基板上にアンカーボルトの組付け孔を介して一対の脚板を相対して立設し、該脚板上に柱を載置して固定する受板を架設して構成し、組付け孔に基礎コンクリートに突設したアンカーボルトを貫通させて該ボルトにナットを螺合締付けることにより基板を前記基礎コンクリートに固定し、受板上に柱を載置して固定するようにした構造のものがある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、相対する一対の脚板で受板を支持させることにより、受板と基板との間に空間を形成し、この空間を利用して組付け孔に貫通させたボルト先端にナットを螺合し、これを締付ける操作をするようにしたものであるが、脚板を平板体で構成しているため、揺れに弱く、地震等に因る外力の負荷に容易に変形することが、強度試験の結果、判明した。

本発明は、前記従来例の欠点を除去して前記従来例より耐震性の有る柱脚金物を提供すべく創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
基礎コンクリートに突設したアンカーボルトを挿通する組付け孔を設けた基板上に、前記アンカーボルトに螺合するナットの操作間隙を存して一対の、対向方向に膨らませた、横断面屈曲形状の脚板を該基板に熔接して相対して立設し、該脚板上に柱を載置して固定する受板を該脚板に熔接して設けたことを基本的手段とし、受板に、柱に設けたスリットに嵌挿して前記柱に固定する接続板を立設し、該接続板は、前記受板に設けた長孔を通じて部片を前記脚板間に介在させて該脚板と互いに熔接した構成にすることにより尚一層強固に柱を支持するようにするのである。

図面は本発明に係る木造建物の柱脚金物の一実施例を示し、図1は使用状態を示す一部欠截正面図、図2は一部欠截正面図、図3は一部欠截平面図である。

前記一対の脚板3,3は、相対向面側を対向方向に膨らませた断面円弧状の屈曲板で構成し、前記対向方向に直交する方向の中央を前記組付け孔1に最も近接させて基板2に熔接したもので、脚板3,3間にはナット10をアンカーボルト11に螺合締付け操作するための工具を係合するに充分な操作間隙8が形成されるようにしてある。

脚板3,3上に架設した受板4は柱12の断面形とほぼ同形と成して、脚板3,3に熔接したもので、この受板4の中央に設けた長孔5に部片6aを貫通させて脚板3,3間に介在させて、該部片6aと前記脚板3の上部を互いに熔接して、接続板6と受板4上に立設したのは、熔接部aが受板4上に残存しないようにして柱12と受板4の密接が確実に行われるようにしたものである。

もっとも、受板4を通じて接続板6と脚板3を熔接してあるので、これら3部材はより強固に固定されることになり、脚板3の横断面屈曲形状に相俟って捻れ変形がしにくく、従って、柱を尚一層強固に支持することができる。

本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、脚板の板面方向に外力が負荷しても横断面屈曲形状のため容易に変形しにくく、また、捻れ方向の外力に対して耐久的で、従って、アンカーボルトを適用して基礎コンクリートに直接固定することのできる柱脚金物としては、耐久的で、かつ、柱を確実に支持できる製品を提供できる。
