Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to various deformable containers filled with food and drink such as pudding, for example, and a container having a concave portion or the like on a part of its inner wall surface to facilitate the removal of the food and drink.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Such a deformable container filled with food and drink such as pudding in the prior art is shown in FIG. If the said technique is demonstrated, 1 is a container main body, and food and drinks 2, such as pudding, are filled in the inside. The opening 3 is formed in a substantially square shape and has four vertical side surfaces 4. Further, the bottom surface (lower surface) 5 is formed so as to project a series of return-shaped clogs 7 so that the bottom surface 5 is not in direct contact with the container body 1 when placed on a table or the like. A projecting piece (pocketing part) 6 is projected and integrally formed on a part of the bottom surface 5, and the peripheral part of the projecting piece 6 is a thin bottom surface part 5 a.
[0003]
The conventional technology has such a configuration, and when the food and drink 2 such as the pudding is taken out from the container main body 1, if the projecting piece 6 is bent as shown by a one-dot chain line, the direction of the projection 6 in the direction of arrow A is as follows. The above-mentioned food and drink 2 are released by flowing outside air through a through hole 5b formed by cracking the thin portion 5a of the bottom surface 5 by the bending operation.
[0004]
Further, as another example in the prior art, there is a structure in which the bottom surface 5 of the container body 1 has no protruding piece 6 at all. In the case of the container having such a structure, when the food and drink 2 such as the pudding is taken out from the container main body 1, the container main body 1 is largely deformed by applying a strong external force to release the food and drink 2. .
[0005]
The bottom surface 5 of the container body 1 is provided with a series and ring-shaped clogs 7, and as described above, when taking out the food and drink 2 such as the pudding from the container body 1, the container body 1 is more powerful against the clogs 7. The container body 1 is deformed by applying an external force, and the food and drink 2 is released.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional technique has the configuration described above, the following problems existed.
A protruding piece 6 is provided on a part of the bottom surface 5 of the container body 1, and the protruding piece 6 is used when the container body 1 is accumulated in the production process or when the container 2 is transported to a filling user of food and drink 2. The thin portion 5a of the bottom surface 5 formed around the projecting piece 6 and the projecting piece 6 may be cracked or broken. In this case, crack holes, pinballs, and the like were also generated.
[0007]
If the protruding piece 6 of the thin portion 5a of the bottom surface 5 is cracked or broken, and if a pinhole is generated, a food or drink 2 such as pudding filled in the container main body 1 may have a hole or In the process of leaking from the pinhole and filling the container body 1 with food and drink 2 such as pudding, the already filled food and drink 2 flows out of the container body and hinders the process function of the production process line. Also, product quality issues were raised.
[0008]
Furthermore, in the process of filling the food and drink 2 into the container body 1, the protruding piece 6 may be broken, and the protruding piece 6 may be mixed into another container body. In such a case, if a foreign product is mixed in the food and drink 2 such as pudding and the product is put on the market as a product, there is a concern that a complaint will be generated from a general consumer and that a so-called PL lawsuit will be developed.
[0009]
When the food and drink 2 filled from the container body 1 is taken out, it is necessary to bend the protruding piece 6 provided on the bottom surface 5 of the container main body 1 first. There are cases where the consumer performs directly with fingers or with a tool such as a bending tool. In the former case, when the person is a person without a finger, such as a woman, an elderly person or a child, the bending operation of the protruding piece 6 is performed. There is a problem that the consumer is unable to provide food and drink such as pudding when there is no such tool.
[0010]
When there is no protruding piece 6 or outside air inlet on the bottom surface 5 of the container body 1, it is difficult for the consumer to release the food and drink 2 filled in the container body 1 from the container body 1. The product value was reduced.
[0011]
The bottom surface 5 of the container body 1 has a series of annular clogs 7, and the bottom surface of the container body 1 is used to release the food and drink 2 filled in the container body 1 from the container body 1. The clogs of the clogs 7 also need to be deformed by applying a strong external force. However, the clogs 7 having the above structure are difficult to deform and it is difficult to release the food and drink 2 from the container body 1. It was.
[0012]
The structure of the container according to the present invention is such that a recess is formed on a part of the inner wall surface of the container body without forming a protruding piece (pocketing part) on the bottom surface of the container body, and the clogs of the bottom surface of the container body are extracted. The purpose of the present invention is to make it possible to easily take out food and drink such as pudding from the container body and provide it to consumers with relatively weak fingers and arm strength. .
[0013]

[0027]
Further, in the above description, the concave groove 14b is formed in an annular shape continuously to the intermediate position of the container body 8. However, the concave groove 14b depends on the material, rigidity, and other characteristics and conditions of the container body 8. Can be formed intermittently or single.
[0028]
Next, Embodiment 4 of the container structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 6, the concave groove 14 is an intermediate position between the left end and the right end of at least one of the four inner side surfaces 12 a shown in FIG. 1 of the container body 8, and the upper end to the lower end of the inner side surface 12 a. It extends continuously in the vertical direction.
