【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、物品を加工し製造して販売する自動販売機に関する。
【０００２】
【従来技術】
従来技術として本願出願人は購入者が待ち時間中にビデオゲームが楽しめるポップコーンの自販機を開示している。この自販機ではモニタと操作手段が設けられ、前記操作手段の操作に基づき前記モニタの映像に変化を与えるビデオゲームを備えたテレビゲーム付自動販売機を提供し、自動販売機内に電子レンジ機構を備え、カップには豆状のコーンと調理用の油とともに、バター、チーズ、チリ等の味付け材料のうち一種類が既に入れられていて、各カップ収納マガジンにはそれぞれ同種類の味付けがなされるコーンが入ったカップが積層されている。

顧客が、コインを投入し好みの味を選びセレクトボタンを押すと、カップ収納マガジンから選択された味付けのカップが取り出され、電子レンジに置かれ加熱され、調理が終了すると取り出し口に搬送され、顧客が取り出し口から取り出して食べるのである。顧客が取り出し口から調理済みのポップコーンを取り出す際に、調理直後のカップでは高温となっており、しばらく待ってから取り出すようにモニタ画面とスピーカから案内されている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

さらに最近は、ファーストフードのハンバーガーショップにおいては、顧客がその場でポテトの入った紙袋に調味料を入れて、手に持って袋ごとカサカサと数回振りポテト全体に調味料を行き渡らせ食べることが定評を博し、特に子供に人気があるのである。これをポップコーンに応用したものとして、映画館等の対面販売においては、顧客がポップコーンのカップに調味料を振りかけて蓋をして自分で振って味付けをするタイプがある。

一方、自動販売機の設定装置として、選択ボタンとストッカとの対応関係を分かり易く正確に設定でき、かつ多くの手間や時間がかかったり、入力ミスや設定ミスを生じたりすることなく設定できる自動販売機の設定装置として、商品を選択する複数の選択ボタンと商品を収納する複数のストッカと同種類の商品が収納されている複数のコラムとの設定をそれぞれ対応させて行う自動販売機の設定装置であって、表示部にコラムの番号を表示させた状態で、該当するストッカの数を入力部から入力することで、コラムと選択ボタンとの対応関係を同時に設定させるように制御する制御部を備えたものがある（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

さらに、従来のポップコーンの自動販売機では、ポップコーン豆の入ったカップを幾重にも重ねて収納したマガジンを縦方向に指向して輪胴式ピストルの弾装ように多数個設け、マガジンの上部からカップを補充し、マガジンの下側から取出すようになっている。このマガジン制御にあたり、顧客の要求に応じたカップが入ったマガジンが一番最短の時間で取り出し口に来るように制御していた（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

さらに従来の当社製品では、モニタが筐体の片側に位置しており、商品の選択ボタンが３ケしかなく、それに対しポップコーンのカップを収納しておくマガジンは１２ケあったので、商品としては３種類の商品を扱うことができた（例えば特許文献１参照）。この場合、２つの選択ボタンは夫々３つのマガジンが、残りの１つの選択ボタンには６つのマガジンが予め割り当てられていたのである。３つの選択ボタンは、モニタ画面の下側に横に並んで設けられおり、品切れが起きた場合には、品切れとなった選択ボタンの上側のモニタ画面にそのボタンを指す矢印とともに品切れの表示を画面内に示し、残りの選択ボタンに対応する画面内には発売中の表示を示していた。

なおさらに近年では、バイオテクノロジーの発達に伴い、食料の増産のための遺伝子組替技術が確立されているものの、その歴史は浅く人間に対する将来の安全性については諸説があり、危惧されている。
こうしたなか我が国では遺伝子組替食品を取り扱うにあたり安全性評価指針が出され、大豆、とうもろこしなどの遺伝子組替農産物とその加工品について改正ＪＡＳ法品質表示基準に基づく表示が義務付けられている。つまり、大豆、とうもろこし等の農産物及びその加工食品のうち、ポップコーンを含む２４品目については「遺伝子組替え」「遺伝子組替え不分別」のものは表示が義務付けられている。遺伝子組替えとは、遺伝子組替え技術を用いて生産した農産物に適用され、分別とは遺伝子組替え技術を用いずに生産した農産物に適用される。不分別とは遺伝子組替え技術を用いた農産物が混入している農産物に適用される。
これらを表示するには、分別生産流通管理が必要となっており、生産流通段階での情報把握が必要となっている。

従来の当社製品ではポップコーンの原料となる豆には、一切遺伝子組替え技術を用いた農産物を採用していなかった。
現在においては、ポップコーンの原料となる豆は、国産品よりははもとより海外からの輸入品を用いることが頻繁に行われ、その中には遺伝子組替により生産されているものもあり、将来、こうした原料を用いる可能性もあり得る。
こうした状況下においては、消費者が食品を選ぶ際の目安として、遺伝子組替食品であるか否かを選択の目安として提供することが、将来への不安を取り除くことになり、その状況を提供することは供給者としての倫理にもなる。

