Description

【0001】

[Prior art]
Conventionally, the following are known as this type of fluidized shelf apparatus.
2. Description of the Related Art It is known to have a fluidized shelf in which a free roller conveyor is inclined so as to incline downward from an inlet toward an outlet, and a cutting device provided in front of the outlet of the fluidized shelf.
[0003]
[Disadvantages of the prior art]
The conventional fluidized shelf apparatus has the following drawbacks.
When storing a rectangular parallelepiped article (hereinafter simply referred to as an article) having a left-right width equal to or slightly shorter than the left-right width (the length between the left and right side walls of the fluid shelf) in one fluidized shelf, There is no problem, but if an article with a width that is shorter than the width of the fluid shelf is stored, the orientation of the article is not determined and the articles are not aligned in the front-rear direction. As a result, the articles can be taken out one by one smoothly. Since this is not performed, there is a disadvantage that articles having different sizes cannot be stored in one fluidized shelf. In addition, when an article having a lateral width shorter than the lateral width of the fluid shelf is stored, in some cases, the diagonal portion of the article hits the left and right side walls of the fluid shelf, causing the article to move.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention employs the following means in order to eliminate the above disadvantages. That first aspect of the present invention, a flow shelves inclined downward toward the inlet mouth to the outlet, provided in the vicinity of the outlet of the flow shelf, and subsequent articles stopper for the retractable relative to the article supporting surface of the flow shelf, A cutting device provided in front of the outlet of the fluid shelf; and a foremost article stopper provided in front of the cutting device, wherein the fluid shelf has a pair of left and right article bearing surfaces against which adjacent left and right edges abut. [0005]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following effects by the configuration as described above. That is, according to the invention of claim 1, the article having different atmosphere of, since one corner it is possible to line up smoothly back and forth relative to, the lifting goods stand relative to the abutment portion of the outlet of the flow shelf If the position is adjusted, even if articles of different sizes are stored in one flow shelf, the articles can be reliably cut out by the cutting device. And since the raising / lowering table is rocked up and down, the operating device of the lifting table can be simplified as compared with the case where the lifting table is moved up and down in parallel.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
In this description, “front” refers to the right side of FIG. 1, “rear” refers to the left side of FIG. 1, “left” refers to the rear side of FIG. 1, and “right” refers to the front side.
[0007]
The flow shelf 1 inclined downward from the inlet 2 toward the outlet 3 has a pair of left and right article support surfaces 5 against which adjacent left and right edges abut, and each article support surface 5 is inclined downward toward the abutting portion 6. It has been. The article support surfaces 5 are configured such that an angle between them is 90 degrees or more. This is because the article W (see FIG. 2) is supported only by the one article support surface 5 to reduce the resistance when the article W flows and to smooth the flow of the article W. is there. As shown in FIG. 2, the angle of the left article support surface 5 with respect to the horizontal plane is such that the article W is supported by only one predetermined article support surface 5 (left article support surface 5 in FIG. 2). The angle is smaller than the angle of the right article support surface 5 with respect to the horizontal plane. The angle formed by the article support surfaces 5 is preferably in the range of 95 degrees to 115 degrees.
[0008]
A known article supply means (not shown) is provided behind the inlet 2 of the fluid shelf 1.
[0009]
With such a configuration, the article W (see FIG. 2) housed in the fluid shelf 1 from the inlet 2 always has one corner positioned at the abutting portion 6 of the pair of left and right article support surfaces 5 regardless of the size. Therefore, even if articles W of different sizes are stored in one fluidized shelf 1, the articles W of different sizes are smoothly lined up and down on the basis of one corner and the articles W are exited. The above state is maintained while moving toward 3.
[0010]
A cutting device 9 is provided in front of the outlet 3 of the fluidized shelf 1, a frontmost article stopper 10 is provided in front of the cutting apparatus 9, and is inclined downward and forward in front of the frontmost article stopper 10. A guide slope 11 is provided. As shown in FIG. 4, the guide slope 11 has a bottom plate 19 that is inclined downward to the left side, and a side plate 20 that is erected on the left edge of the bottom plate 19 and forms an angle of 95 to 115 degrees with the bottom plate 19. Yes.
