前記小径部は、前記ワイヤハーネスの径に合わせ、該小径部内面に前記ワイヤハーネスが密着するように形成してなり、
前記大径部は、前記パネル孔の形状に合わせて長穴形状(又は楕円形状)に形成され、前記パネル孔に嵌着する嵌着部分を形成し、