また食品を加熱処理して販売する自動販売機では、常に清掃して衛生的にしておくことが消費者に安全に食品を届けることになるとともに、故障等を招く要因を排除することにもなるのである。そのためには電子レンジ内で清掃不充分等によりスパーク等が発生した場合には、エラーとして検出し表示しており、点検・清掃のうえエラー解除をするようになっている。

【解決しようとする課題】
上述のポップコーンの自販機は、顧客がコインを投入してから味選択ボタンを押してからカップを取り出して調理を行い、取り出し口に出てくるまでの待ち時間が１分程あり、そのための時間つぶしとして顧客にビデオゲームを行わせているが、毎回、同じ映像なので、何度も利用する顧客は飽きてしまうのであった。さらに、複数種類の味付けが用意されているものの、最初から味付け材料がカップに入れられて各収納マガジンに収納されているので、その味付けのカップが売り切れになってしまうと、顧客は他の味付けのカップを購入せざるを得なくなってしまうのであった。これは、まさに欲しい味ではなく、売れ残りの別の味を買わざるを得ないという不条理を招いていた。

また、調理済のポップコーンのカップを取り出し口から取り出す際に、調理直後のカップでは高温となっており、しばらく待ってから取り出すようにモニタ画面とスピーカから注意の案内がされるものの万全の策ではなかった。
さらに従来のポップコーン自販機では調味料袋から調味料を取り出して、出来上がったポップコーンに振りかけるにしても、カップ自体を包むことができないので全体にうまく行き渡らせるには難しかったのである。

本発明は、かかる点に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とする処は、待ち時間に同じ映像を流すことなく、得意客を飽きさせないビデオゲームを提供することにある。また、人気の味付けのカップの売り切れの不条理を解消することにあり、またカップを取り出し口から取り出す際に、高温となっているカップを安全に取り出すための手段を提供し、さらには顧客がポップコーンのカップに調味料を入れて、該カップを振って味付けをすることができる自販機を提供することにある。

物品を加工し製造して販売する自動販売機であるポップコーン製造機は、通常は、設置台数が１台であり、その操作者はその機種専門に扱うということはなく、毎日のように商品を補充するということはなく、操作に不慣れであることが珍しくなかった。またポップコーン自販機は季節等により顧客の嗜好が変わり商品の売上変動に対応して商品を変更する際に、運営者にとり顧客が押すボタンとその商品を収納したマガジンとの対応が分り易く、かつ正確に設定できないと、設定した商品と違う商品が販売されることになってしまうのであった。
そこで本願では、商品の選択ボタンとマガジンの設定が一目瞭然で行うことができる設定方法を提供する。

さらに、従来のポップコーンの自動販売機では、商品の選択ボタンを押した際にその商品が収納されたマガジンが複数ある場合には、顧客の要求に応じたカップが入ったマガジンが最短の時間で取り出し口に来るように制御していたので、その結果、複数個のマガジンに同一種のカップを入れておいた場合に、常に最初に空になるマガジンが生じてしまう場合があり、カップの補充時に空いている当該マガジンに同一種のカップを補充すると、常にカップが残ってしまうマガジンができ、そのマガジンのカップは製造年月日が古いものが残ってしまうことになり、それをチェックする労力は大変手間がかかることになっていたのである。
そこで本願では、常に満遍なく商品が払い出されるマガジン駆動制御を行う。

本願では商品選択ボタンを従来機種より２つ増やし５ケにしており、且つモニタ画面を中央に配置した関係で、モニタ画面の真下に選択ボタンが並ばなくなり、品切れ表示が従来の方法が適用できなくなった。
そこで消費者に対し、品切れ商品が分り易く表示されるとともに、機械を管理する管理者にも品切れ商品の補充に役立つように表示する表示方法を提供する。

ポップコーンを自動販売機に内蔵された電子レンジによりマイクロ波を照射してカップに収納された原料を加熱調理する際に、電子レンジ内に付着した油、塩及びこぼれたポップコーンの清掃が不十分であると堆積した油や塩が加熱してスパークが発生し、そのまま放置しておくと危険である。この様にスパークが発生し、そのまま清掃等の対応をせず、放置すると火災等の重大事故になりかねない。このように異常が発生した場合にその原因を探るべく、前兆現象を把握して、将来の事故に備えることが重要であるにも関わらず、前兆現象を見逃して大きな事故を誘発してしまうことがあった。

本願では食品の安全性を確保するために、無線通信ＩＣとアンテナから構成されるモジュールである無線タグを用いて、原材料に対して製造年月日はもとより、賞味期限、遺伝子組替技術の有無等を管理し、消費者に原材料が遺伝子組替技術を用いたものかどうかの情報を示すともに、万一に備えて販売機の不具合の履歴を記録し、故障の際の原因の発見を容易にするシステムを提供する。