Since the other structure of the container structure according to the present invention is the same as that of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted. Also, it has been found through experiments that the size and shape of the concave groove 14b are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0029]
Further, in the above description, the concave groove 14 is continuously and continuously extended from the upper end to the lower end of at least one of the inner side surfaces 12a of the container body 8. However, a plurality of grooves 14 may be formed intermittently. Or only a single piece can be formed.
The concave groove 14b can be formed intermittently or as a single piece depending on the material, rigidity, other characteristics, conditions, and the like of the container body 8.
[0030]
The structure of the container according to the present invention described above is an example in which the opening 9 of the container main body 8 is a substantially rectangular shape, but the container main body 8 according to the present invention has a substantially cylindrical structure shown in FIG. The opening 9 of the container body 8 is substantially circular. The inner surface 12a of the container body 8 is formed in a single annular surface. The concave grooves 14d extend in series in the vertical direction or the horizontal direction of the inner side surface 12a or in the adjacent surface portion 12b where the lower end surface of the inner side surface 12a and the inner bottom surface 13a are in contact with each other as in the above-described modification. Being formed.
[0031]
In addition, a plurality of container structures according to the present invention may be formed on the inner side surface 12a of the container body 8, and only a single container can be formed intermittently.
Depending on the material, rigidity and other characteristics and conditions of the container body 8, the concave groove 14a can be formed intermittently or as a single piece.
[0032]
Next, the filling method, operation | movement, etc. are demonstrated about Embodiment 1 of the container main body 8 which concerns on this description based on this invention mentioned above.
[0033]
(1) Filling method and take-out operation when filling is egg tofu First, a container body 1 as shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured in the container production process. When the filling, that is, the food or drink 10 is egg tofu, the raw materials are mixed in a ratio of egg yolk, egg white and water at a ratio of 13:27:40, and then stirred with a stirrer (not shown) for about 20 minutes. It consists of the mixed solution filtered. The container body 8 is filled with the mixed solution. The edge of the opening 9 of the container body 8 is covered with a sealing material 11. Thereafter, the container body 8 is cooled with cold water for about 50 minutes. Furthermore, store it in the refrigerator for about 24 hours.
[0034]
Next, a description will be given of the case of taking out the food and drink 10 filled with the container body 8, that is, egg tofu, and the sealing material 11 is peeled off from the covering edge 8 a of the opening 9 of the container body 8. Therefore, outside air flows from the through hole. The consumer applies an external force to the container body 8 with a finger or the like, for example, in a diagonal direction, and deforms the container body 8.
[0035]
Thus, as shown in FIG. 2, an external force in the direction of arrow B is applied to the side surface 12 of the container body 8, and the groove 14 is stressed in the direction of arrow C and deformed as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. Is done. Accordingly, the egg tofu that is the filling, that is, the food or drink 10 moves under pressure in the direction of arrow D, and is separated from the container body 8 and released. In this way, the egg tofu is easily taken out and provided to consumers.
[0036]
(2) Water separation test when the filling is egg tofu As described above, the test when taking out the food and drink 2 as the filling from the container body 8, that is, egg tofu, is called a so-called water separation test. Then, the sealing material 11 is peeled off from the covering edge 8a of the container main body 8, the container main body 8 filled with egg tofu is turned over and deformed by applying an external force in a diagonal direction, and external air is injected from the through hole 5b. To do.
Thus, among the embodiments of the invention, for example, when the water separation test is performed for the main embodiments 1 and 3 described above, the following results were obtained.
[0037]
(A) In the case of the first embodiment of the present invention In the first embodiment of the present invention, a series of four concave grooves 14 are formed in the vertical direction of the four mutually adjacent surface portions 12b of the inner surface 12a of the container body 8. Is the case. In such a case, air enters the outer surface of the egg tofu filled in the container main body 8 from the concave groove 14, and the egg tofu can be dropped with a smaller deformation amount of the container main body 8 than when there is no concave groove. It has been found. Moreover, it turned out that the egg tofu taken out from the said container main body does not lose shape in this case.
[0038]
(B) For the second embodiment of the present invention the implementation of the embodiment of the present invention 2, 4 four mutually adjacent surfaces site 12b of the inner side surface 12a of the recessed groove 14 is the container body 8 in series in the vertical direction And four concave grooves 14a are formed in series on the four sides of the inner bottom surface 13a of the container body 8. In such a case, air enters the outer surface of the egg tofu filled in the container main body 8 from the concave grooves 14 and 14a, and further compared with the first embodiment described in the above (a), Even with a small amount of deformation, it has been found that the egg tofu is dropped from the container body 8. At this time, it was also found that the egg tofu taken out from the container body 8 did not lose its shape.
[0039]
( 3 ) Water separation test when the filling material is egg tofu, pudding and jelly , with or without slip agent. Next, food and drink filled in the container body. The following results were obtained when each water separation test was carried out for the various foods and drinks 10 containing the raw materials of Nippon Polychem slip agent such as Novatec PP MG3 (trade name).
[0040]
(A) In case of egg tofu Regardless of whether or not the slip agent is contained in the egg tofu, the concave grooves 14 and 14a are formed in the inner side surface 12a and the inner bottom surface 13a of the container body 8. It was found that it was easy to water.
