この発明は、外構材などの建材に用いられるセメント製品、特に発色セメント製品の製造方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来のセメント製品にあっては、1色又は2色以上の顔料を混練し、色づけをしたものがあったり、表面に着色塗装を施すものがあった。また、有機材料を混練し、この表面をガスバーナの火力調整したもので焼いて焦げ目や濃淡をつけ風合いを出した化粧建材が知られている(例えば、特許文献1参照)。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、単に顔料を混練したもの、着色塗装をしたものにあっては、色合い、色ムラが単調であるとともに、色褪せが問題であった。表面に出ている有機材料を焼いて焦げ目をつけるものにあっては、その表面の焦げた有機材料を保護するため視覚透過性材料を被覆し固着させる必要があり、製造工数が増大し、価格が高騰していた。

そこで、この発明は、変化のある配色により化粧性を有するが、その配色に色褪せを生じない廉価な発色セメント製品を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的を達成するため、本発明は、砂、砂利、セメント、水及び酸化鉄顔料を主原料とする顔料を原材料として混練成型し、固化乾燥させたセメント製品であって、前記酸化鉄顔料の色合いの変化に基づく色ムラのないセメント製品の少なくとも1面を、圧縮酸素を適宜混合して使用するプロパンガスを燃料としたガスバーナを用いることによりガスバーナから発せられる火炎を火力調整して酸化炎および還元炎とすること、及び火炎処理されるべきセメント製品の1面とバーナとの距離を調整して焼成し、前記セメント製品の色ムラを施すべき1面に酸化鉄顔料の色合いの変化に基づく色ムラを発生させることを特徴とする。
本発明によれば、砂、砂利、セメント、水及び顔料を原材料としてセメント製品を成型し、少なくともセメント製品の1面を焼成により顔料を発色させ、焼き付けるため、鮮やかで退色しにくく廉価な発色セメント製品を提供することができる。

また、本発明によれば、前記顔料は酸化鉄を主原料とするものとし、圧縮酸素を適宜混合して使用するプロパンガスを燃料としたガスバーナを用いてガスバーナから発せられる火炎を酸化炎および還元炎とするとともに前記色ムラを施すべき1面と前記バーナとの距離を調整することにより焼成して酸化鉄顔料に基づく発色ムラを生じさせているので、変化のある配色を持つ化粧性のある発色セメント製品を提供することができる。

また、本発明によれば、酸化鉄顔料に基づく色ムラのある発色セメント製品としているので、赤、黒、黄、茶等焼成の仕方で種々の色や色合いが得られる。

また、請求項3の発明は、請求項1または2において、前記少なくとも1面に塩化鉄水溶液を塗布して焼成したことを特徴とする発色セメント製品の製造方法としているので、鉄分、塩素分の反応で発色が得られる。

さらに、請求項4の発明は、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項において、前記塩化鉄水溶液の塗布ムラを生じさせて焼成したことを特徴とする発色セメント製品の製造方法としているので、吹き付けムラや、濃度ムラから変わった色ムラの製品を得ることができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を示す図面に基づいて発明を説明する。

図1は、この発明の発色セメント製品の一例であり、図2は、この発明製造方法の一実施例を示す図である。

図において、10は発色セメント製品で、例えば、直方体状を呈し、その長手方向の一面に断面半円状の溝11が形成され、その溝11の底には反対面に貫通する穴12が2個形成されている。溝11の断面形状や大きさも適宜選択され、ここに鉄筋が通されたり、セメントなどが盛られて積層することが行われている。

この発色セメント製品10の半製品であるセメント製品13は、砂、砂利、セメント、水及び顔料を原材料として用途に応じて混合割合を変えたり、平板や上述のブロック状の形状に成型されている。混合割合の一例としては、重量比で、砂:60%、砂利:20%、セメント:20%であり、セメント比で、水:30%、顔料:1〜2%である。