【課題を解決するための手段および作用効果】
上記目的を達成するために本願の発明では、モニタと、少なくとも二以上の態様に変化可能な商品選択手段と、前記モニタに映像を映し出す映像表示手段と、商品選択前に前記モニタに映し出す少なくとも一種類の第一映像と、商品選択後に前記モニタに映し出す少なくとも二種類の第二映像とを備え、前記映像表示手段は、前記第一映像を前記モニタに映し出している間で、且つ前記商品選択手段が第一の態様であるときに前記商品選択手段により商品が選択された場合に、第一の第二映像を前記第一映像から切替えて前記モニタに映し出し、前記第一映像を前記モニタに映し出している間で、且つ前記商品選択手段が第二の態様であるときに前記商品選択手段により商品が選択された場合に、第二の第二映像を前記第一映像から切替えて表示する自動販売機としてある。これにより、自動販売機の利用者にとり、モニタに映し出される映像が毎回同じではなく、飽きがこない。

さらに上記目的を達成するために本願の発明では、モニタと、少なくとも二以上の態様に変化可能な商品選択手段とが設けられ、商品選択前に前記モニタに映し出す少なくとも一種類の第一映像と、商品選択後に前記モニタに映し出す少なくとも二種類の第二映像とを予め用意しておき、前記第一映像を前記モニタに映し出している間で、且つ前記商品選択手段が第一の態様であるときに前記商品選択手段により商品が選択された場合に、第一の第二映像を前記第一映像から切替えて前記モニタに映し出し、前記第一映像を前記モニタに映し出している間で、且つ前記商品選択手段が第二の態様であるときに前記商品選択手段により商品が選択された場合に、第二の第二映像を前記第一映像から切替えて前記モニタに映し出す映像表示手段を備えた自動販売機としてある。

さらに上記目的を達成するために本願の発明では、モニタと、商品選択ボタンと、前記商品選択ボタンの内部に設けられた発光部と、前記モニタに映像を映し出す映像表示手段と、利用者が選択した物品を取出す物品取出手段と、該物品取出手段により取り出された物品を加熱調理する加熱調理手段と、該加熱調理手段により加熱調理された物品を取出口に移す移動手段と、利用者が商品を選択する前に前記モニタに映し出す少なくとも一種類の第一映像と、利用者が商品を選択した後に前記モニタに映し出す少なくとも二種類の第二映像とを備え、前記映像表示手段は、前記第一映像を前記モニタに映し出している間で、且つ前記発光部が点灯状態であるときに、利用者が前記商品選択手段の操作を行ない商品が選択された場合に、第一の第二映像を前記第一映像から切替えて前記モニタに映し出し、前記第一映像を前記モニタに映し出している間で、且つ前記発光部が消灯状態であるときに、利用者が前記商品選択手段の操作を行ない商品が選択された場合に、第二の第二映像を前記第一映像から切替えて前記モニタに表示する自動販売機としてある。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明に係る自動販売機の実施形態を図面に示した実施例を参照して詳細に説明する。

図１は、本実施例に係るポップコーンの自動販売機１の外観斜視図であり、図２は同正面図である。

該自動販売機１の筺体２自体が遊園地等で見受けられる中に売り子が入っているポップコーンスタンドを模したジオラマ３を形成しており、筐体２の正面上部には三角屋根3aを模し、該三角屋根3aの両側にはポップコーンカップを模しており、筐体1の正面には窓枠から体を乗り出した売り子役のキャラクタの人形3bが左手を上に、右手を横に伸ばし、窓枠の両側および三角屋根3aの周囲には電飾4a、4b、4cが施されている。筺体１の窓枠の下右側にはポップコーンの購入者が出来上がったポップコーンのカップを取り出すカップ取出口５が設けられている。

筺体１の正面中央にはモニタ６が窓枠下の桟の上に設けられ、後記する各種の案内等やゲーム等が表示される。モニタ６の上側にはモニタ６上部中央から人形3bの胸元の左右両側にかけてモニタ６の中央から噴水状にポップコーンが弾け飛ぶ状態を模した噴水状枠3cが設けてあり、モニタ６の左右には窓枠下の桟3dの上にポップコーンのカップ3e、3fが置かれ、噴水状枠3cが左右のカップ3e、3fの外側近傍に達した形状に成形されている。モニタ６上部と噴水状枠3cとの間には左右は弾け飛ぶポップコーンを模するための飛び出しポップコーン表示部6a、6bとなっている。この飛び出しポップコーン表示部6a、6bは、弾け飛ぶポップコーンを表現するためにLEDが複数配置されており、ポップコーンの弾け飛ぶ様を表現するのである。

