitted to the leg portions 26 formed on the end sides 25 and 25 ′ of the other panels 20 on the end sides 27 and 27 ′ different from the end sides 25 and 25 ′ of the panel 20. 28 is formed in accordance with the interval between the leg portions 26.

In the vicinity of both sides of the joint portion 23, leg portions 29 are formed along the joint portion 23. The leg portions 29 can be fitted into the fitting cylinder 28 or a connecting member described later, and the shape and The arrangement interval is substantially the same as the shape and arrangement of the leg portions 26 provided on the end sides 25 and 25 ′ of the panel 20.

The shape of the legs 26 and 29 may be a columnar shape as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. 7A, but the planar portion 30 is formed as a quadrangular prism or as shown in an enlarged view in FIG. The oval shape is desirable in order to increase the frictional force when connecting using the connecting member 31 shown enlarged in FIG.

FIG. 8 is a rear view showing another example of the panel 20. Here, the injection molded resin member 21 and the surface resin material 22 are formed separately, and the injection molded resin member 21 and the surface resin material 22 are formed separately. The surface resin material 22 is made of, for example, ceramic. The injection-molded resin member (referred to as an injection-molded resin base member in the claims) 21 and the surface resin material 22 are bonded to each other using an adhesive 22A.

As the panel 20, any of the shapes shown in FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c) and the shape shown in FIG. 8 can be used, and FIGS. 6 (a) to 6 (c). The panel 20 shown and the panel 20 shown in FIG. 8 can be used in appropriate combination.

The connecting member 31 has a fitting cylinder 32, and 33 is a hole of the fitting cylinder 32. It is desirable that the hole 33 also has a configuration in which a flat portion 34 is provided in part so as to correspond to the leg portions 26 and 29 having the flat portion 30 shown in FIG.

In this case, as shown in FIG. 10, it is desirable that the fitting cylinder 32 of the connecting member 31 has such a size that the hole 33 has a play 35 in the direction in which the panels 20 and 20 are adjacent to each other. By providing such play 35, it is possible to prevent gaps from opening between the edge portions 25, 25 of the connected panels 20, 20 and between the joint portion 23 and the edge portion 25 (25 ′). The improvement of the aesthetics of the floor member comprised by connecting 20 can be aimed at.

Here, the connecting member 31 has a frame-shaped configuration of a set of two series shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, but is not limited to this, and FIG. As shown in the drawing, the one having a fitting cylinder 32 having two sets of fitting holes 34, and the one in which the fitting cylinder 32 having two sets of hole portions 34 shown in FIG. May be used.

If the floor member is configured by using the panel 20 provided with the leg portions 29 along the joint portion 23 in this way, for example, a floor member (for example, the floor member (in which the panel 20 shown in FIG. 12) is cut along the cutting line S as shown in FIG. 12, conventionally, the cutting panel portion indicated by reference numeral P1 in FIG. 13A has been discarded. According to the above, by cutting the cutting panel portion P1 along the cutting line S ′ along the joint portion 23, the most part P2 of the cutting panel portion P1 is reused as shown in FIG. 13B. Since only the remaining panel portion P3 is discarded, the amount of waste material can be reduced.

Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the panel 20 shown in FIG. 6 different from the panel 20 shown in FIG. 8 is used, and a part of the four divided pattern shown in FIG. 8 is cut along the joint portion 23. A part of the four-divided pattern of the panel 20 shown in FIG. 5 is cut out along the joint portion 23, and a part of the cut-out four-divided pattern is cut obliquely to form a resin-made adjustment member 37, and this resin-made adjustment member If 37 is connected to the injection-molded resin member 21 shown in FIG. 8 using the connecting member 31, the laying area of the resin fit adjustment member 37 can be reduced, which can contribute to the improvement of aesthetics.
(Modification)
The panel 20 shown in FIGS. 6 and 8 may be provided with an engaging protrusion that engages with the fitting cylinder 32 at the tip of the leg portion 26 formed on the end side portions 25 and 25 ′. If comprised in this way, when connecting the panels 20 and conveying, reliable prevention of disconnection of the panels 20 can be achieved.

The pitch PX (see FIG. 11A) between the hole portions 33 of the connecting member 31 is such that the interval between the panels 20 corresponds to the groove width of the joint portion 23 when the panels 20 are connected using the connecting member 31. It is desirable to design so that the intervals are equal.

The material of the connecting member 31 may be made of resin or metal, but if a material having a higher elastic modulus than the elastic modulus of the resin constituting the panel 20 is used, the legs 26 and 29 are fitted to the fitting cylinders. Since the leg portions 26 and 29 are deformed when the 32 is fitted, a spring action occurs, and the fitting force between the fitting cylinder 32 and the leg portions 26 and 29 is improved.
