この発明は、噴射口を芝生面に向けて配備した複数個のノズルにポンプからの高圧の液体を分配供給して、この高圧の液体を芝生に間欠的に打ち込んで施肥や薬液注入あるいはエアレーションを行う芝生用潅注装置の,前記各ノズルへの高圧液体の分配供給を行う液体分配機構に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
図2は例えば特開平8−116709号公報に示された従来のこの種の液体分配機構の要部を示す断面図であって、この液体分配機構は例えば自走式車両にセッテイングされた芝生用潅注装置の中に組み込まれている。

図において、1は自走式車両のフレームに固設したブロック、2はブロック1に設けた分配弁、3は弁棒、4は弁体、5は弁閉用弾機、6はバルブシート、7は締付具、8は自走式車両上のポンプ(図示せず)からの高圧液体が入るポンプ側ポート、9は前記フレームの複数個のノズル(図示せず)に高圧液体を供給するノズル側ポート、10は分配弁付勢部11の回転に伴い周回する押圧子で、分配弁2の位置でその弁棒3の頭を押し込みながら周回する。

作業は、ポンプによってタンク(図示せず)内の液体が分配弁2のポンプ側ポート8まで圧送され、これと同時に分配弁付勢部11により分配弁2の開閉が開始されて高圧液体がノズル側ポート9から各ノズルに供給されることにより、噴射口から芝生面に向けて高圧液体が間欠的に噴射されて行われる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来のこの種の芝生用潅注装置の液体分配機構は以上のように分配弁2の弁棒3の頭が押圧子10により断続的に押圧されるので、弁棒3の頭の摩耗が激しく、この摩耗のために押圧子10による弁棒3のストロークが変化し、時と共に分配弁2の開き量が変わってしまって高圧液体の噴射圧や噴射量の一定化が図れないという問題点がある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この発明に係る芝生用潅注装置の液体分配機構は、かかる問題点を解消するためになされたもので、分配弁の弁棒の頭が摩耗しても、調整シートを回転軸の環状段面と押圧子支持部材との間に挿脱することにより弁棒のストロークを修正できるので、長期にわたり分配弁の開き量が変わらず高圧液体の噴射圧や噴射量の一定化が図れるし、また調整シートの挿脱により弁棒のストロークを変えて分配弁の開き量を変更調節できるので、作業の目的や芝生の生育状態や土質の違いなどに合わせて高圧液体の噴射圧や噴射量を最適化できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
この発明の一実施の形態を図1について説明する。図1は液体分配機構を示す縦断側面図であり、図中前記した従来装置と同一または相当部分には同一符号を付して説明を省略する。

図において、12はブロック1に貫挿支持した回転軸、13は回転軸12の一端突出側にその端部からはめ込んでナット14により取り付けた押圧子支持部材、15は回転軸12の外周面にあって押圧子支持部材13の取付位置を決める環状段面、16は環状段面15と押圧子支持部材13との間に挿脱可能に介在させた複数枚(図面では5枚)の調整シート、17は弁棒3に一体形成された弁体部である。なお、回転軸12の他端突出側は図示しないがエンジンなどの駆動機構に連繋されている。