Further, it was found that when the concave grooves 14 and 14a are not formed in the upper container body, it is difficult to separate water.
(B) In the case of pudding In place of the above egg tofu, the same result as in the above egg tofu was shown in the case of the pudding.
(C) In the case of jelly In the case of the jelly in place of the egg tofu, it was found that water does not separate regardless of the presence or absence of the slip agent or the presence or absence of the grooves 14 and 14a.
[0041]
Next, a fifth embodiment of the container structure according to the present invention will be described with reference to FIG.
In FIG. 6, reference numeral 15 denotes a tooth extraction clog formed on the lower surface 13 b of the four sides of the bottom surface 13 of the container body 8. The extracted tooth-like clogs 15 are formed with a tooth-missing part 15a in a space state at the intermediate part of the lower surface 13b, and in the case shown in FIG. Thus, the extracted tooth clog 15 is formed intermittently and annularly on the lower surface 13 b of the bottom surface 13 of the container body 8.
[0042]
In the case of the fifth embodiment of the present invention, the opening 9 of the container main body 8 is substantially square, and is composed of, for example, a total of eight extracted clogs 15, but the structure of the container according to the present invention is as follows: However, the present invention is not limited to this, and a large number of tooth extraction clogs 15 may be formed. Further, even when the container body 8 is a substantially cylindrical body or a substantially polygonal body, the extracted tooth-like clogs 15 can be formed intermittently and annularly on the lower surface 13b of the bottom surface 13 thereof.
[0043]
In the fifth embodiment of the container structure according to the present invention described above, the operation of taking out food and drink 10 filled with pudding, for example, pudding, into the container body 8 will be described.
[0044]
When filling the container body with food and drink 10 such as pudding, the description is omitted because it has been described in the first embodiment of the present invention.
When the consumer takes out the food and drink 10 such as the pudding from the container main body 8, if the bottom surface 13 of the container main body 8 is pressed with a finger or the like in the direction of the arrow P, the extracted tooth clogs 15, 15 Since there is a space-like missing portion 15a, the extracted tooth-like clogs 15 and 15 are moved in the direction of arrow E, and the bottom surface 13 is deformed as indicated by a one-dot chain line. This greatly deforms the container body 8 even with a relatively weak external force, and increases the amount of air discharged from the concave grooves 14, 14a, 14c, 14d.
Thus, air is discharged from the concave grooves 14, 14a, 14c, 14d formed in the inner side surface 12a and the inner bottom surface 13a of the container body 8, and the air is filled with food and drink 10 such as pudding. Invade the outer surface.
Therefore, as shown in the water separation test, the pudding, that is, the filling can be easily taken out even with a small deformation amount of the container body 8.
[0045]
As described above, the tooth-extracted clogs 15 are formed on the bottom surface 13 of the container body 8, so that the deformation amount of the container body 8 can be increased and easily deformed as compared with the structure of the clogs 7 in the prior art. Even a consumer such as an elderly person or a child can easily achieve the intended purpose of taking out food and drink such as pudding with weak external force or finger power.
[0046]
【The invention's effect】
Since the structure of the container according to the present invention has the above-described configuration and operation, the container has the following specific effects. Then, in the present invention, according to the first aspect of the invention, and characterized in that a deformable container, a series in a recess in the corner portion made by the inner bottom surface and an inner surface of the container It is the structure of the container to do. According to the invention described in claim 2 , the container is a deformable container , and a series of recesses are formed in the corner formed by the inner bottom surface and the inner side surface of the container and the inner side surface is formed with a recess in the horizontal direction. According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the container structure according to the first or second aspect is characterized in that a tooth extraction clog is formed intermittently and annularly on the bottom surface of the container.
[0047]
Thus, since no protrusion (pocketing part) is provided on the bottom surface of the container body, there is no effect of crack holes and pinholes caused by cracks or breakage of the protrusions during the production process or transportation of the container body. There is.
Since crack holes and pinholes do not occur, there is an effect that the filling process and the production process line of the food and drink operate smoothly without the already filled food and drink flowing out of the container body. Since the projecting piece is not formed on the bottom surface of the container body, the projecting piece is not broken, and is not mixed into another container body during the filling process, and the effect of preventing foreign matter from being mixed in food and drink There is. There is no need for the consumer to bend the protruding piece, and even a person, woman, or child with weak finger or arm strength can easily provide food and drink. Air is pushed out from a recess formed in the corner formed by the inner bottom surface and the inner surface of the container and a recess formed in the horizontal direction on the inner surface of the container without providing an outside air inlet on the bottom surface of the container body. Therefore, there exists an effect which can take out the said food / beverage easily from a container main body. There is an effect that can be applied to design specifications of various container bodies. The opening of the container main body can be applied to various shapes such as a substantially circular shape and a substantially polygonal shape. Concave cross-sectional shape provided on the inner wall surface of the container body is easily select can effect a substantially circular arc shape or a substantially polygonal shape such as various shapes. Since the tooth-extracted clogs are formed intermittently and annularly on the bottom surface of the container, the bottom surface can be greatly deformed with a small pressing force when the bottom surface is pressed, and food and drink can be easily removed from the container. effective.
