Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is an article made by laminating a printed sheet or a surface decorative layer having a printed sheet on the surface of a base material, such as a decorative decorative board for buildings, and has a concave surface such as a joint groove or a decorative groove on the surface. The present invention relates to a printing sheet for laminating an article in which grooves or notches are formed, and an article in which the printing sheet is laminated.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For building interior materials such as floors, walls, and ceilings, and exterior materials such as wall surfaces, many are used that have been decorated with a decorative material (decorative paper) printed with an appropriate pattern on the surface of the base material. It has been. Various materials such as wood, ceramics, and metal are used as the substrate, and paper, resin sheets, laminates thereof, and the like are used as the surface decorative material.
[0003]
For example, when making a brick-like decorative material, prepare a decorative sheet printed with a brickwork pattern, paste it on a base material with a flat surface, and then apply it to the boundary between the bricks and the brick (joint part) A cut is made from the surface to the corresponding part to improve the design. In the case of a so-called flooring material, a printed sheet or a printed sheet on which a pattern in which a small board is assembled in a parquet shape is printed on the surface of a flat plywood substrate such as 1 × 6 scale. In order to attach a surface decorative material and give a high-class feeling, the cross-sectional shape is cut into V-shaped or U-shaped decorative grooves along the joining boundary line between the small plates in the printed pattern, and the block unit Accenting (in units of subdivision) is performed.
[0004]
3 and 4 illustrate a process for producing a flooring material using the above printed sheet. Reference numeral 10 denotes an appropriate base material such as plywood, and the surface decorative material 20 is attached to the surface thereof. The surface decorative material 20 or its uppermost layer is a printing sheet 21, and the printing sheet 21 has a pattern pattern in which a large number of small boards a,... Having a wood grain pattern as shown in FIG. Are printed on the whole (in FIG. 3, the wood grain pattern is omitted).
[0005]
In this example, the small plates a are arranged in six steps in the short side direction of the printing sheet 21, and about three to five small plates a are printed on each step. Five first linear patterns b as boundaries of the respective stages are printed in parallel with the long side of the printing sheet 21, and the second boundary line between the small board a and the small board a in each stage is provided. Is printed in parallel with the short side of the print sheet 21.
[0006]
Furthermore, although it does not appear in the figure, it is normal to make the hue, lightness, saturation or pattern in the printed pattern of the adjacent small boards a different from each other. The chopping board actually cut out from the above gives the impression that it is pasted in a parquet shape, creating a sense of quality.
After the surface decorative material 20 is pasted on the base material 10, as shown in FIG. 4, it is divided into two along the longitudinal direction, and in order to give a further high-class feeling, the first linear pattern b described above is used. Along with this, a V-shaped cut 30 is made by a cutting machine (such as a router). In some cases, a V-shaped cut may be made along the second straight line pattern c.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the notch 30 is formed, if the notch 30 is accurately formed so as to run on the first linear pattern b printed in advance, the small plate should be clearly blocked for each step. Can be produced and high design properties can be obtained. However, the printing sheet 21 is usually a thin film, and there may be a case where the positional deviation occurs when the printing sheet 21 is attached to the substrate of the surface decorative material 20 as a surface sheet. Moreover, when the surface decorative material 20 is affixed on the base material 10, it may also occur a position shift. If the printed sheet (or surface decorative material) with the position shifted is applied to a cutting machine and cut, the cut 30 will not be formed at the position where the printed sheet is not originally cut. This causes a sense of incongruity and lowers the product value.
[0008]
An example of this will be described with reference to FIG. 5. On the printing sheet 21, as shown in FIG. 5 a, a large number of small boards each having a different wood grain pattern are printed. The first linear patterns b1 and b2 and the first linear patterns c1 and c2 are printed in the horizontal direction. Then, as shown in FIG. 5b, the brightness distribution of the surface at the crossing line xx in FIG. 5a, the brightness of the small plate a1 and the small plate a3 is almost equal, the brightness of the small plate a2 is Has been lower.
[0009]
Assuming that the above-described misalignment slightly occurs in the right direction as shown in FIG. 5, the notch groove is not at the position of the first linear pattern b1, b2, but at the position of B1, B2. Will be formed. As a result, the printed pattern of each of the small plates a1, a2, and a3 in the actual product has a width of A1, A2, and A3, respectively. , A3, the first linear pattern b1 (b2) that runs in the longitudinal direction remains, and two patterns with greatly different brightness and pattern are present simultaneously on one piece of the split plate. It is clear that building materials with such a surface pattern have a reduced commercial value and should be avoided. In the above description, the difference in lightness is taken as an example, but the same thing occurs with respect to a difference in printed pattern, pattern hue, or saturation.
[0010]
If the first straight line pattern b1 (b2) running in the longitudinal direction is not printed, it is possible to avoid poor appearance due to it. However, in that case, in order to clarify the independence of each of the small boards a1, a2, and a3, there is a great difference in all or one of the printed pattern, the hue, brightness, and saturation of the pattern. In such a case, the same inconvenience occurs with an error in the position of the cut groove.
