Description
(1) 金属板の少なくとも片面に、無機皮膜とその上に有機被覆層を有する塗装金属板であって、前記無機皮膜が、金属種としてチタン、ジルコニウム又はシリコンの1種又は2種以上である金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方を主体とする被膜であり、かつ、該被膜中に幅0.1〜10μm、長さが3μm以上の大きさであるクラックを有することを特徴とする耐食性に優れ、環境負荷の小さい塗装金属板。
(2) 表面に短径0.5〜10μm、深さ0.5〜10μmの大きさであるピットが形成された金属板の少なくとも片面に、無機皮膜とその上に有機被覆層を有する塗装金属板であって、前記無機皮膜が、金属種としてチタン、ジルコニウム又はシリコンの1種又は2種以上である金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方を主体とする被膜であることを特徴とする耐食性に優れ、環境負荷の小さい塗装金属板。
(3) 表面に短径0.5〜10μm、深さ0.5〜10μmの大きさであるピットが形成された金属板の少なくとも片面に、無機皮膜とその上に有機被覆層を有する塗装金属板であって、前記無機皮膜が、金属種としてチタン、ジルコニウム又はシリコンの1種又は2種以上である金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方を主体とする被膜であり、かつ、該被膜中に幅0.1〜10μm、長さが3μm以上の大きさであるクラックを有することを特徴とする耐食性に優れ、環境負荷の小さい塗装金属板。
(a) 単純浸漬による金属酸化物及び金属酸化物の成膜
成膜は、室温で10分間行い、成膜後、水洗し乾燥した。
(b) 白金を対極としたカソード電解による金属酸化物及び金属水酸化物の成膜
成膜は、電流密度を100mA/cm2に制御して、室温で5分間行い、成膜後、水洗し、乾燥した。
1) 塗料密着性
上記の方法で作製した塗装金属板を沸騰水に60分間浸漬した。その後、JIS K 5400に記載されている碁盤目試験法に準拠して、碁盤目を付けて、さらに7mmのエリクセン加工をした。その加工部に粘着テープ(セロハンテープ、ニチバン(株)製)を貼り付け、速やかに斜め45°の方向に引っ張って剥離させて、100個の碁盤目の内で剥離した碁盤目の数を数えた。剥離の程度により5段階で評価し、3以上を合格とした。
左右の切断端面を上ばりと下ばりに切りそろえた耐食性試験用のサンプルを作製し、JIS H 8502の中性塩水噴霧サイクル試験方法(5wt%NaCl水溶液噴霧(2時間)→乾燥(60℃、RH20%〜30%、4時間)→湿潤(50℃、RH95%以上))を180サイクル行い、切断端面部からの最大膨れ幅を評価した。膨れ幅の程度により5段階で評価し、3以上を合格とした。
Claims (3)
- 金属板の少なくとも片面に、無機皮膜とその上に有機被覆層を有する塗装金属板であって、前記無機皮膜が、金属種としてチタン、ジルコニウム又はシリコンの1種又は2種以上である金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方を主体とする被膜であり、かつ、該被膜中に幅0.1〜10μm、長さが3μm以上の大きさであるクラックを有することを特徴とする耐食性に優れ、環境負荷の小さい塗装金属板。
- 表面に短径0.5〜10μm、深さ0.5〜10μmの大きさであるピットが形成された金属板の少なくとも片面に、無機皮膜とその上に有機被覆層を有する塗装金属板であって、前記無機皮膜が、金属種としてチタン、ジルコニウム又はシリコンの1種又は2種以上である金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方を主体とする被膜であることを特徴とする耐食性に優れ、環境負荷の小さい塗装金属板。
