Description

The present invention relates to a sheet metal repair support tool used for sheet metal repair by pulling out a depressed portion such as a car body of an automobile.
The present invention also relates to a sheet metal repair method for pulling out a depressed portion of a car body or the like of an automobile.

When a car body or the like (for example, an outer surface of a car body, a frame, or the like) is deformed due to a collision or the like, repair of the depressed part is performed by knocking out the part from the inside or pulling out the part from the outside. However, in the method of knocking out from the inside, there is a complexity that various interior parts must be removed before repair. For this reason, in general, repair is performed by drawing out from the outside using a sheet metal working tool that pulls the depressed portion outward.

In the description of Patent Literatures 1 to 3 below, the symbols in each Patent Literature are used.
In Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2002-086212, as shown in FIG. 1 of the same publication, two frame bodies 2 and 2 forming a pair are respectively provided with appropriate intervals at the front and rear ends via connecting members 3 and 3, respectively. In addition to being connected in parallel, the connection tool 3 on the rear end side is pivotally attached to the distal end of a connection member 6 pivotally attached to a support member 5 fitted to the support column 4 so as to be movable up and down, In addition, the sheet metal contact surfaces of the two frames 2 and 2 forming a pair are fixedly and pivotally attached to the couplers 3 and 3 so as to be in close contact with the curved or inclined sheet metal processing surface B, respectively. Tool aids are described. In the repair, after the frame bodies 2 and 2 are pressed against the sheet metal processing surface B, the support portion of the sheet metal processing tool A is pressed against the frame body 2 to fix the sheet metal processing tool A, and the tip of the sheet metal processing tool A is fixed. This is performed by pressing the arc electrode 16 against the depression 14 and pulling out the depression 14 outward (see Patent Document 1).

In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2004-160460, as shown in FIG. 1 of the same publication, four leg portions 70 are attached around the damaged portion D of the panel surface P with suction pads 72, and two leg portions 70 each. The two subframes 20 support both ends of the two subframes 20, and the two subframes 20 support both ends of the two main frames 10. The two mainframes 10 separate the drawer device 40 from the panel surface P. A sheet metal repair support device is described in which the electrodeposition portion 44 extending from the drawing device 40 toward the damaged portion D is welded to the damaged portion D so as to pull out the damaged portion D (see FIG. (See Patent Document 2).

In Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2003-311327, as shown in FIG. 1 of the same publication, a plurality of washers 34 inserted through the support pins 25 are melted in the recessed surfaces to be repaired, and positions near both ends of the support pins 25, that is, A position near both sides of the washer 34 group, two movable side plates 20 and 21 connected at one end to the positions near both sides, a single support bar 18 connected to the other ends of the two movable plates 20 and 21; There is a repairing pull-out device that is pulled by a winch (not shown) or the like via a force transmission portion 15 attached near the center of the one support rod 18 and an engagement ring 14 integral with the force transmission portion 15. The method of Patent Document 1 is a method of pulling out one place near the center in the depressed portion 14 in a single direction. Similarly, the method of Patent Document 2 is also a method of pulling out one place near the center in the damaged portion D in a single direction. On the other hand, the method of Patent Document 3 is a method of extracting a plurality of locations (a plurality of locations arranged in a line) in the recessed surface, but the extraction direction is the same (single) direction.