Such an inconvenience similarly occurs when cutting grooves are formed in the linear patterns c1 and c2, or also in the portions of the cutting lines d and d of each flooring material divided into two in FIG.
[0011]
The above is that it can occur sufficiently for the convenience of the cutting machine even when the printing sheet 21 (or the surface decorative material 20) is normally attached.
An object of the present invention is to eliminate the above-described disadvantages that may occur when forming a groove or notch on the surface of an article having a printing sheet on the surface as described above. Or even if a groove or notch is formed in a place that should not be originally due to the cutting machine side, it does not make the person who sees the article after cutting feel a great sense of incongruity. It is to obtain a printed sheet that does not significantly reduce the commercial value of the product, and an article in which the printed sheet is laminated.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The printed sheet according to the present invention for solving the above problems is an article in which a printed sheet or a surface decorative layer having a printed sheet is laminated on the surface of a substrate, and a concave groove or a cut is formed on the surface. The printed sheet is a printed sheet on one side of the recessed groove or notch and the printed pattern on the other side of the portion that should be the recessed groove or notched position when laminated and the vicinity of both sides thereof. It is printed in such a manner that it has the property.
[0013]
Although the aspect which gives the continuity is arbitrary, any or all of the hue difference, lightness difference, and / or saturation difference between the printed pattern on one side of the groove or notch and the printed pattern on the other side are continuous. A mode in which the color is changed, or a mode in which the hue, lightness, and / or saturation is printed, or an area that is printed with a hue, lightness, and / or saturation almost in the middle of any one or all of the above, An embodiment including both of them is preferable.
[0014]
In addition, as a mode of giving the continuity, a mode of giving continuity to the printed pattern of the printed pattern on one side and the printed pattern on the other side of the groove or notch may be further included.
When a printing sheet such as that described above is used, even if a ditch or cut is formed in a location that should not be originally due to the printing sheet side or the cutting machine side, the position may have the “continuity”. The printed pattern on one side and the printed pattern on the other side of the formed groove or notch gives a visual impression as continuous to what is seen, as long as it is within the “printed in a different manner” region. Can do. Therefore, the article after cutting can maintain a design effect substantially the same as the design effect inherent to the printed sheet, and the commercial value of the article is maintained at a high level.
[0015]
The present invention is also characterized in that after laminating the above-mentioned printing sheet on the surface of a substrate, a groove or notch is formed by cutting or the like along the region printed in such a manner as to give the continuity. An article is also disclosed.
In the present invention, the material of the printing sheet is arbitrary and is not limited. Considering compatibility with the substrate, compatibility with the pattern to be obtained, compatibility with the article to be obtained, paper such as thin paper, fine paper, titanium paper, Japanese paper, polyester nonwoven fabric, vinylon nonwoven fabric, etc. An appropriate one may be selected from non-woven fabrics, resin sheets such as polyvinyl chloride, polyester, and polyolefin. The printing method is also arbitrary and is not limited, but printing methods such as gravure printing and gravure offset printing are particularly effective for expressing the printing state in the above-described manner of providing continuity. Moreover, you may laminate | stack a sheet | seat, such as paper, a nonwoven fabric, and a resin sheet, on the back surface of a printing sheet as needed and back it.
[0016]
The base material may be any material such as a wood material, a ceramic material, a resin material, and a metal material, and is not limited. The design pattern is also arbitrary, and can be applied to all of wood pattern, stone pattern, concrete block pattern, brickwork pattern, tiled pattern, and abstract pattern pattern.
There are no particular restrictions on the articles that are the subject of the present invention, but in the case of articles such as interior materials or exterior materials of buildings such as floor materials, wall materials, ceiling materials, furniture such as doors, furniture such as fences, The present invention is particularly effective.
[0017]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2, taking as an example the case of applying to a print sheet as shown in FIG. 5.
In this example, the printing sheet 21a is obtained by printing a large number of rectangular small plates as a pattern. FIG. 1a shows a part thereof. In the left column, a small plate a1 and a small plate a5 are arranged in the vertical direction, and a second unit is shown in the horizontal direction to clearly indicate the small unit at the boundary. A straight line pattern c1 is printed. The small plate a2 is printed in the center row, the small plate a3 and the small plate a7 are arranged in the vertical direction in the right row, and the second straight line pattern c2 is also printed in the horizontal direction at the boundary. ing. Note that the vertical virtual lines bx and virtual lines by shown in FIG. 1 are designed so that the cuts 30 are formed when the printed sheet 21a is attached to the substrate 10 as shown in FIG. 4, for example. Although the scheduled position is shown above, it is not printed on the actual print sheet.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 1b, the lightness distribution of the surface at the crossing line xx in FIG. 1a, the average lightness of the small plate a1 and the small plate a3 is substantially equal, and the average lightness of the small plate a2 Has been lower than that. The average brightness difference between the small plates a1 and a3 and the small plate a2 is set so as to be sufficiently discernible so that each small plate can be recognized as a separate pattern. Further, the patterns (wood pattern) of the small plates a1 to a7 are all different from each other.
