Description

The present invention relates to an automobile floor raising material for setting a floor surface at a desired height by being arranged on a floor pan of an automobile.

A conventional example of an automotive floor raising material for setting a floor surface at a desired height by arranging it on a floor pan of an automobile will be described.

This conventional car floor raising material is used to raise a floor surface by being interposed between a floor pan and a carpet, and is an injection molded hollow part made of a foamed plastic having a foaming ratio of 20 to 45 times. A heat insulating material made of resin felt or the like trimmed to the same shape is laminated on the floor pan side surface of the core material.

However, in the above conventional floor raising material, an injection mold used for injection molding of the core material is expensive, and the number of processes is increased because the heat insulating material is laminated on the core material. There is a problem.
JP 2001-347872 A

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned unsolved problems of the prior art, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lightweight and inexpensive automobile floor raising material.

The automotive floor raising material of the present invention is an automotive floor raising material made of thermoplastic resin having a hollow double wall structure integrally formed by blow molding, and has a front wall and a back wall opposed to each other at an interval, A plurality of front wall side ribs that are recessed in a groove shape toward the back wall side formed substantially parallel to the front wall, and the front surface formed on a portion of the back wall facing each front wall side rib. A back wall side rib recessed in a substantially conical shape toward the wall side, and the front wall side rib and the back wall side rib are integrated via a welded portion, and the front wall side rib The width of the opening of the groove formed on the front wall is set within a range of 3 mm to 10 mm.

Moreover, the back wall side rib recessed in the substantially cone shape can also be formed in the part distributed in the staggered pattern in the back wall.

Further, the back wall has a shallow groove shape toward the front wall between the peripheral edges of at least a pair of adjacent substantially circular openings formed on the back wall by at least a pair of adjacent back wall side ribs. A recessed communication rib may be formed.

In addition, the insert may be embedded in the front wall side rib.

Since this invention is comprised as mentioned above, there exists an effect as described below.

Since it is a hollow double wall structure and the front wall side rib and the tip of the back wall side rib are integrated via the welded portion, the strength such as rigidity is increased, and the weight can be reduced.

Moreover, since it integrally forms by blow molding with few processes using a comparatively cheap blow molding metal mold | die, manufacturing cost can be reduced.

An automotive floor raising material according to a first reference example will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.

FIG. 1 is a schematic perspective view of a main part showing a state in which a vehicle floor raising material according to a first reference example is mounted in a recess of a vehicle floor pan.

2A and 2B show an automotive floor raising material according to a first reference example, in which FIG. 2A is a schematic plan view, and FIG. 2B is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.

As shown in FIG. 1, a floor pan 1 of an automobile has a recess 3 that is recessed from a floor surface 2 having a predetermined floor surface height due to a design or performance requirement. In order to be able to use the floor pan in which such a recess 3 is present when a floor pan in which the recess does not exist is required due to a model change or the like, the portion of the recess 3 is set to the floor surface height of the floor surface 2. A car floor raising material 10 that is raised to a height similar to that of the vehicle is mounted in the recess 3 and a carpet (not shown) is laid on the floor 3 to raise the floor surface height that follows the floor 2.

As shown in FIG. 2, an automotive floor raising material 10 according to a first reference example is a hollow double wall structure made of thermoplastic resin integrally formed by blow molding, and is opposed to each other at intervals. It has the wall 11 and the back wall 12, and the side wall 13 is provided in the periphery of both.

The front wall 11 is formed with a plurality of front wall side ribs 14 that are recessed in the shape of grooves toward the back wall side (substantially spaced from each other), and each front wall A gap is formed between the opposite ends of the side ribs 14 in the longitudinal direction and the side walls 13 facing each other so as to communicate the inside of the hollow portion.

On the other hand, the back wall 12 is formed with a plurality of back wall side ribs 15 that are recessed in a groove shape toward the front wall side. The back wall side ribs 15 are formed in a direction intersecting with the front wall side ribs 14 in a lattice shape, and a portion where the front end of the front wall side ribs 14 and the front end of the back wall side ribs 15 intersect in a lattice shape. In FIG.