また、左側の噴水状枠3cとキャラクタの人形の3bの横に伸ばした右腕との間は金網状になっており筐体内部から調理時の匂いを排出する匂い排出口44となっている。
桟3dの左下側は味付けの選択ボタン７が横並びにコントロールパネル８に配置にされており、さらにコントロールパネルの中央寄り下側にはハンドル９が回動自在に設けてある。このハンドル９はポップコーンの調理時の待ち時間に回すことで、電飾部4a、4b、4cの電飾が流れるように点滅表示されるとともに、ポップコーンの飛び出す様をポップコーン表示部6a、6bに表示する。さらにカップ取出口５の右側にはコイン投入口10、鍵穴11が設けられている。また桟3dの左端には購入したカップを倒れないように置くことができる窪みを設けたカップホルダ12が設けてある。

さらにコントロールパネルの下方にはカップ蓋を取り出すカップ蓋取出口13が設けられている。
鍵部11に鍵を入れて手前に引くことにより三角屋根3aを残して筐体２の方形部全体の前面扉14がヒンジ機構により開閉することができ、内部のメンテナンスができるようになっている。前面扉14にはカップ取出口５、モニタ6及び、選択ボタン７、コントロールパネル８、ハンドル９、コイン投入口10、鍵穴11、カップホルダ12、カップ蓋取出口13が表面に設けられている。
筺体２の内部には自動販売機本体15が立設され、自動販売機本体15のカップ取出ボックス16が前記カップ取出口５に対応している。

自動販売機本体15の内部の概略構造を図２に示す。自動販売機本体15の上側内部を上下に仕切るようにマガジンテーブル18が水平に架設されており、同マガジンテーブル18より上側の空間に第１の保存手段である円筒状のカップ収納マガジン19が12本程縦方向に指向した姿勢で円環状に配設され、各カップ収納マガジン19は一体に回動自在に中央のマガジンシャフト20を介してマガジンテーブル18に支持されている。

また自動販売機の下側内部を上下に仕切るように電子レンジテーブルが水平に架設されており、左側に加工製造手段としての電子レンジ部40が設けられ、その右側にはカップを電子レンジ部に出し入れする移動手段としてカップハンド30が設けてある。
さらに電子レンジテーブルの左下側にはカップ蓋収納マガジンが水平に架設されており、円筒状のカップ蓋収納マガジンが6本程度縦方向に指向した姿勢で円環状に配設され、各カップ蓋収納マガジンは一体に回動自在に中央のマガジンシャフトにーを介して電子レンジテーブルに支持されている。

自動販売機本体の上側は、すなわち図３のカップ収納マガジンの駆動機構を示す平面図および図４の同側面断面図に図示するように半径方向に指向した溝が外周縁に等間隔形に形成されたインデックスプレート21がマガジンシャフト20に嵌着されており、このインデックスプレート21の溝に嵌まる円筒状回転子22を両端に立設したドライブクランク23が回転軸24を介してモータ25により回動するようになっている。モータ25の駆動でドライブクランク23は中央を回転中心に図３において時計方向に回転する。

ドライブクランク23が半回転すると、図３において上方の回転子22がインデックスプレート21の一つの溝の中に入り込みながらインデックスプレート21を反時計方向に30度回転させることができ、ドライブクランク23の半回転ごとにインデックスプレート21は30度ずつ回転し、インデックスプレート21と一体のカップ収納マガジン19も30度ずつ旋回する。

各カップ収納マガジン19内には、本発明の物品の一例として複数のカップ26が順次積み重ねられて収納され最下層のカップ26は、開口縁のフランジ部が図示されないカップフックで係止されて保持され、カップフックの開閉で最下層のカップ26が１個落下し、次層のカップ26が保持されるようになっている。

カップ26内には、豆状のコーンと調理用の油とともに、添加物としてバター、チーズ、チリの３種の味付け材料のうち１種類が既に入れられていて、各カップ収納マガジン19にはそれぞれ同種類の味付けがなされるコーンが入ったカップ26が積層される。

マガジンテーブル18の所定位置にはカップディスペンサ28が立設されており、カップ収納マガジン19に吊設されて旋回してきた所定の最下層カップ26をカップディスペンサ28が受けて、カップディスペンサ28の回転で前記カップフックを開閉するカム（図示せず）が動作してカップ26を落下させる。

カップディスペンサ28の下方には円筒ガイド29がマガジンテーブル18より垂設されていて落下したカップ26を下方所定位置に待機しているカップハンド30に案内する。

図５のカップハンドの駆動機構及び電子レンジ部の平面図に図示するようにカップハンド30は、前後に一対の円弧状の把持部30ａがキャリアアーム31の端部に支持され、前後の把持部30ａは前後に拡縮可能である。