[0019]
However, in the predetermined area s1 on the virtual line bx side in the small plate a1, the brightness is gradually lowered toward the virtual line bx, and the small plate a1 is located at a position very close to the virtual line bx. And the brightness of the small plate a2. On the other hand, in the predetermined area s2 on the virtual line bx side in the small plate a2, the brightness is gradually increased toward the virtual line bx, and the small plate a1 is located at a position very close to the virtual line bx. And the brightness of the small plate a2.
[0020]
That is, in the printed sheet 21a, in the region sx formed by the region s1 in the small plate a1 and the region s2 in the small plate a2, the brightness of the pattern is from the side of the small plate a1 having a high lightness. It is printed so as to continuously change toward the small board a <b> 2 with low lightness, and an extreme discontinuity is not felt in what is seen. Further, in the very vicinity of the imaginary line bx, a region having a lightness approximately halfway between the lightness of the small plate a1 and the lightness of the small plate a2 is secured as indicated by a region fx.
[0021]
Similarly, in the boundary region sy between the small plate a2 and the small plate a3, in the predetermined region s2 on the virtual line by side in the small plate a2, the brightness gradually increases toward the virtual line by. In the predetermined area s3 on the virtual line by side in the small plate a3, the brightness is gradually lowered toward the virtual line by. Then, in the very vicinity of the imaginary line by, a region having a lightness approximately halfway between the lightness of the small plate a2 and the lightness of the small plate a3 is secured as shown in the region fy.
[0022]
When the printed sheet 21a is attached to the base material 10 as shown in FIG. 4 to form the concave grooves and the cuts 30 as shown in FIG. 4, it is caused by the printed sheet side or the cutting machine side as described above. Even if it is formed at a position shifted in the right direction or the left direction instead of the original position (the positions of the virtual lines bx, by), the distance of the position shift is the region sx, sy (that is, As long as it is within the range of “printed in such a manner as to have continuity”, the printed pattern on one side (for example, a1) and the printed pattern on the other side (for example, a2) of the notch 30 is seen. Gives an impression as a continuous thing.
[0023]
Therefore, even if the above-mentioned positional deviation occurs, avoid the phenomenon in which two patterns that are extremely different at a boundary with certain brightness exist simultaneously on one piece of small board as in the case of a conventional printing sheet. Thus, the article can always maintain a design effect substantially the same as the design effect inherent to the printed sheet. Thereby, the commercial value as an article is maintained at a high level.
In addition, although the case where the brightness was continuously changed was described above, the same effect can be achieved when the difference in the hue or saturation of the pattern is continuously changed. Will be understood. Further, the hue, lightness, and saturation may be continuously changed at the same time for an appropriate combination or all of them, instead of being alone.
[0024]
Further, the same applies to the pattern itself. For example, as shown in the areas F1 to F4 in FIG. 2, the running direction, width, color, and the like of the grain (annual ring pattern) are made continuous in the areas sx and sf. By doing so, it is possible to avoid a phenomenon in which two patterns having greatly different patterns are simultaneously present on one piece of small board even when the above-described positional deviation occurs. It goes without saying that a higher effect can be obtained by performing in combination with changes in hue, brightness, and saturation of the entire pattern.
[0025]
Further, in the above description, the groove or notch is described as being formed only in the longitudinal direction (the direction of the imaginary lines bx and by) in FIG. 1 or 2, but depending on the article, other directions (for example, In the example of FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, there may be a case where a ditch or cut is formed in the direction of the second straight line pattern c1, c2 in the horizontal direction. In that case, the same method as described above is applied to the regions on both sides of such a groove or cut (second linear pattern c1, c2 in the horizontal direction). It will also be understood that in some cases, the same technique can be applied to both the linear patterns c1 and c2 and the virtual lines bx and by, so that the block pattern in the printed pattern can be accentuated more effectively. .
[0026]
Further, in the present invention, if necessary, the printed pattern of the print sheet is formed from one side of the cutting (planned) line to the other side in the vicinity of both sides of the cutting (planned) line as shown in FIGS. You may make it continue toward.
In the present invention, the width of the “region printed in such a manner as to have continuity” does not have a uniform value, but the type of printing sheet, the type of substrate, and the printing sheet pasting In consideration of the aspect of the printing sheet, the size of the printed sheet, the width of the groove or notch, the type and size of the pattern, the precision on the cutting machine side, etc., it should be selected for each printed sheet, If the average value is about 1 to 3 mm, the intended purpose can be sufficiently achieved.
[0027]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, in a product in which a printed sheet or a surface decorative layer having a printed sheet is laminated on the surface of the substrate and then a groove or cut is formed on the surface, the printed sheet side or the cutting machine side Thus, even when a groove or notch is formed at a location that should not be originally located, it is possible to provide continuity between the printed pattern on one side and the printed pattern on the other side of the groove or notch, and the printed sheet It is possible to easily obtain an article that always retains the design effect that it originally has.