The width W of the opening 14a of the groove formed in the front wall 11 by the front wall side rib 14 is set within a range of 3 mm to 10 mm in order to prevent the heels of women's high heels from entering. Yes. If the width W of the opening portion of the groove formed on the front wall 11 by the front wall side rib 14 is less than 3 mm, it becomes difficult to form the rib, and conversely, if it is larger than 10 mm, high-heel heels and the like enter. There is a risk that wrinkles may occur on the carpet laid on the front wall 11.

The front wall side ribs 14 and the back wall side ribs 15 are formed by recessing a part that becomes the front wall 11 of the parison and a part that becomes the back wall 12 in blow molding at the time of blow molding. Since the deformation amount of the back wall 12 is small, the front wall side rib 14 and the back wall side rib 15 having sufficient strength can be formed even in a portion where the distance between the front wall 11 and the back wall 12 is large.

3A and 3B show an automotive floor raising material according to the first embodiment, wherein FIG. 3A is a schematic plan view, and FIG. 3B is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.

The automobile floor raising material 20 according to the present embodiment is a hollow double-wall structure made of thermoplastic resin that is integrally formed by blow molding, and includes a front wall 21 and a back wall 22 that are opposed to each other at an interval. And a side wall 23 is continuously provided on the periphery of both.

The front wall 21 is formed with a plurality of front wall side ribs 24 that are recessed in a groove shape toward the back wall 22. The front wall 21 has a side wall 23 that faces both ends in the longitudinal direction of each front wall side rib 24. A gap is formed between them.

On the other hand, on the back wall 22, back wall side ribs 25 that are recessed in a substantially conical shape toward the front wall side for each front wall side rib are formed at portions facing the front wall side ribs 24. The top wall of the back wall side rib 25 and the front end portion of the front wall side rib 24 are integrated with each other through a welded portion 26.

In the present embodiment, the conical back wall side ribs 25 formed on the back wall 22 are in the longitudinal direction of the front wall side ribs 24 adjacent to each other and formed substantially parallel to the front wall 21 at intervals. It is formed in a staggered portion. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and a portion where the conical back wall side rib 25 is formed may be set according to the surface shape of the back wall 22, and the conical back wall side rib may be formed at the set portion. .

Also in the present embodiment, the width of the opening 24a of the groove formed in the front wall 21 by the front wall side rib 24 is set within the range of 3 mm to 10 mm so that the heels of female high heels do not enter. Yes.

4A and 4B show a floor raising material for automobiles according to a second reference example, in which FIG. 4A is a schematic plan view and FIG. 4B is a schematic cross-sectional view taken along line AA in FIG.

The floor raising material 30 for an automobile according to the present reference example is a hollow double wall structure made of thermoplastic resin integrally formed by blow molding, and has a front wall 31 and a back wall 32 opposed to each other with a gap therebetween. And the side wall 33 is provided in a row at the periphery of both.

The front wall 31 is formed with a plurality of front wall side ribs 34 that are recessed in a groove shape toward the back wall side. The front wall 31 has a side wall 33 that faces both ends in the longitudinal direction of each front wall side rib 34. A gap is formed between them.

And insert 37 is embed | buried in the cavity hollow in the groove shape of each front wall side rib 34. As shown in FIG.

On the other hand, the back wall 32 is formed with a plurality of back wall side ribs 35 recessed in a groove shape toward the front wall 31 in a direction intersecting the front wall side rib 34 in a lattice shape. The tip of the rib 34 and the tip of the back wall side rib 35 are integrated via a welded portion 36 at a portion where the tip of the rib 34 intersects in a lattice pattern.

That is, the automotive floor raising material according to the present reference example is the groove of the front wall side rib 14 that is recessed in the groove shape formed on the front wall 11 of the automotive floor raising material 10 according to the first reference example shown in FIG. This corresponds to a case where the insert 37 is embedded in the concave portion to enhance the strength of the front wall side rib 14.

As apparent from the above description, off the lower is embedded an insert in a groove-shaped recess of the front wall ribs 24 formed in the front wall 21 in floor raising material according to the first embodiment shown in FIG. 3 Needless to say, a raising material (not shown) can be formed.
