図1において、本発明の実施の形態における湿し水循環処理装置1は、オフセット輪転印刷機の水舟S内の湿し水を循環させ浄化処理するものであり、この水舟S内の湿し水を循環させる循環路を構成する配管2a,2b,3a,3bと、湿し水を冷却する冷却装置4と、湿し水を浄化処理する浄化処理装置5とを備える。

Claims (3)
- オフセット印刷に用いられる湿し水を水舟と冷却装置との間および前記冷却装置と浄化処理装置との間でそれぞれ循環させ浄化処理する湿し水循環処理装置であって、
前記冷却装置と浄化処理装置との間で前記湿し水を循環させる循環路の途中に、
電気絶縁材からなる管状部材と、同管状部材の外周面に電気化学的電位の異なる2種の導電材からなる正極および負極とから構成され、外部電源を用いることなく電位差を生じさせ、前記湿し水を前記管状部材の流路内に流通させることによって、前記湿し水を介して前記正極および負極の導電結合を生じさせて前記湿し水の流れ方向と交差する方向に静電界を発生させ、前記湿し水および湿し水の溶解成分をイオン化させる自己電位差発生装置
を備えた湿し水循環処理装置。 - 前記浄化処理装置は、ゼータ電位の吸着作用を利用した電位吸着フィルタ装置と、活性炭の吸着作用を利用した活性炭フィルタ装置とを備えたものであり、前記自己電位差発生装置が、前記電位吸着フィルタ装置および活性炭フィルタ装置よりも下流側に配置されたものである請求項1記載の湿し水循環処理装置。
- オフセット印刷に用いられる湿し水を水舟と冷却装置との間および前記冷却装置と浄化処理装置との間でそれぞれ循環させ浄化処理する湿し水循環処理方法であって、
前記冷却装置と浄化処理装置との間で前記湿し水を循環させる循環路の途中に備えられた電気絶縁材からなる管状部材と、同管状部材の外周面に電気化学的電位の異なる2種の導電材からなる正極および負極とから構成され、外部電源を用いることなく電位差を生じさせ、前記湿し水を前記管状部材の流路内に流通させることによって、前記湿し水を介して前記正極および負極の導電結合を生じさせる自己電位差発生装置により、前記湿し水に対し、前記湿し水および湿し水の溶解成分をイオン化させるために前記湿し水の流れ方向と交差する方向に静電界を印加することを特徴とする湿し水循環処理方法。
