Claims (1)
- 基体シート上に第一転写層が設けられた第一転写シートをエジェクタピンが付設されている射出成形金型のA金型に配置し、基体シート上に第二転写層が設けられた第二転写シートを射出成形金型のB金型に配置した後、A金型とB金型との型締めにより成形用空間部を形成し、その成形用空間部に成形樹脂を注入して射出成形品を形成すると同時に第一転写層及び第二転写層を一体化形成させる成形同時加飾成形品の製造方法であって、
第一転写層の基体シートからの離型重さ、及び第二転写層の基体シートからの離型重さは、10〜500g重/cmに設定され、
第一転写層の基体シートからの離型重さは、第二転写層の基体シートからの離型重さの1.1倍以上に設定され、
型開き後に成形同時加飾成形品がA金型に保持されるようにした、成形同時加飾成形品の製造方法。
