Description

【0001】

[0001]
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a step improvement in an escalator.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As shown in FIG. 6, the escalator has a step chain 5 wound endlessly around a driving sprocket 3 and a driven sprocket 4 provided in the upper machine chamber 1 and the lower machine chamber 2, and a number of steps 6 are attached thereto. And is guided by the guide rail 7. And the drive sprocket 3 is rotationally driven by the drive device 8 in the upper machine room 1 via the drive chain 9, and step 6 is comprised so that it may circulate.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the case of a step in a normal escalator, a truss having a thickness of about 1000 mm is necessary to store the step 6 on the outward path and the step 6 on the return path, and the escalator on the existing stairs is required. Installation was not easy.
That is,
1. If necessary, the required dimensions from the top of the step to the ceiling cannot be secured.
2. Because the weight of the escalator is heavy, it cannot be supported on stairs.
There were problems such as.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object thereof is to provide an escalator that can be easily installed in a space, particularly in a place where a height dimension is limited.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is an escalator including a step of circulating and moving through a predetermined slope, wherein at least a part of the step board has a downward slope toward the rear end.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an escalator having a step provided with a tread having a downward slope toward the rear end.
[0007]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an overall perspective view showing steps of an escalator according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a state diagram showing an example of steps in an inclined portion of the escalator, and FIG. 3 is a state diagram of steps at an exit.
[0008]
In the figure, the same reference numerals as those in FIG. 6 denote the same components, but reference numeral 10 denotes a step according to the present invention, which includes a tread 11 and a riser 12, and the front wheel 10a and the rear wheel 10b rotate as in the conventional case. It is provided freely. The tread 11 is composed of, for example, a tread 11a having a downward slope of 15 ° or less toward the rear end and a tread 11b having a horizontal portion or a reverse slope. It is considered that it is more preferable in terms of safety if both of the treads 11a and 11b are prevented from slipping by, for example, knurling.
[0009]
Reference numeral 20 denotes an exit plate. When the step 10 meshes with the exit plate 20, the tread plate 11a is guided by a guide rail (not shown) so as to maintain a horizontal state, and can be meshed with the tread plate 11b. Have a deep comb.
[0010]
With such a configuration, as can be seen from FIG. 7, the thickness of the truss can be reduced to about 700 mm in the inclined portion of the escalator as compared with the conventional case. At the same time, it is possible to reduce the weight of the entire escalator by reducing the thickness of the truss.
[0011]
4 and 5 show another embodiment according to the present invention. FIG. 4 is a state diagram at an inclined portion of the escalator, and FIG. 5 is a state diagram at the exit.
[0012]
In the figure, the structure step board 31b of the step 30 of the step plate 31a and the step plate 31b is rotatably supported by a shaft 30a to the tread plate 31a, which is more operated treadle behind the step 30 via the link 32 and the lever 33 It has become.
[0013]
That is, the link 32 and the lever 33 are rotatably connected to the back surface of the tread 31b. When one end of the lever 33 is supported by the pin 33a and pushed down, the tread 31b moves upward against the spring force of the compression spring 34. When the force applied to the lever 33 is released, the tread plate 31b is lowered downward by the spring force of the compression spring 34, settles at the same level as the tread plate 31a, and the bag is deformed to the same shape as the conventional step.
[0014]
Accordingly, the inclined portion of the escalator, in the state where steps 30 to each other to form a staircase, as shown in FIG. 4, depressing the front end lever 33 step board in step 30 on the rear side, the other side of the lever 33 in its reaction The tread plate 31b is pushed up and pivoted via the link 32 so as to have a horizontal or reverse gradient. The same applies to the return side steps the inclined portion of the escalator.
[0015]
Further, in the state where there is no step between the steps 30 such as the exit of the escalator or the vicinity of the entrance, as shown in FIG. 5, the lever 33 is pushed back by the spring 34, and the tread 31 b is connected via the link 32 It rotates so that it may be flush with 31a.
[0016]
If the tread 31b is made movable in this way, the depth of the comb at the front end of the entrance / exit plate can be made shallower, and the thickness of the step in the inclined portion of the escalator can be made smaller.
[0017]
If it is the above structure, if it guides as shown in FIG. 2 in the inclined part of an escalator, the thickness of a truss can be reduced to about 700 mm, and at the same time, by reducing the thickness of the truss The weight of the entire escalator can also be reduced.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, if the shape of the step is devised as in the present invention, the truss depth can be kept small and the weight can be reduced. Therefore, it seems that the escalator should be installed as it is on the existing stairs. Even in this case, it can be installed very easily.
