Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a temporary scaffold member such as an overhanging bracket or a beam frame that is used by being attached to a support column with an engagement box constituting the temporary scaffold.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
Conventionally, as this type of temporary scaffold member, for example, an overhanging bracket, those shown in FIGS. 6 to 8 are known, and this will be described with reference to FIG.
That is, in the figure, 1a is a metal pipe-made temporary scaffolding extension bracket made of a substantially triangular shape, 2 is a horizontal member having a required length constituting the extension bracket 1a, and 3 is a horizontal member 2 of the horizontal member 2. A wedge suspended at one end, 4 is a tenon with a retaining hole 5 of a required height standing at the other end, 6 is a stopper formed annularly at the base end of the hozo 4, and 7 is horizontal. A stiffener attached obliquely downward from the side 4 of the member 2 toward the wedge 3 side, 8 a brace attached to the free end of the stiffener 7, and 9 free of the stiffener 7 It is a vertical member that connects the end and the horizontal member 2.
[0003]
In addition, 10 is a metal pipe column having a required length and diameter, and 11 and 12 are upper engagement box bodies formed on the outer peripheral surfaces of the upper and lower portions of the column 10 to engage the wedge 3. Each of the upper and lower engagement box bodies 11 and 12 is formed of two pairs of upper and lower box members 13 and 14 and lower box members 15 and 16 which are radially formed alternately at a predetermined interval. Has been. Reference numeral 17 denotes a short metal pipe branching post that is freely fitted and locked to the tenon 4 via a latching pin (not shown), and 18 is an engagement formed on the upper outer peripheral surface of the branching post 17. The engagement box body 18 is formed of two pairs of upper box members 19 and lower box members 20 that are alternately formed radially with a predetermined interval. The length of the branching column 17 is such that the upper and lower box members 19 and 20 of the engagement box body 18 are attached when the overhanging bracket 1a is attached to the lower box member 16 of the lower engagement box body 12 of the column 10. Is set to a required length so as to correspond to the upper and lower box members 13 and 15 of the upper engagement box body 11, respectively. Reference numeral 21 denotes a jack base of the column 10, 22 denotes a bracket with a wedge, 23 denotes a handrail with a wedge, 24 denotes an outer wall surface of a building or the like, and 25 denotes a protruding portion on the outer wall surface 24.
[0004]
When a temporary scaffold is constructed along the outer wall surface 24 of a building or the like having a projecting portion 25 according to the conventional example configured as described above, first, as shown in FIG. The columns 10 to which the support 21 is attached are arranged in parallel in two rows along the outer wall surface 24 at predetermined intervals, and the columns 10 adjacent to each other in the left-right direction (referred to as the direction along the outer wall surface 24) of each column are handrailed (not shown) ) And the columns 10 adjacent to each other in the front-rear direction (referring to a direction orthogonal to the outer wall surface 24) are connected by the bracket 22. When approaching the lower end of the projecting portion 25, the projecting bracket 1 a is attached by engaging the wedge 3 with the lower box member 16 constituting the lower box body 12 of the rear column 10, and the branching column 17 is attached to the hozo 4. Are engaged with each other and latched by a latching pin (not shown). At this time, the upper and lower box members 19 and 20 constituting the engagement box body 18 of the branching column 17 are respectively associated with the upper engagement box body 11 in the rear column 10. When the connection of the branching struts 17 is completed, the struts 10 are sequentially connected to the branching struts 17 and the rearward struts 10, and the lower box members 15 and 20 of the corresponding upper engagement box body 11 and engagement box body 18. A handrail 23 is attached to the stool through a wedge to construct a temporary scaffold with a required height (see FIGS. 6 and 7).
[0005]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 7, the conventional example configured as described above, when attaching the overhanging bracket 1 a to the lower box member 16 of the lower engagement box body 12 in the column 10 with the wedge 3, The upper and lower boxes 19 and 20 of the branching column 17 to be connected can be positioned at the same level as the upper and lower box members 13 and 15 of the corresponding upper engaging box body 11, and the handrail 23 and the like can be easily attached. Is.
However, as shown in FIG. 8, when the orientation of the column 10 is different, the overhanging bracket 1a must be attached to the upper box member 14 of the lower engagement box body 12 with the wedge 3, and as a result, the upper stage Depending on the height of the box member 14, the branching strut 17 necessarily protrudes upward. For this reason, the lower box member 20 of the branching strut 17 cannot be made to correspond to the lower box member 15 of the upper engaging box body 11 in the strut 10, which hinders the assembly of the temporary scaffold and is extremely easy to use. It was a bad thing.
[0006]
In order to solve the problems of the conventional example, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, a height adjusting collar 26 having the same length as the upper box members 13 and 14 is attached to a chain 27 so as to be appropriately fitted to the hozo 4. An overhanging bracket 1b attached via a cable is proposed.
Other configurations are the same as those of the conventional example described above, and the same reference numerals denote the same parts.
[0007]
The conventional example configured as described above is attached to the column 10 by engaging the overhanging bracket 1 b with the lower box member 16 of the lower engagement box body 12 of the column 10 with the wedge 3, After the height adjusting collar 26 is fitted, the branching column 17 is fitted and erected, and the corresponding lower box members 15 and 20 are positioned at the same level (see FIG. 9). . On the contrary, when the overhanging bracket 1b is engaged with the upper box member 14 of the lower engagement box body 12 in the support column 10 and attached, it is directly branched to the hozo 4 without fitting the height adjusting collar 26. The support columns 17 are fitted and erected, and the corresponding upper and lower box members 13, 15, 19, 20 are positioned at the same level (see FIG. 10).
