Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention distributes and supplies the high-pressure liquid from the pump to a plurality of nozzles arranged with the injection port facing the lawn surface, and intermittently injects the high-pressure liquid into the lawn for fertilization, chemical injection or aeration. The present invention relates to a liquid distribution mechanism that distributes and supplies high-pressure liquid to each nozzle of the turf irrigation apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view showing the main part of this type of conventional liquid distribution mechanism disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 8-116709. This liquid distribution mechanism is for lawns set in a self-propelled vehicle, for example. Built into the irrigation device.
[0003]
In the figure, 1 is a block fixed to the frame of the self-propelled vehicle, 2 is a distribution valve provided in the block 1, 3 is a valve rod, 4 is a valve body, 5 is a valve closing bullet, 6 is a valve seat, 7 is a fastener, 8 is a pump-side port for receiving high-pressure liquid from a pump (not shown) on the self-propelled vehicle, and 9 is for supplying high-pressure liquid to a plurality of nozzles (not shown) in the frame. The nozzle side port 10 is a pressing member that circulates as the distribution valve urging portion 11 rotates, and circulates while pushing the head of the valve rod 3 at the position of the distribution valve 2.
[0004]
In the operation, the liquid in the tank (not shown) is pumped to the pump side port 8 of the distribution valve 2 by the pump, and at the same time, the distribution valve urging unit 11 starts to open and close the distribution valve 2 and the high pressure liquid is discharged from the nozzle. By being supplied from the side port 9 to each nozzle, the high-pressure liquid is intermittently ejected from the ejection port toward the lawn surface.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional liquid dispensing mechanism of this type of lawn irrigation device, the head of the valve stem 3 of the dispensing valve 2 is intermittently pressed by the pusher 10 as described above. Due to this wear, the stroke of the valve stem 3 by the presser 10 changes, and the opening amount of the distribution valve 2 changes with time, and there is a problem that the injection pressure and injection amount of the high-pressure liquid cannot be made constant. .
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The liquid distribution mechanism of the lawn irrigation device according to the present invention is made to solve such a problem, and even if the head of the valve stem of the distribution valve is worn, the adjustment sheet is arranged with the annular step surface of the rotary shaft. Since the stroke of the valve stem can be corrected by inserting / removing it between the presser support member, the opening amount of the distribution valve does not change over a long period of time, and the injection pressure and injection amount of the high-pressure liquid can be made constant, and the adjustment sheet Since the opening of the distribution valve can be changed and adjusted by changing the stroke of the valve rod by inserting and removing, the injection pressure and injection amount of high-pressure liquid can be optimized according to the purpose of the work, the growth condition of the lawn and the soil quality, etc. .
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal side view showing a liquid distribution mechanism. In FIG. 1, the same or corresponding parts as those of the conventional apparatus described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
[0008]
In the figure, 12 is a rotary shaft that is inserted and supported by the block 1, 13 is a pressing member support member that is fitted from one end of the rotary shaft 12 to the protruding end of the rotary shaft 12, and 15 is attached to the outer peripheral surface of the rotary shaft 12. An annular step surface 16 for determining the mounting position of the presser support member 13, 16 is a plurality (5 in the drawing) of adjustment sheets that are detachably interposed between the annular step surface 15 and the presser support member 13. , 17 is a valve body part formed integrally with the valve stem 3. The other end protruding side of the rotary shaft 12 is connected to a driving mechanism such as an engine (not shown).
[0009]
Now, when the head of the valve stem 3 is worn and the stroke of the valve stem 3 by the presser 10 changes, the adjustment sheet 16 is pulled out from between the annular step surface 15 and the presser support member 13, and the stroke of the valve stem 3 is removed. To the original position, and the opening amount of the distribution valve 2 is made constant.
[0010]
Further, since the adjustment sheet 16 is inserted and removed between the annular step surface 15 and the presser support member 13, the opening of the distribution valve 2 can be changed and adjusted by changing the stroke of the valve stem 3, so The injection pressure and injection amount of the high-pressure liquid can be optimized according to the growth conditions and soil quality of the soil.
[0011]
Next, when replacing the valve seat 6 due to wear of the valve seat 6 or the like, it is only necessary to remove the nut 14 and remove the pusher support member 13 from the rotary shaft 12, and then remove the fastener 7 and remove the valve stem 3. If the valve seat 6 is extracted, the valve seat 6 comes out together, so that the valve seat 6 can be replaced easily and easily. The effect at the time of replacement | exchange of this valve seat 6 exhibits a still bigger effect, for example in the structure where the four distribution mechanisms are arrange | positioned in the block 1, when many distribution valves 2 are arranged.
[0012]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, even if the valve stem head of the distribution valve is worn, the stroke of the valve stem can be reduced by inserting and removing the adjustment sheet between the annular step surface of the rotary shaft and the presser support member. Since it can be corrected, the opening amount of the distribution valve does not change over a long period of time, and the injection pressure and injection amount of the high-pressure liquid can be made constant, and the opening amount of the distribution valve can be changed by changing the stroke of the valve stem by inserting and removing the adjustment seat. Since it can be adjusted, the effect of optimizing the injection pressure and the injection amount of the high-pressure liquid can be obtained according to the purpose of the work, the lawn growth state and the soil quality.