キャリアアーム31は、揺動支持部材32の自由端部に枢支されるとともに、もう１本の揺動リンク33の自由端部にも枢着され４リンク構造により、概ね左右方向に指向した姿勢を維持して左右に移動可能であり、揺動支持部材32の中央部に枢着された駆動シャフト34が図示しないモータによりリンク機構を介して往復動されると、キャリアアーム31はカップハンド30とともに左右に移動する。

カップハンド30の移動する左方向には電子レンジ部40の調整室41が設けられており、カップハンド30の駆動系側の側壁が前後に摺動するレンジドア42となっていて、後方に後退すると調整室41の側方を開口しカップハンド30の出入りを自由にし前進すると調整室41を閉塞する。

なおダクトを介して調整室41内に冷却風を送るファン39が設けられている。調整室41内には中央にターンテーブル43が設けられている。調整室41の正面上端縁には臭いの出口である臭い排出口44が形成されている（図２参照）。これにより電子レンジがカップを加熱調理する際の匂いが前面に排出され、他の見込み客に対しアピールすることができる。

一方前記円筒ガイド29の真下で、カップハンド30よりさらに下方に前記カップ取出ボックス16が開閉自在の閉塞板17に仕切られ配設され、同カップ取出ボックス16の前面にカップ取出口５が位置する。電子レンジ部で加熱料理されたカップをカップハンド30を拡開してカップを掴み閉塞板17を開き、カップ取出ボックス16内に落すと、カップ取出ボックス16の底には網の目状に開口しており冷却風を送るファン35が設けてあり、加熱したカップを冷却する。これは耐熱性の異なる素材のカップを用いたときなどに、せっかちな人がカップ取出口5をこじ開けて調理直後のカップを取出してやけどをする危険を回避して、安全性を高めるのである。

コーン26aが電子レンジで加熱されると図6（Ｂ）に示すようにコーン26aが加工されて、カップ26にポップコーンが製造され、ほぼ満杯に達して顧客に提供される。物品の完成品の一例としてバター風味、塩味風味が提供され、風味は調味料として添加物が内在されており調理時に付けられるタイプである。

さらに本自動販売機では、物品の半完成品の一例として顧客がポップコーンに調味料を振りかけて蓋をしてカサカサと振ってから食べるタイプのカップも採用できるようになっており、そのポップコーンカップ26の構造は図６（Ａ）に示す如く従来のタイプと変わらないが、事前にカップの底には調味料は入っておらず、コーンとベースとなる食用油のみでありこのままでは食用に絶えない半完成品であるが、従来品同様に調理される。図６（Ｃ）にはこの半完成品の付属品となる調味料付きのカップ蓋を示す。本願ではカップ蓋36とポップコーンの出来上がり後に振りかける調味料袋37をカップ蓋と一体にして付属品としてカップ蓋取出口に出すようになっている。カップ蓋36はプラスチック製で氷アイスの容器形状になっており、カップ蓋36の上側に添加物としての調味料袋37が熱着して一体として取り付けてある。

顧客は出来上がったポップコーンカップ26を図１に示すカップ取出口５から取り出し、カップホルダ12に置き、カップ蓋取出口13から選択した風味の調味料袋37が取り付けられているカップ蓋35を取り出し、調味料袋37をカップ蓋36から剥ぎ取り取り外し、調味料袋37を開封し内包されている調味料粉末をカップホルダ12に置いたポップコーンカップ26に振りかけて、図6(D)に示す如くカップ蓋36をポップコーンカップ26に取り付け、カップを上下に数回振り、調味料をポップコーン全体に行きわたらせた後、カップ蓋36を取り外してポップコーンを食べるのである。

次に前面扉14の裏側に設けられている第２の保存手段としてのカップ蓋ディスペンサ60の構造について説明する。図７（Ａ）は前面扉の裏側に設けたカップ蓋ディスペンサとカップ蓋取出口の平面図で、図７（Ｂ）は前面扉の裏側からみた正面図、図７（Ｃ）は同縦断面図を示す。前面扉14のカップ蓋取出口13には透明のフラップリッド61がカップ蓋取出口13の上部で水平に軸支されており下方を奥に押し込むことで、取出口床部62に手を入れてカップ蓋36を取り出せることができるようになっている。カップ蓋取出口13の前面扉の裏側の真上にはカップ蓋ディスペンサ60が取り付けられている。カップ蓋ディスペンサ60はカップ取出口13の横幅に3連並んでおり、それぞれカップ取出口13の近傍に払出駆動部63があり、その上にカップ蓋を蓄えておくストッカ64が設けられている。

その他コインの投入があったことを知らせる信号を入力する。

この場合に全ての商品がある場合には、モニタのアドバタイズ画面及びセレクト画面内には品切れの情報は表示されることなく、アドバタイズ時には全ての選択ボタンは消灯している。

