Claims (7)
- カード状に形成した紙製の湿度判定板(P)の表面に少なくとも1つの湿度判定部(M1〜M4)が設けられていて、該湿度判定部(M1〜M4)の吸湿に伴う変色により湿度判定を可能とした湿度インジケータ(I)と、
湿気を嫌う物品(E)を収納するための包装袋(DP)内に該物品(E)と一緒に入れられる乾燥剤パック(D)との結合ユニット(U)であって、
湿度インジケータ(I)は、それの一端部が乾燥剤パック(D)の一端部に接着されていて、その接着部又はその接着部近傍を回動中心として該インジケータ(I)が乾燥剤パック(D)の一面上に重なる待機位置(Ia)と、同乾燥剤パック(D)の一端縁(De)より外側に張出す使用位置(Ib)との間を反転回動可能であることを特徴とする、湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。 - カード状に形成した紙製の湿度判定板(P)の表面に少なくとも1つの湿度判定部(M1〜M4)が設けられていて、該湿度判定部(M1〜M4)の吸湿に伴う変色により湿度判定を可能とした湿度インジケータ(I)と、
湿気を嫌う物品(E)を収納するための包装袋(DP)内に該物品(E)と一緒に入れられる乾燥剤パック(D)との結合ユニット(U)であって、
湿度インジケータ(I)は、それの一端部が乾燥剤パック(D)の一端部に接着されていて、その接着部又はその接着部近傍を回動中心として、該インジケータ(I)の少なくとも湿度判定部(M1〜M4)を乾燥剤パック(D)の一面上に重ねる待機位置(Ia)と、該インジケータ(I)の少なくとも湿度判定部(M1〜M4)を同乾燥剤パック(D)の一端縁(De)より外側に張出させる使用位置(Ib)との間を反転回動可能であることを特徴とする、湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。 - 前記紙製の湿度判定板(P)の表面は外部に露出しており、その湿度判定板(P)の、湿度判定部(M1〜M4)から離れた一端部外面が乾燥剤パック(D)の一端部外面に接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。
- 前記湿度インジケータ(I)は、前記紙製の湿度判定板(P)の表面を覆う透明な第1樹脂フィルム(F1)と、同判定板(P)の裏面を覆う第2樹脂フィルム(F2)とを有していて、その両フィルム(F1,F2)の外周縁部相互がその全周に亘って、湿度判定板(P)の外周縁より食み出した位置で接着され、
その第1樹脂フィルム(F1)と湿度判定板(P)の表面との間には、前記湿度判定部(M1〜M4)の全面を臨ませた扁平な空気層(Au)が形成されると共に、この空気層(Au)を大気に直接連通させる複数の小孔(H)が相互に間隔をおいて第1樹脂フィルム(F1)に形成され、
何れかの樹脂フィルム(F1,F2)の一端部外面が乾燥剤パック(D)の一端部外面に接着されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。 - カード状に形成した紙製の湿度判定板(P)の表面に少なくとも1つの湿度判定部(M1〜M4)が設けられていて、該湿度判定部(M1〜M4)の吸湿に伴う変色により湿度判定を可能とした湿度インジケータ(I)と、
湿気を嫌う物品(E)を収納するための包装袋(DP)内に該物品(E)と一緒に入れられる乾燥剤パック(D)との結合ユニット(U)であって、
湿度インジケータ(I)は、湿度判定板(P)の表面を覆う透明な第1樹脂フィルム(F1)と、同判定板(P)の裏面を覆う第2樹脂フィルム(F2)とを有していて、その両フィルム(F1,F2)の外周縁部相互がその全周に亘って、湿度判定板(P)の外周縁より食み出した位置で熱接着(m)され、
その第1樹脂フィルム(F1)と湿度判定板(P)の表面との間には、前記湿度判定部(M1〜M4)の全面を臨ませた扁平な空気層(Au)が形成されると共に、この空気層(Au)を大気に直接連通させる複数の小孔(H)が相互に間隔をおいて第1樹脂フィルム(F1)に形成され、
一方の樹脂フィルム(F1)の一端縁部(F1e)は、これと対応する他方の樹脂フィルム(F2)の一端縁部(F2e)よりも外側に延出していて、その延出部(10)が前記乾燥剤パック(D)の一端部に熱接着されると共に、その熱接着部又はその接着部近傍を回動中心として湿度インジケータ(I)は、乾燥剤パック(D)の一面上に重なる待機位置(Ia)と、乾燥剤パック(D)の一端縁(De)より外側に張出す使用位置(Ib)との間を反転回動可能であることを特徴とする、湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。 - 前記湿度インジケータ(I)は、これが前記待機位置(Ia)にあるときに、湿度判定部(M1〜M4)が外側を向くことを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れかに記載の湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。
- 少なくとも前記一方の樹脂フィルム(F1)は、外側樹脂層(1)と、この外側樹脂層(1)の内面に一体に接合された内側樹脂層(2)との二層構造とされ、
該内側樹脂層(2)が、外側樹脂層(1)よりも低融点の接着層であることを特徴とする、請求項4又は5に記載の湿度インジケータと乾燥剤パックとの結合ユニット。