図5(a)は車体のパネル外面Pに生じた陥没部位Dを示す正面図、(b)と(b’)は(a)内の矢視B端面図、(c)は(a)内の矢視C端面図である。
A first problem of the technique of repairing by pulling out one place in a depressed portion generated in the car body of an automobile outward (single direction) will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 5 (a) is a front view showing a depressed portion D formed on the panel outer surface P of the vehicle body, (b) and (b ′) are end views of arrow B in (a), and (c) is in (a). FIG.
For example, a ring-shaped metal piece (eg, washer) is welded to one place (for example, the central portion) in the depressed portion D, and a wire is locked in the hole of the ring-shaped metal piece. When pulled out outward as shown by the broken line arrow F0 in (b), the depressed portion D is pulled out to a certain extent, but finally, due to the restoring force of the metal panel P, it is slightly recessed as shown by the broken line d1. It becomes a shape. In addition, when a further strong tensile force is applied so as not to generate such a minute dent shape d1, the shape is not only slightly protruded but also has local irregularities as indicated by a two-dot chain line d2. It becomes. In other words, it is extremely difficult to restore the flat shape before damage. Inconveniences such as insufficient pulling out, excessive pulling out, and local unevenness may occur.
The reason is considered to be that (1) the depressed portion D is pulled only in a single direction, and (2) only one portion in the depressed portion D is pulled. That is, in order to restore the depressed portion D to the original shape, it is necessary to simultaneously pull each portion in the depressed portion D in an appropriate direction (eg, an outward direction substantially along the tangential plane of each pulled portion). Despite being, only one place was pulled in only one direction (one direction substantially orthogonal to the tangential plane), so the panel P could not be sufficiently restored, and as a result, d1 and d in FIG. It is thought that it became like d2. That is, since the depressed portion of the panel P and its periphery (peripheral portion) are drawn toward the central portion of the depressed portion, the portion is arranged along the tangential plane at each portion, that is, each portion is placed outside the depressed portion. However, it is considered that the panel P could not be sufficiently restored because it was pulled in one direction substantially orthogonal to the depressed surface without doing so.
In order to satisfactorily repair the depressed portion without causing such a problem, an appropriate plurality of points k1, k2, and so on (see FIG. 5A) in the depressed portion D are applied to an appropriate force F1, in an appropriate direction. Although it is only necessary to pull simultaneously at F2, (see FIGS. 5B 'and 5C), conventionally, a plurality of points could not be pulled simultaneously in different directions. The reason is that a sheet metal repair support tool capable of such work has not been provided.
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to provide a sheet metal repair support tool that enables an operation of simultaneously pulling a plurality of points in a depressed portion generated in a car body of an automobile in different directions.

A second problem of the technique of repairing by pulling out a desired portion in the depressed portion generated in the car body or the like of the automobile will be described with reference to FIG.
FIG. 6A shows the depressed portions Da and Db generated on the panel outer surface P of the vehicle body of the automobile, and the pulling portions Da and Db are pushed back so as not to be pulled and pulled around the automobile body and the depressed portion. Explanatory drawing which illustrates A position and B position which are power points, (b) is explanatory drawing which shows the direction of force Fa which should push A position, (c) is explanatory drawing which shows the direction of force Fc which should push B position It is. The A position and the B position are examples of the push-back position, and the push-back points corresponding to the depressed portions Da and Db are not limited to the A position and the B position shown in the drawing.
The vehicle body panel is curved in the up-down direction and / or the front-rear direction and / or the left-right direction. For this reason, for example, when the depressed portion is positioned relatively lower (see the depressed portion Da), at the corresponding push-back point A position, the vehicle body panel faces obliquely downward due to the bending in the vertical direction. As shown in (c), the force Fa to press the A position is inclined downward by an angle α with respect to the horizontal. Similarly, when the depressed portion is positioned relatively on the upper side (see the depressed portion Db), at the corresponding push-back point B position, the vehicle body panel faces obliquely upward due to the bending in the vertical direction, and as a result, (b) As shown, the force Fb to push the B position is inclined upward by an angle β with respect to the horizontal. Note that the inclination angles α and β of the force at the A position and the B position are inclination angles caused by bending in the vertical direction, but substantially the same argument holds for the bending in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction.
In this way, the force that pushes back around the vehicle body or the depressed part so as not to be pulled by being pulled around the car body or the depressed part of the automobile (for example, Fa or Fb) can be directed in various directions depending on the position of the depressed part. Therefore, the members (supports) Ra and Rb (see FIGS. 6B and 6C) that push back the vehicle body upon receiving a member (bar material or the like) for applying the force are also directed in various directions. It is essential to be able to receive the members (bars, etc.) that are placed.
However, in the past, when a force (eg, Fa or Fb) that pushes back around the body of a car or a depressed part can be directed in various directions, a member (bar material or the like) for applying the force is received. No supportable member (sheet metal repair support tool) was provided. In other words, when the car body and the surroundings of the depressed part are pushed back with a bar or the like, even if the bar can be set in various directions depending on the position of the depressed part, the bar is received and supported. The member to obtain (sheet metal repair support tool) was not provided.
An object of this invention is to provide the sheet-metal repair assistance tool which can respond to this request | requirement.
In general, it is necessary to push back at least two locations (e.g., the vehicle body base and the vicinity of the depressed portion) in order to prevent the car body and the depressed portion from being pulled and pulled. A member (sheet metal repair support tool) that can receive and support a plurality of bars arranged so as to push back a plurality of locations on the vehicle body side has not been provided.
An object of this invention is to provide the sheet-metal repair assistance tool which can receive and support a some bar | burr etc. simultaneously.