次に１種類でも売り切れ商品が発生している場合には、モニタ画面及びアドバタイズ画面内にはその売り切れ商品の情報が表示されるとともに、アドバタイズ時には売り切れに該当する選択ボタンは消灯したままであるが、他の販売可能な商品に該当する選択ボタンは点灯している。そして顧客が販売料金に見合う予め定められた数の硬貨を投入した場合にはセレクト画面となり、その場合には販売可能な商品に該当する選択ボタンは点滅をする。ここではマガジン７にしかない商品Ｂが売り切れとなった場合にはアドバタイズ時にはモニタ画面には商品Ｂの売り切れ情報とともに対応する選択ボタンを消灯し、他の販売可能なボタンを点灯させておく。そしてセレクト画面では、販売可能な商品の選択ボタンは点滅させるのである。

さらに同一商品が複数の選択ボタンに配置されている場合、例えば一番左側とその右隣の２つのボタン１、２に商品Ａが割り当てられおり、ボタン１にはマガジン１乃至３が、ボタン２にはマガジン４乃至６が割り当てられている場合には、ボタン１で割り当てられているマガジン１乃至３の何れにもポップコーンカップが無くなった場合にはこのボタン１は売り切れであることからアドバタイズ時およびセレクト時には消灯したままであるが、その右隣のボタン２は同一種の商品Ａが割り当てられており、このボタン２に対応するマガジン４乃至６には商品Ａが存在していることから、モニタ画面には商品Ａの売り切れ表示は行われない。ここでは以前に売り切れになった商品Ｂのみが売り切れ表示されている。

この場合、商品Ａが売り切れ表示されるのは、ボタン１に加えボタン２に割り当てられたマガジン４乃至５の何れもが空になった場合に商品Ａは完全に売り切れとなり、アドバタイズ時及びセレクト時にはモニタ画面に売り切れ情報が示されるとともに、売り切れボタンは消灯したままとなる。販売可能な商品に該当するボタンのみがアドバタイズ時に点灯しており、セレクト画面においては点滅する。ここでは商品Ａが売り切れになる以前に売り切れになっている商品Ｂのボタンを含めボタン１、２、３は消灯し、ボタン４、５のみが点灯、点滅表示するのである。
こうすることにより、同一商品に対し複数の選択ボタンが割り当てられている場合には、その選択ボタンが割り当てられているマガジンが全て空になった際にはその選択ボタンの点灯、点滅表示のみが行われず、消灯したままとなって、残りの同一種類の商品の選択ボタンは販売できる状態を保っており、顧客はモニタ画面及び当該選択ボタンのアドバタイズ時及びセレクト画面時の点灯、点滅により当該商品が入手可能であることが理解できる。

さらに、運営者には、同一種類の選択ボタンが複数あることで、そのうちの何れかの選択ボタンがアドバタイズ時に消灯していることから、商品の品切れは起こしていないものの、当該消灯したままの選択ボタンに対応しているマガジンには商品がないことが一目瞭然となり、前面扉を開けて確認することなく、当該商品の補充の準備に入ることができるのである。

従来のポップコーンカップのように完成品の場合では、その味のカップが全て売り切れてしまうとその種類の味は売り切れになってしまうのである。ここで基本の物品である味のない未完成品のカップでは、それに対応する数種類の調味料を有するカップ蓋が用意されており、この調味料付きのカップ蓋が未完成品のカップより多めに備えておくことで、完成品としての物品の欠品を極力防ぐことができるのである。つまり、各種の調味料付きカップ蓋を多めセットしておくことにより、未完成品のポップコーンカップは完売まで販売することができうるのである。これは賞味期限が短いポップコーンカップでは賞味期限を切らすことなく消費することが出来うるのである。

売り切れは、カップ収納マガジン19に設けた図示しないセンサ、カップ収納ストッカ64に設けたセンサからの空信号により決定される。
例えば調味料を振りかけるタイプのシャカシャカ用のポップコーンでは、利用者が選択ボタンを押すことで利用者の注文した調味料のカップ蓋が収納されているストッカ64にカップ蓋がないと売れ切れとなり、あるいはカップ収納マガジンのうち、基本となる物品である味のついていない半完成品の調味料を振りかけるタイプのカップが収納されているカップ収納マガジン19の何れのセンサも空信号を発している場合で、該当する味選択ボタンのランプは点滅せず消灯したままとなる。

シャカシャカ用のキャップ（調味料付き）が売り切れで、シャカシャカ用ポップコーンカップがマガジンにある場合には、その味だけが売り切れとなり、アドバタイズ時およびセレクト画面ではモニタに売り切れ表示をするとともに当該選択ボタンが消灯する。
次にシャカシャカ用のポップコーンカップが全て売り切れとなり、マガジンが空になった場合は、シャカシャカ用の味全てが売り切れとなり、アドバタイズ時及びセレクト画面時において、モニタに売り切れ表示を行うとともに当該選択ボタンが消灯する。
さらに複数の選択ボタンに同一種類のシャカシャカ味を設定している場合では、１ケの選択ボタンに対応するマガジン（１ケあるいは複数ケ）が空の場合は、当該選択ボタンでは販売できず当該選択ボタンのランプは消灯する。同一種類のシャカシャカ用の味が設定されている選択ボタンに対応するマガジン（１ケあるいは複数ケ）が空でなく販売可能である場合はモニタ画面に売り切れ表示は行わない。