[0008]
By the way, the conventional example configured as described above always responds by appropriately adjusting the height of the branching column 17 via the height adjusting collar 26 regardless of the mounting position of the overhanging bracket 1b with respect to the column 10. Although the upper and lower box members 13, 15, 19, and 20 can be positioned at the same level, the height adjustment collar 26 must be fitted and removed according to the mounting position of the overhanging bracket 1b, which is extremely troublesome. It was annoying. Further, since the height adjusting collar 26 is merely connected to the overhanging bracket 1b with the chain 27, when not in use, it hangs down as shown in FIG. In some cases, the chain 27 may be damaged due to damage, which is problematic in terms of safety.
[0009]
The present invention solves the problems of the conventional example, makes it possible to adjust the height of the branching strut easily, quickly and reliably, and to always position the corresponding upper and lower box members at the same level. It is intended to provide a temporary scaffold member such as an overhanging bracket that can be used.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
That is, according to the present invention, the wedge 3 is suspended from at least one end to be attached to the support 10 with the upper and lower engagement box bodies 11 and 12 constituting the temporary scaffold, and the branch support post with the engagement box body 18 is provided at a required location. In a temporary scaffolding member such as an overhanging bracket in which the hoses 4 are erected to connect the hoses 17, a pair of upper and lower upper and lower retaining holes 52, 53 are formed in the hozo 4 in a continuous manner at a predetermined interval. In addition, a height adjusting collar 55 that is freely engageable via a retaining pin 57 is fitted into the upper and lower retaining holes 52 and 53, and the height adjusting collar 55 is appropriately attached. By engaging with the upper and lower retaining holes 52 and 53, the engaging box body 18 of the branching column 17 to be connected is adjusted to the same level as the upper engaging box body 11 of the corresponding column 10. Become Characterized the door, it is an gist temporary scaffolding members such as projecting brackets.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described based on an example shown in the drawings.
1 to 5 show an embodiment of the present invention, in which 52 and 53 are upper hooks in which the base end of the hozo 4 constituting the overhanging bracket 51 is staggered vertically. A stop hole and a lower hook hole 54 are guide groove holes formed in an inverted L shape to allow the upper and lower hook holes 52 and 53 to communicate with each other, and the distance between the upper hook hole 52 and the lower hook hole 53. Is formed in the same length as the height of the upper and lower box members 14 and 16 of the lower engagement box body 12 in the support column 10. 55 is a height adjusting collar fitted to the tenon 4, 56 is a pin insertion hole formed in the height adjusting collar 55, and 57 is upper and lower hook holes 52 and 53 through the pin insertion hole 56. The latch pin 57 is supported by the outer peripheral surface of the height adjusting collar 55 by bending one end thereof. Others are the same as the conventional example, and the same reference numerals indicate the same parts.
[0012]
In the embodiment configured as described above, the wedge 3 is engaged with the lower box member 16 of the lower engagement box body 12, the overhanging bracket 51 is attached to the support column 10, and the latch pin 57 is attached to the upper latch hole. The height adjustment collar 55 is adjusted to a required height by being hooked on the 52. After that, the branching strut 17 is fitted and erected on the hoso 4 and the corresponding lower box members 15 and 20 are positioned at the same level (see FIGS. 3 and 4).
Conversely, when attaching the overhanging bracket 51 to the upper box member 14 of the lower engagement box body 12, the wedge 3 is engaged with the upper box member 14 and attached to the column 10, and the latch pin 57 is attached to the guide groove hole 54. And is latched in the lower retaining hole 53. After that, the branching strut 17 is fitted to the hoso 4 and is erected, and the corresponding upper box members 13 and 19 are positioned at the same high level (see FIG. 5).
[0013]
In the above-described embodiment, the upper and lower hook holes 52 and 53 are formed in the hozo 4, but the number thereof may be increased to further finely adjust the height of the height adjusting collar 55. Is. Moreover, although the overhanging bracket 51 is shown as a temporary scaffold member, the present invention is not limited to this, and can be applied to other temporary scaffold members such as a beam.
[0014]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, a pair of upper and lower upper and lower hooking holes 52 and 53 are formed in a continuous manner at predetermined intervals on the hozo 4 constituting the temporary scaffold member such as the overhanging bracket 51 according to the above. Height adjusting collars 55 that are freely engageable via the retaining pins 57 are fitted in the upper and lower retaining holes 52 and 53, respectively. Since it is configured to adjust the engagement box body 18 of the branching column 17 to be connected to the same level as the upper engagement box body 11 of the corresponding column 10 by being latched in the latching holes 52 and 53. While the height adjusting collar 55 is always fitted and held in the horn 4, the height is appropriately adjusted according to the mounting position of the overhanging bracket 51 or the like with respect to the column 10, and the height of the branching column 17 to be fitted is adjusted. Properly position The corresponding upper and lower box members 13, 15, 19, and 20 can be easily and quickly positioned at the same level, and are not only extremely convenient. There is no possibility that the height adjusting collar 55 will fall out of the side 4 and it can be used very safely.
