Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a laundry solvent recovery device that recovers a solvent in a gas exhausted from a dryer when a laundry washed with a petroleum solvent is dried.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a laundry solvent recovery apparatus includes a water-cooled cooling unit in the middle of a gas circulation path that connects a lower part and an upper part of a dryer. Therefore, the solvent in the gas exhausted from the dryer is cooled and collected by the cooling unit, and the gas that has passed through the cooling unit is heated again by the heating device and supplied to the drying chamber of the dryer. Examples of this type of laundry solvent recovery device include Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-34758, Japanese Patent Publication No. 3-34759, and Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 11-226296.
[0003]
The cooling unit generally includes a cooling pipe for flowing cold water and cooling fins attached to the cooling pipe. Therefore, when the gas containing the solvent is cooled in the cooling section, the solvent is liquefied and condensed on the cooling pipe and the cooling fin, and this condensation becomes large and falls as a trap and is stored in the water separator. Separated into water and solvent.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above prior art, the condensation is increased and recovered by dropping through the cooling fin, so that it takes time to recover the solvent, and it is blown off or volatilized by the force of the wind passing through the cooling section. Moreover, solvent collection efficiency falls by adhesion of the dust to the cooling part by use.
[0005]
An object of the present invention is to provide a solvent recovery apparatus for laundry that can shorten the solvent recovery time and improve the solvent recovery efficiency.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The first means of the present invention for solving the above-described problems includes a cooling pipe for flowing cooling water in the middle of a gas circulation path communicating with the lower part and the upper part of the dryer , and a cooling fin attached to the cooling pipe. In the laundry solvent recovery device for recovering the solvent in the gas exhausted from the dryer by cooling with the cooling unit, the waste in the cooling unit and the solvent condensed on the cooling unit are removed. In order to drop, a nozzle for spraying cleaning shower water on the cooling part is disposed above the cooling part of the gas circulation path.
[0007]
The second means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problems is characterized in that, in the first means, the washing shower water is intermittently blown out.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The solvent recovery apparatus has the following configuration. A cooling unit 3 is disposed in the gas circulation path 2 of the cooling duct 1 provided vertically, and the cooling unit 3 includes a cooling pipe 4 through which cooling water flows and a cooling pipe 4 attached to the cooling pipe 4. It consists of fins 5. Cooling water cooled by a water cooling device 6 such as a refrigerator is circulated through the cooling pipe 4. Above the cooling unit 3 in the gas circulation path 2, a nozzle 8 for spraying cleaning shower water 7 on the cooling unit 3 is disposed.
[0009]
A liquefied solvent discharge port 10 is provided in the lower part of the cooling duct 1, and the liquefied solvent cooled and dropped by the cooling unit 3 is stored in the water separator 20 having a known structure from the liquefied solvent discharge port 10. Then, it is separated into water and a solvent by the water separator 20.
[0010]
An exhaust duct 11 connected to communicate with the exhaust port 22 of the dryer 21 is provided on the side surface of the lower portion of the cooling duct 1. The upper part of the cooling duct 1 communicates with the discharge duct 12 and the circulation duct 13, and the circulation duct 13 is disposed or connected so as to communicate with the outside air inlet 23 of the dryer 21. A switching damper 14 that switches the gas circulation path 2 in the cooling duct 1 to the discharge duct 12 and the circulation duct 13 is provided in the upper part in the cooling duct 1.
[0011]
Next, the operation will be described. When the laundry is dried by the dryer 21, the switching damper 14 is switched so that the gas circulation path 2 of the cooling duct 1 communicates with the circulation duct 13. The gas containing the solvent exhausted from the exhaust port 22 of the dryer 21 passes through the exhaust duct 11 and the gas circulation path 2 of the cooling duct 1. At this time, the gas is cooled and liquefied by the cooling unit 3 in the cooling duct 1 and is condensed on the cooling unit 3. This condensation increases and falls, and is stored in the water separator 20 through the liquefied solvent outlet 10.
[0012]
The gas passing through the cooling unit 3 is supplied to the dryer 21 from the outside air inlet 23 through the circulation duct 13, heated again by the heating device provided in the dryer 21, and supplied to the drying chamber of the dryer 21. The After the gaseous solvent is completely removed, the switching damper 14 is switched so that the gas circulation path 2 of the cooling duct 1 communicates with the discharge duct 12, and the gas is released to the atmosphere.
[0013]
In the present embodiment, when the gas exhausted from the exhaust port 22 of the dryer 21 circulates through the exhaust duct 11, the cooling duct 1, the circulation duct 13, the outside air suction port 23, and the dryer 21, the nozzle 8 Washing shower water 7 is intermittently sprayed onto the cooling unit 3. Because the cleaning shower water 7 removes dust and the like adhering to the cooling unit 3, a decrease in the gas flow rate of the cooling unit 3 is prevented. Further, since the dew condensation solvent of the cooling unit 3 is forcibly dropped by the cleaning shower water 7, the solvent is recovered without waste in a short time.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention provides a cooling section comprising a cooling pipe for flowing cooling water and cooling fins attached to the cooling pipe in the middle of a gas circulation path communicating with the lower part and the upper part of the dryer, and exhausts air from the dryer. In the laundry solvent recovery device for recovering the solvent in the gas that has been cooled and recovered by the cooling unit, in order to drop the dust in the cooling unit and the solvent condensed on the cooling unit, Since the nozzle for spraying the cleaning shower water on the cooling unit is disposed above, the solvent recovery time can be shortened and the solvent recovery efficiency can be improved.