調理が終了し電子レンジ部40がＯＦＦとなると（ステップＳ11）、モニタ６の画面ではポップコーンの爆発した映像となり（図１７）、“わー驚いたなー”の発声がある。

本実施例の自動販売機１は、以上のようにポップコーンを電子レンジで調理中に次々に変わるモニタ６の画面と声を聴いて楽しめるとともにお客がハンドル９を回してモニタ６の映像の変化を自ら参加して楽しむ一種のビデオゲームを備えていて、待ち時間の退屈を紛らわすことができ、特に小さい子供は大いに楽しむことができる。さらに選択ボタンを押すタイミングでその後の映像が複数種類用意してあるので、複数回の購入をしても飽きることなくいろんなビデオゲームを楽しみながらモニタ６によりポップコーンの調理状況を逐一知ることができるので、急いでいるときでも苛立たしい思いをしなくてすみ、ビデオゲームに熱中できる。

次に、カップ蓋をポップコーンカップに嵌め合わせてポップコーンカップを良く振って、調味料をまんべんなくポップコーン26dと混ぜ合わせるのである。このようにして自分の好みの分量の調味料を振りかけて、自分でよく振ってポップコーン26dに味付けした後に、カップ蓋36をポップコーンカップ26から外して食べるのである。

このようにして、出来上がったポップコーン26dとは別に提供されるカップ蓋36に付属の調味料袋37を開封して自分で味付けすることにより、食べる人の好みに応じて濃くするとか薄くするとかの味付け具合を調整することができ、ポップコーンの味が画一的となってしまうことがない。

カップ蓋36に添えられた調味料は、調味料袋37に密封されて本来の風味が維持されており食べる際に初めて開封することから、風味の新鮮さをそのまま生かしてポップコーン26dに味付けすることができる。同時に、調味料の選択により、より強い風味を伴った味付けを行うこともできる。また、調味料を後から振りかけるタイプでは加熱調理前のコーンに、ポップコーンの風味となる味付けを直接行わない半完成品であることにより、加熱調理中に風味成分が強い臭いを発生させることがないため、加熱調理に際して周囲に迷惑が掛からず、ポップコーン自動販売機の設置場所が限られることがない。

なお、コーンには、ポップコーンの無味の食用油が付けられているが、この食用油が加熱調理中に強い臭いを発生させることはない。ところで、上記実施例では、物品としてコーンを加工するポップコーンについて説明したが、加熱調理によりその体積が増加する膨化穀類の調理であれば膨化米等、ポップコーンに限らない。例えば基本の物品として食パンを焼いて、それに添えるバターやジャムやチョコレート等の添加物を付属品として別体に排出する自販機としてもよい。また、ポップコーンでは使用する調味料は、バター味、チリソース味、カレー味、プレーン味、キャラメル味、バーベキュー味或は塩味等に限らず、その他種々のものが可能である。
物品としては食品に限らず、あらゆる物品が想定され、その付属品としてもその物品と組み合わせることでその物品の価値が高まるものであれば何でもよいのは勿論である。

また、調味料袋の付着位置は、カップ蓋の外側上面に限るものではなく、内側でもよい。
このように、調味料付きカップ蓋36は半完成品の基本となる物品である調味料の添加されていないカップを選択ボタンにより選択した場合に、カップ蓋取出口に排出される。付属品としてカップ蓋に添えられた調味料を用いることで、加熱調理により形成されるポップコーンの味が、画一的とならずに食べる人の好みに応じて味付け具合を調整することができる。また、加熱調理時に強い臭いを発することがなく、ポップコーン自動販売機の設置場所が限られることもない。

図２３の画面では各味選択ボタンに対する味の設定ができ、各味のマガジン使用数の設定と調味料キャップディスペンサの割り振りを確認できるとともに、冷却ファンの作動時間の設定が出来る。味名のデータは売り切時のモニタの画面表示に用いられる。
図２３の表示のなかで、BUTTONとは味選択ボタン７、CUPとはカップ収納マガジン１９、CAPとは調味料キャップのストッカ６４を示している。この画面では、現在の設定を示しており、BUTTONの右にそのボタンに設定されている味名が表示され、CUPの右に味名あるいはシャカシャカの表示がされ、CAPの右には調味料振りかけ式（シャカシャカ用）の各調味料名が表示されている。カーソルはサービススイッチを押す毎に、EXIT WITHOUT SAVE、BUTTON 1、BUTTON 2、BUTTON 3、BUTTON4、BUTTON 5、COOLER FAN TIMER、SAVE AND EXIT、EXIT WITHOUT SAVEの順に移動する。
BUTTON “X” を選ぶと各ボタンの設定画面になり、味名の変更と使用マガジン数を設定する。各設定後にSAVE AND EXIT にカーソルを合せてテストスイッチを押すことで設定が反映される。EXIT WITHOUT SAVEにカーソルを合せてテストスイッチを押すことで元の状態でテストメニューに戻る。

