Claims (4)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転可能に設置され、外周に押込溝が形成された回転軸と、
前記回転軸に固定結合された整流子と、
薄い厚さを有し、前記回転軸の押込溝に押し込まれ、前記整流子と固定結合された離脱防止体とを含み、
前記整流子は離脱防止体に対する回転防止が強化されるように内周面に膨出部が形成され、前記離脱防止体は外周面に前記膨出部と対応する陥没部が形成され、前記整流子と前記離脱防止体は前記膨出部と前記陥没部が接するように結合され、
前記離脱防止体は内周面に隣接して被加圧溝が形成され、前記被加圧溝が加圧されることによって、前記被加圧溝と隣接した内周面の少なくとも一部が前記回転軸の押込溝に押し込まれていることを特徴とする薄型整流子離脱防止体を備えた振動モーター。 - 前記整流子と前記離脱防止体は、接着剤によって固定結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動モーター。
- 前記整流子は、前記離脱防止体がインサートモールディング(insert molding)されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の振動モーター。
- 前記離脱防止体の厚さは0.15mmであることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3に記載の振動モーター。