[0011]
In front of the guide slope 11, known article carrying means (for example, a drive belt conveyor whose conveyance direction is directed to the left) (not shown) is provided.
[0012]
The cutting device 9 has a swinging lifting / lowering article base 14 pivotally mounted on a pivot 13 whose axial center is parallel to the abutting portion 6 so as to swing up and down. The pivot 13 is provided on the outer surface near the outlet 3 of the fluid shelf 1 via a support member 15.
[0013]
The swinging lifting / lowering table 14 is swung between a lowermost swinging position (solid line position in FIG. 3) and an uppermost swinging position (one-dot chain line position in FIG. 3) by a known actuator 16 including a fluid pressure cylinder. It is made to move. Note that the swinging up / down article table 14 is configured to contact a stopper 18 fixed to the fixed substrate 17 at the lowest swinging position.
[0014]
The swing elevating article table 14 includes a bottom plate 21 and side plates 22 erected on the left and right edges of the bottom plate 21. A rear article stopper 23 is provided at the rear portion of the bottom plate 21 so as to protrude downward.
[0015]
When the swing elevating article table 14 is located at the lowest swing position, the upper surface of the bottom plate 21 is connected to the left article support surface 5, and the inner surface of the right side plate 22 is connected to the right article support surface 5. It becomes a state. Then, the succeeding article stopper 23 is in a state of being submerged below the left article support surface 5. On the other hand, when the swinging elevating article table 14 is located at the uppermost swinging position, the upper surface of the bottom plate 21 is connected to the upper surface of the bottom plate 19 of the guide slope 11, and the inner surface of the left side plate 22 is the side plate 20 of the guide slope 11. It will be connected to the side. Then, the succeeding article stopper 23 protrudes upward from the article support surface 5. As is apparent from this description, the angle formed between the bottom plate 21 and the right side plate 22 is equal to the angle formed between the article support surfaces 5, and the angle formed between the bottom plate 21 and the left side plate 22 is the bottom plate 19 and the side plate of the guide slope 11. It is made equal to the angle formed by 20.
[0016]
The rear end of the guide slope 11 and the foremost article stopper 10 are fixed, and an attachment piece 25 is connected to the lower edge of the foremost article stopper 10, and the attachment piece 25 is fixed to the fixed substrate 17. Depending on the size of the article W, it is selectively fitted into one of the two sets of slits 27 on the front and rear sides of the support member 26 and fixed.
[0017]
Operation of the Embodiment of the Invention
Next, the operation of the embodiment of the invention will be described.
The articles W are sequentially stored from the inlet 2 to the flow shelf 1 in a state where the swinging lifting / lowering article table 14 of the cutting device 9 is in the lowest swinging position. Then, the stored article W moves toward the outlet 3 with one corner always positioned at the abutting portion 6 of the pair of left and right article support surfaces 5. Then, the foremost article W stops by hitting the foremost article stopper 10, and the subsequent articles W successively hit the preceding article W and stop. When the fluid shelf 1 is full, the supply of the articles W is temporarily stopped. The front-rear length of the article W is about “L” in FIG. 1 (the length from the end of the outlet 3 to the contact surface of the frontmost article stopper 10) to “2L”.
Thereafter, when a cut-out signal is issued to the actuating device 16, the foremost article W is lifted by the swinging lifting article base 14, and the left side of the bottom plate 21 while the swinging lifting lift base 14 is in the uppermost swinging position. When the swinging elevating article table 14 is positioned at the uppermost swinging position, the bottom plate 19 of the guide slope 11 is slid to reach a known article unloading means (not shown) and unloaded by the known article unloading means.
Thereafter, the swinging elevating article table 14 returns to the lowest swinging position. While the swinging lifting / lowering article table 14 is operating, the succeeding article stopper 23 causes the succeeding article W following the foremost article W to come into contact with the succeeding article stopper 23 and stop. When the swinging lifting / lowering article table 14 returns to the lowest swinging position, the succeeding article W, which has been blocked by the subsequent article stopper 23, moves toward the foremost article stopper 10, thereby Stop by hitting the stopper 10.
[0018]
