【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、各種の内容物を収容する中空容器の開口部の口頸部の外周面に螺旋ネジ片が形成された容器本体に対して、内周面に螺合ネジ片が形成されたネジ蓋を被着、螺合せしめて密封する密封容器に係わるもので、中でも、中空の容器本体の口頸部の外周壁面に係止片を設けた逆T字状の螺旋ネジ片を複数個形成すると共に、蓋体の内周壁面に前記ネジ片に螺合する螺合ネジと係止片に係止する係合突起とからなる螺合ネジ片を複数設けてネジ蓋を形成して、ネジ蓋を前記容器本体の口頸部に素早く簡単に螺合できるようにすると共に、螺合されたネジ蓋は係合突起により簡単に逆戻りしないように形成したネジ蓋式の密封容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来からネジ蓋を用いて容器の開口部を密封するようにしたネジ蓋式の密封容器は、飲料その他の液体を収容した液体容器、ジャムその他の食品を収容した広口の食品容器、クリームや乳液等を収容した化粧品容器、靴墨やワックス等を収容した容器その他に広く用いられてきた。
そして、上記したこれらの容器は、ガラスや合成樹脂で形成された容器本体の口頸部に、金属またはエボナイトや合成樹脂で形成されたネジ蓋を螺合して密封するようにしたものか、または、全属で形成された容器本体に金属のネジ蓋を螺合して密封するようにしたものが使用されてきた。

上記のようなネジ蓋の密封客器は、特別な道具を用いなくても簡単にネジ蓋を開封できたり、また、再び閉じたりすることができて、便利であることから多くの密封容器に便用されている。
しかし、一般に用いられている上記したような容器は、容器本体の口頸部に一条のネジ山が所定のピッチで一周または2周程度に形成されていて、前記ネジ山と同一ピッチのネジが内周面に形成されたネジ蓋を容器本体に螺合することにより、容器の開口部を密封するようにしたもので、ネジ蓋が弛むのを防止する点についての考慮がなされていない。

そして、上記した容器の口径が大きい広口容器の場合には、容器本体の口頸部のネジ山の先端部にネジ蓋の溝を噛み合わせて、ネジ蓋を容器本体の口頸部に正確に螺合させるには、ネジ蓋を半周以上にわたって慎重に回転させなくては螺合できない場合がある。
また、上記のようなネジ蓋を螺着した密封容器に於いては、ネジ蓋が螺着された後で、ネジ部に戻りが発生して、ネジ蓋が自然に緩むことがあるので、これらの容器は、ネジ蓋を強く締め付けておいても、外部からの振動等によりネジ蓋が弛んでしまうことがあり、特に、容器内に油性の内容物が収容されている場合には、ネジ面に油分が付着して蓋と容器本体との間の摩擦力が低下して、ネジ蓋は一層弛みやすくなることから、容器の気密性の点で問題がある。

そこで、ネジ蓋をできるだけ少ない回転で容器の口頸部に螺着できるようにするために、図8に示すように、容器本体21の口頸部の外壁面に180度の間隔をおいて2条の螺旋ネジ21a,21bを設けると共に、ネジ蓋22に前記2条の螺旋ネジと螺合する螺合ネジ22a,22bを設けたネジ蓋22を形成することにより、ネジ蓋22を2分の1周以下の回転により螺合できるようにしたものが知られている。
このような容器は、従来ら用いられている容器に比べれば、ネジ蓋22の螺合ネジ部を簡単に容器本体21の口頸部の螺旋ネジ部に螺着することはできるが、しかし、螺着されたネジ蓋22に戻り現象が発生して気密性が失われる恐れがあり、特に、金属製容器の場合には戻り現象が発生し易い点についての考慮が欠けている。

また、容器の口頸部に螺着されたネジ蓋が弛むことがないようにした容器として、実公昭56−48057号や実公昭57−9239号公報等に見るようなものがある。
そして、これらの容器本体は口頸部に設けられるネジ山の終端部近傍をやや幅広にして、そのネジ溝が狭くなるように形成して、ネジ蓋を締め付けるように螺合したり、あるいは、口頸部のネジ山を終端部近傍で他のネジ山よりも高く形成して、ネジ蓋がすき間嵌め状態に圧接係合するように螺合するものである。
しかし、これらの容器は閉蓋時のネジ蓋の位置合わせに時間をかけて慎重に行わなればならないので、ネジ蓋を素早く、滑らかに螺合させることができない点で問題があり、また、ネジ山が変則的であるから成形がやや面倒になる。

そこで、上記したような問題点を解決して、ネジ蓋を容器本体に螺合、密閉する際に、ネジ蓋を90度以内の回転により口頸部に螺合できるようにして、ネジ蓋を容器の口頸部に素早く螺着できるようにすると共に、螺合されたネジ蓋が自然に弛むのを防止したものとして、特開平10−203547号公報に記載されるような密封容器が提案されている。

