Description
また、ストッパ4Aが存在すると、ストッパ4A自体のバネが高いため、アイドル運転時にストッパ4Aがエンジン側へ当接した状態にあると、車体側へ微振動が伝達することがあるので、このような振動を遮断することも求められていた。
そこで本願は、このようなストッパを省略できる程度の大きなバネを形成でき、しかも軸方向と軸直交方向のバネ比コントロールの自由度を大きくでき、かつ防振性能をより向上させることを目的とする。
前記内筒の軸線と直交する断面内にて、前記外筒内周面の曲率半径を対面する前記内筒外周面の曲率半径よりも小さくし、内外筒間の間隔が外筒の周方向端部に向かって次第に狭くなるようにするとともに、これら曲率半径を異にして対面する前記外筒と内筒の部位間に、前記突部の前記内筒又は外筒と所定間隙をなす先端を配置し、この突部の先端を前記外筒内周面と同心円弧状とし、かつ突部先端の曲率半径を、前記内筒外周面の前記外筒内周面よりも大きな前記曲率半径よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする。
また、従来のようなストッパを省略できたので、アイドル運転時にストッパを介して微振動が車体側へ伝達することを阻止できるため防振性能をより向上させることができる。
Claims (3)
- 内筒と外筒を内外に配置して弾性体で相互に連結し、外筒は取付時に縮径するように予め周方向に分断されており、かつ内外筒間には一方側から他方側へ所定間隙を有して突出する突部が内筒の軸方向に間隔をもって一対で設けられ、前記外筒の縮径時に前記所定間隙を狭めることにより弾性体を圧縮するようにした筒形防振装置において、
前記内筒の軸線と直交する断面内にて、
前記外筒内周面の曲率半径を対面する前記内筒外周面の曲率半径よりも小さくし、
内外筒間の間隔が外筒の周方向端部に向かって次第に狭くなるようにするとともに、これら曲率半径を異にして対面する前記外筒と内筒の部位間に、前記突部の前記内筒又は外筒と所定間隙をなす先端を配置し、この突部の先端を前記外筒内周面と同心円弧状とし、かつ突部先端の曲率半径を、前記内筒外周面の前記外筒内周面よりも大きな前記曲率半径よりも小さくしたことを特徴とする筒形防振装置。 - 前記外筒は前記内筒の軸線を挟んで対向する2ケ所で分断された半割体からなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載した筒形防振装置。
- 前記突部は外筒と一体に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載した筒形防振装置。