In addition, the present invention enables an operation of simultaneously pulling a plurality of points in a depressed portion generated in a car body of a car in different directions, and a force (for example, Fa or Fb) to push back the car body of the car. To provide a sheet metal repair method capable of satisfactorily repairing a depressed portion of an arbitrary part of a vehicle body by using a sheet metal repair support tool that can be supported by receiving the force even in various directions. With the goal.

The coupling tool is fixed to the depressed portion by welding, gripping, or the like, or is inserted and locked through a through hole near the depressed portion.
Examples of the connecting tool include a metal piece such as a washer (a metal piece having a through hole for locking an end of a wire, a chain, or the like). As the shape of the metal piece, for example, a circle having a longitudinal portion (see FIG. 3B) / a rhombus (see FIG. 4A) / a parallelogram (see FIG. 4B) / a circle (FIG. 4). (See (c)).
The metal piece connector is usually used when the depressed portion is on the panel surface P.
In FIG. 3B, the end of the long portion 24a is welded to the panel surface P (the welding site is indicated by Y), and the end of the chain is locked to the pin p24 inserted through the through hole 24h of the circular portion 24b. The state where the tensile force F is applied through the chain is shown. FIG. 4 (a) shows a case in which a diamond metal piece 21 is welded to the panel surface P (the welded portion is indicated by Y), and the end of the chain is locked to a pin p21 inserted through the through hole 21h. The state where the tensile force F is applied is shown. FIG. 4B shows a case in which the parallelogram metal piece 22 is welded to the panel surface P, the end of the chain is locked to the pin p22 inserted through the through hole 22h, and a tensile force F is applied through the chain. Shows how it was done. FIG. 4C shows a state in which the circular metal piece 23 is welded to the panel surface P, the end of the chain is locked to the pin p23 inserted through the through hole 23h, and a tensile force F is applied through the chain. Indicates. The pins p21 to p24 inserted into the through holes 21h to 24h are members used when a plurality of metal pieces are welded close to each other and one chain is pulled out from the plurality of metal pieces welded close together. Therefore, if there is no such need, it may be omitted. Further, the chain and the pins p21 / p22 / p23 / p24 may be directly connected, but a locking tool is provided at the end of the chain, and the locking tool is locked to the pins p21 / p22 / p23 / p24. You may do it.
The connecting tool for gripping the depressed portion is usually used when the depressed portion is generated in a square member (eg, a frame in front of the engine room).
FIG. 4D shows a state in which the depressed portion Dc is generated in the frame 82 in front of the engine room 81, and FIG. 4E shows a cross section taken along the arrow E in FIG. In FIG. 4D, the gripping tool 25 is not shown for easy viewing of the drawing. As shown in the figure, when the depressed portion Dc occurs in the square member 82, the gripping tool 25 is fastened to the square member 82 with a bolt 25 b or the like, and the end of the chain is locked in the through hole 25 h of the gripping tool 25. A tension F is applied through the chain.
The coupler that is fixed by being inserted through the through hole near the depressed portion and locked to the back surface side is used when the depressed portion is on the panel surface and the through hole is present near the depressed portion. Since a method of inserting a locking piece or the like having a width smaller than the diameter of the through hole and a length larger than the diameter of the through hole into the through hole and locking it to the back surface is well known, illustration is omitted.