上記発明の密封容器は、図9に示すように、容器本体31の口頸部31aの外周面に蓋体32を回転させて係合する第一係合突起33を4個形成すると共に、蓋体32の内周面に口頸部の第一係合突起33に係合する第二係合突起34を4個形成して、蓋体32を容器本体31の口頸部31aに被着し回転させることにより、蓋体32を容器本体31に素早く係合させて開口部を密閉して、器体の戻りを防止するように構成されている。
前記容器本体31の第一係合突起33の下側には、図l0に示すように、前記蓋体32の第二係合突起34の上側に設けた凸部34aが係合する凹部33aが設けられて、蓋体32の回転方向に係脱自在に係合するように形成されており、前記蓋体32の第二係合突起34の後端部にはストッパー片34bが突設されている。

上記した発明は、蓋体を容器本体に被着し回転させて密閉するのに、蓋体は90度以内の回転により係合させることができて、また、係合した蓋体は自然に回転して戻るようなことはないが、前記第一係合突起と第二係合突起との係合関係が水平係合となるようにしたものであるから、蓋体により開口部を密閉す押圧力は一定となり密閉度を上げることは困難であり、また、噛み込み開始を滑らかにする点において題がある。
そこで、螺合手段が簡単な構造をしていて、蓋体を少し回動させるだで、簡単に素早く、滑らかに噛み込ませることができて、密閉圧力を高めることができるようにしたネジ蓋式の密封容器の出現が望まれる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本顧の発明は、上記したような問題点を解決して、ネジ蓋式の密封容器に於けるネジの戻りの発生をなくして、気密性を維持するように創案されたもので、中空容器の口頸部にネジ蓋を螺着して保持する構造をできるだけ簡単にして、あらゆる中空容器に適用して密封できるような構造にして、ネジ蓋を少し回転させるだけで中空容器の口頸部に螺着することができて、また、ネジ蓋を容器本体の口頸部に対して短時間に素早く、滑らかに、且つ、傾かないようにして的確に螺合することができるように構成すると共に、容器の口頸部に螺着されたネジ蓋は、開封操作が行われた時以外には、振動や衝撃等の外力により白然に弛んで開封されることがないように構成されたネジ蓋式の密封容器を提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願の発明は、上記した目的を達成するために、中空容器の口頸部に設けられる複数条の螺旋ネジに代えて、従来の螺旋ネジの一部分で形成される短い螺旋ネジを形成すると共に、該短い螺旋ネジの上側面に短い係止片を突設した逆T字状をした螺旋ネジ片を、中空容器の口頸部の外周面に複数個形成せしめて容器本体を形成して、また、蓋体の内周面に前記逆T字状の螺旋ネジ片に螺合する短い螺合ネジと前記係止片に係止する係合突起を突設した螺合ネジ片を設けたネジ蓋を形成して、前記容器本体の口頸部にネジ蓋を螺合する際に、口頸部に被着させたネジ蓋を少し回転させるだで、口頸部の螺旋状のネジ片に螺合ネジ片を螺合できるようにすると共に、前記係止片係止せしめて、ネジ蓋の戻りをなくすことができるように構成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本願発明に於けるネジ蓋式の密封容器は、中空容器本体の口頸部に設けられる螺旋ネジを、螺旋状曲線の一部分を短く切断した形状の短い螺旋ネジ3aの上側面に短い係止片3bを突設し、略逆T字状をした螺旋ネジ片3に形成すると共に、該螺旋ネジ片3を容器本体の口頸部の外周面に等間隔に複数個突設せしめて容器本体1を形成する。
また、前記容器本体1の口頸部に螺着せしめて密封する蓋体の内周面に設けられる螺合ネジを、前記逆T字状の螺旋ネジ片3の下側両に螺合する短い螺旋状の螺合ネジ4aを形成すると共に、該短い螺旋状の螺合ネジ4aの上方に対向して前記短い係止片3bに係止する係合突起4bを突設した螺合ネジ片4を複数個形成して、ネジ蓋2を形成する。
このように形成されたネジ蓋2を前記容器本体1に被着して螺着せしめる際に、ネジ蓋2を回動させる距離を短縮して、素早く螺着できるようにすると共に、ネジ蓋の戻りを防止できるように構成する。

以下に、願発明の密封容器について、一つの最適な実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ詳細に説明する。
本願発明は、金属板をプレス加工により打ち抜いて形成したブランク材を、容器の本体部分(身部分)また蓋体部分の形状に合わせた深絞り加工を行った加工品のそれぞれに対してローラー加工を施して、図1に示すように、成形品の開口端部を丸めて環状に形成すると共に、容器部分の円筒状の壁面には逆T字状をした螺旋ネジ片3を形成した容器本体1と、また、蓋部分の円筒状の壁面には螺合ネジ4aと係合突起4bとからなる螺合ネジ片4を形成したネジ蓋2とからなり、前記容器本体1の口頸部に前記ネジ蓋2を着脱自在に螺着可能に構成された密封容器である。
