本発明は、排水器の排水口に接続する可撓性を有する排水管に関し、さらに詳しくは、キッチンシンク、洗面水槽、バスタブ等々を含めて、各種水廻りにおける排水器の排水口に接続する排水管に改良を加えて、排水管の配管施設上の便益を図った可撓性排水管に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より排水器の排水口に接続する可撓性排水管は、その一端にパッキングとナットを嵌着しており、一方可撓部は、形状が蛇腹状で、その凹凸は水平方向に平行で且つその内径は硬管部の内径より大径である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかるに従来技術では、排水管の一端に嵌着したパッキングとナットは、パッキングのゴム特有の吸着力により取り付けられているに過ぎず、施工時の不手際や、不慮の事故により、その取付位置がずれ、結果、排水器の封水深が変化してしまい、その封水深が短くなった場合、十分な防臭効果を達成できないといったおそれがあった。

上記の問題を解決するために、排水管の一端に嵌着したパッキングとナットが摺動しないように係合させるフランジを突設し、このパッキングとナットを排水管の他端から嵌脱できるように、可撓部を形設する凹凸の内径が硬管部の内径より小径に形成されたものが発明された。

しかるにこの従来技術においても、可撓部を形設する凹凸の内径が硬管部の内径より小径であるため、排水管内への通水が繰り返されるうち、この凹凸部分の内面に汚れが付着して、悪臭発生や排水の便の悪さの原因になっていた。

上記の問題を解決するために、可撓部の外径より大径の内径を有するナットを用いたものも考え得る。

しかるにこの技術においてはナットの内径が可撓部の外径より大径であるため、このナットと嵌合する排水器の排水口も合わせて大径にする必要があり、そうなると排水器の仕様自体を変える必要があり、極めて不経済である。またナットを硬管部に密着させることができず、漏水のおそれがある。
本発明は、これらの欠点を解決するために発明されたものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は、各種排水器(1)の排水口に接続する可撓性を有する排水管(7)において、その硬管部(4)の内径よりそれが大径である可撓部(3)は、排水器(1)と排水管(7)を接合させるナット(5)を螺嵌できるよう螺旋状であり、且つ該ナット(5)が掛止するためのフランジ(2)を配設したことを特徴とする可撓性排水管を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図面に基づいて説明する。
本発明は、キッチンシンク、洗面水槽、バスタブ等々を含む各種水廻りにおける排水器の排水口に接続する可撓部(3)と硬管部(4)で構成された排水管(7)に関し、該可撓部(3)の内径は該硬管部(4)のそれより大径であり、この可撓部(3)を形設する凹凸は、排水器(1)と排水管(7)を接合させるナット(5)を螺嵌できるよう、螺旋状であり、該ナット(5)が掛止するためのフランジ(2)を、排水器(1)の排水口と接合する端側もしくはその周辺に突設していることを特徴とする。尚、この可撓部(3)は図3に示すように排水管において断続的に形設しても、もしくは図4に示すように連続的に形設してもよい。

本発明は以上のような構造でこれを使用する時は、まずナット(5)を、排水管(7)のフランジ(2)を突設していない端側より嵌挿する。それから該ナット(5)が排水管(7)の可撓部(3)に達した際には可撓部(3)の螺旋状の凹凸にナット(5)の小径の方の孔の縁をを合わせて螺嵌させ、ナット(5)を可撓部(7)から嵌通させる。さらにナット(5)をフランジ(2)に当接させて後、排水器(1)と排水管(7)を接合させる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は以上のような構造と使用法であるので、以下の優れた効果を奏する。
(1)排水管に取り付けられた排水器の排水口と螺着するナットは、排水管の一端に形設したフランジに掛止するので、施工時の不手際や不慮の事故によってもその取付位置は変わらず、排水器の封水深も常に一定に保たれ、十分な防臭効果に資する。

(2)また可撓部を形設する凹凸の内径は、硬管部の内径より大径であるので、凹凸の内面に水は当たりにくく、故に汚れが付着しにくいので、高い防臭効果を奏し、排水もスムーズである。