Examples of the string-like material include a chain and a wire.
As a locking member capable of locking each other end of the string-like material pulled out in different directions in a tensile state, for example, a configuration as shown in FIG. 1 can be exemplified. Figure 1 is a structure erected metals (the iron) round bars 31 and 32 arranged in a grid pattern is shown. In the example shown in the figure, the lattice portion is erected in the vertical direction. However, the upper end of the illustrated lattice portion is used for repairing a sheet metal of a panel provided in a substantially horizontal direction such as an upper plate of a roof or a trunk room. Further, the lattice portion may be extended and used in an overhang shape .

As the bar , for example, a contact bar 40 illustrated in FIG. 3A can be used. The abutting bar 40 abuts on a desired portion on the panel surface P side (for example, a portion near the vehicle body base / depressed portion, etc.) at a free angle at the abutting portion 43 on one end side, and on the other end side. It abuts at the receiving portion 42 to the rod 31 which is shown in Figure 1 (or 32). The accepted part 42, since the structure to form a semi-circular arc shape as shown, is easy engagement work to the round bar 31 (or 32), and the length of the contact bar 40 After the pressing force is applied by adjusting or the like, the receiving portion 42 is reliably prevented from falling off the round bar 31 (or 32).
In the bar 40 shown in FIG. 3A, the expansion / contraction part 41 is appropriately set in a state where the contact part 43 is in contact with the panel surface P and the receiving part 42 is in contact with the round bar 31 (or 32). Turn to adjust the total length of the abutment bar 40. Note that a mechanism for adjusting the length by turning the telescopic portion 41 around the axis is well known, and the description thereof is omitted.
In a state where the pressing force is properly adjusted, for example, by appropriately adjusting the total length of the bar, even if the depressed portion is pulled outward via the string-like material to pull out the depressed portion, the tensile force is On the contrary, a pressing force is applied from the round bar 31 (or 32) side to the part on the panel surface P side via the contact bar 40 (for example, the base of the vehicle body / a part near the depressed part). The vehicle body is prevented from being displaced toward the locking member (contact receiving member).

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1A and 1B show a sheet metal repair support tool according to an embodiment, where FIG. 1A is a front view, FIG. 1B is an arrow B view in FIG. 1A, and FIG. 1C is an arrow C view in FIG. . 2A and 2B show how sheet metal repair is performed using the sheet metal repair support tool of FIG. 1, wherein FIG. 2A is a front view, FIG. 2B is an arrow B view of FIG. 1A, and FIG. 2C is an arrow of FIG. FIG. 3A is an explanatory view showing a method of attaching the bar 40 between the panel surface P and the round bar 31 (or 32), and FIG. 3B is an explanatory view showing a state in which the connector is welded to the panel surface P. It is.

The sheet metal repair support tool shown in FIG. 1 is formed by standing a lattice portion 30 on a base 35, and its total weight is in a range of approximately 200 to 500 kg. Since the weight is in this range, it can function as a sheet metal repair support tool despite being movable as described below. End bases 34 are respectively provided at both ends of the base 35, thereby reliably preventing the sheet metal repair support tool from falling down. Reference numeral 33 denotes a support rod that connects both the upper surface side both ends of the end base 34 and the center height of both ends of the lattice portion 30. On the lower surface side of the end base 34, rolling wheels 37a / 37b, 37b are provided.

The rolling wheel 37a is provided at a substantially central position on the lower surface side of the end base 34 on the right end side in the drawing. Further, the rolling wheels 37b and 37b are provided near both ends of the lower surface side of the end base 34 on the left end side in the drawing. These rolling wheels 37a, 37b, and 37b can roll in any direction, and at least one rolling wheel (eg, rolling wheel 37a) can be moved to the floor by operating a lever (not shown). It can be fixed. Since the mechanism for fixing the rolling wheels and the operation therefor are well known, the description thereof is omitted. After the sheet metal repair support tool is arranged at a desired position, the rolling wheel is fixed, and the four corners are fixed to the floor surface with the chain 60 (see FIG. 2B).

The lattice part 30 is formed by arranging a vertical round bar 31 made of metal (iron) and a horizontal round bar 32 made of metal (iron) in a grid shape and welding them together. Here, the horizontal round bar 32 is alternately provided on both sides of the vertical round bar 31 as shown in FIG. 1B, thereby improving the overall strength balance and weight balance.
The base 35 is formed by horizontally arranging long square metal (iron) square members, and relatively short and thick metal (iron) end bases 34 at both ends of the base 35. It is provided in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction.

Hereinafter, a description will be given in the case where the depressed portion to be repaired is located on a side panel (for example, a door panel) of an automobile.
After the above-described sheet metal repair support tool is arranged substantially parallel to the side of the automobile as shown in FIGS. 2 (a), (b), and (c), a plurality of connecting tools (e.g. : A circular metal piece having a longitudinal portion (see FIG. 3B) is fixed by welding or the like. It is assumed that the automobile is fixed in advance with a jack and is prevented from sinking when the depressed portion is pulled as will be described later.
Next, the plurality of string-like members 51, 52 are moved from the plurality of connectors to an appropriate direction (eg, outward direction substantially along the tangent plane of the drawing point, see FIGS. 5B 'and 5C). The other end of each string-like material is pulled out and locked to an appropriate round bar (vertical round bar 31 or horizontal round bar 32) of the lattice part 30, respectively. At this time, if necessary, an appropriate pin p24 inserted through the through holes 24h, 24h, of the plurality of connectors to draw one string-like material from a plurality of adjacent connectors, or a string As described above, it is possible to use a locking member for locking the end of the shaped material to the pin p24. In addition, in the example of FIG.2 (b) (c), although there are two string-like materials of 51 and 52, three or more may be sufficient.

Further, before or after the string-like members 51 and 52 are set (before and after the set), the contact rod 40 shown in FIG. 3A is connected to the vicinity of the depressed portion and / or the vehicle body base as described above. , After setting between the appropriate round bars (vertical round bar 31 or horizontal round bar 32) of the lattice part 30, adjust the overall length of the bar by turning the telescopic part 41 around the axis, etc. It is set so that a pressing force acts between the vicinity of the depressed portion and the round bar 31 or 32 in a state where a tensile force is applied to the shaped members 51 and 52. In the illustrated example, the bars 40 a and 40 c are set between the vehicle body base and the grid part 30, and the bar 40 b is set between the vicinity of the depressed part and the grid part 30.

In this state, as shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, the urging force ff in the direction crossing the string-like materials 51 and 52 in the string direction is applied. In the illustrated example, an urging force ff is applied in a direction that increases the distance between the string-like materials 51 and 52. As a result, an outward tensile force as illustrated in FIGS. 5B 'and 5C is applied from the string-like materials 51 and 52 to the respective tensile points in the depressed portion via the respective connecting devices. Then, the depressed portion is raised to a height substantially equal to the surrounding panel surface and repaired. Then, the string-like materials 51 and 52 are removed, and the connector is removed. In addition, when it welds, a connection tool can be easily removed by twisting.
Sheet metal repair is performed as described above.

In the above, the lattice portion 30 is erected along the vertical direction. However, when repairing the depressed portion of the top panel of the roof or trunk, the lattice portion that covers the overhang shape from the illustrated lattice portion 30 is further provided. The provided sheet metal repair support tool may be used.
Moreover, the round bar which comprises the grating | lattice part 30 is not limited to iron, Another material may be sufficient. In addition, for example, a pipe or a non-circular bar may be used as long as the function of the present invention is not impaired.