CUP１及びCUP２には味１と表示されており、これはポップコーンカップを収納してあるマガジン１及びマガジン２の２つのマガジンには、商品名が味１のカップが収納することを示している。CUP３及びCUP４には味２と表示されており、同様にマガジン３及びマガジン４の２つのマガジンには商品名が味２のカップが収納することを示している。次にCUP５からCPU１２にはシャカシャカと表示されており、これはマガジン５からマガジン１２までの８つのマガジンには、シャカシャカ用の味のついていないポップコーンカップが収納されていることを示している。

各選択ボタンであるBUTTON “X” を選ぶことにより図２４に示す各ボタン設定画面になる。この画面では最初にシャカシャカ用（振りかけ調味料式）の調味料を用いるかどうかを設定する。“シャカシャカなし”、“シャカシャカあり”、“NOT USED“の項目があり、カーソルをサービスボタンを押して移動して、テストスイッチで設定する。
“シャカシャカなし”とは調味料キャップなしの味に設定する際に用いられ、矢印（カーソル）を合わせてテストボタンを押すことにより、味名選択と、使用マガジン数を設定する画面になる。
“シャカシャカあり”とは調味料キャップありの味に設定する際に用いられ、矢印を合わせテストボタンを押すことにより、味名選択画面になる。カップ使用マガジン数は全マガジン数の１２からシャカシャカなしの味で使用するマガジン数を引いた数となる。
“NOT USED“とは。当該選択ボタンの使用を停止し、売り切れ表示もしなくなり、コントロールパネルから当該ボタンを外すことなく、売り切れ表示を削除する。

図２５はシャカシャカなしカップの設定画面を示す。味名に矢印（カーソル）を合わし、テストボタンを押すことで上に味名が表示され、同時にカップマガジンの設定数を表す括弧内の数字（分数表示の分子に該当する）が１になる。さらにテストボタンを押す度に１２までカウントアップする。１２の次は１に戻り、この数値で使用するマガジン数を設定するのである。
他のボタン設定により設定によって使用できるマガジン数は変わり、１２から使用しているマガジン数を引いた数が設定できる最大値となる。サービススイッチを押すと矢印は別の味名を示すが、ここでテストスイッチを押すと味名が切り替わり設定数も１となる。

ここで味名が表示されているのは予め味名が設定されている無線タグを読み取るか、あるいは無線タグに味名が設定されていない場合は別途、MANUAL SETTINGを選んで味名を文字入力することになる。EXITを選んで実行すると図２３に戻る。
図２６はシャカシャカありの場合の調味料キャップ設定画面を示す。シャカシャカありの設定画面は図２４の各ボタン設定画面において“シャカシャカあり”を選択し決定することで表示される。この画面では、各味にサービスボタンで矢印を合せて、テストスイッチを押すことで選択される。この場合は、シャカシャカありではマガジン数の設定はない。残りのマガジン数がそのまま利用され、最大３種類の振りかけ式調味料を選ぶことができる。その場合は選択ボタンの数が３つ必要となる。例えばシャカシャカのりしお味にカーソルを合せてテストスイッチを押すことで、当該選択ボタンが割り当てたシャカシャカ用のマガジンとシャカシャカのりしおがキャップディスペンサの一つに割り当てられるのである。
上述したとおり、選択ボタン、味名、マガジン数、調味料振りかけ式キャップを設定することができる。

次にポップコーンカップが収納されているマガジンの払出し制御について詳細に述べる。図２７にカップ収納マガジンへの商品の配置の一例を示す平面図である。円筒状のカップ収納マガジン19が12本縦方向に指向した姿勢で円環状に配設されており、各カップ収納マガジン19は一体に回動自在に中央のマガジンシャフト20を介して自動販売機内のマガジンテーブル18に支持されている。
カップ収納マガジン19はＭ１乃至Ｍ１２で示すごとく配置されており、駆動にあたり半径方向に指向した溝が外周縁に等間隔形に形成されたインデックスプレート21がマガジンシャフト20に嵌着されており、このインデックスプレート21の溝に嵌まる円筒状回転子22を両端に立設したドライブクランク23が回転軸24を介して回動するようになっている。モータ駆動でドライブクランク23は中央を回転中心に時計方向に回転する。マガジンテーブルに設けられたカップディスペンサ28の回転により、カップ収納マガジン内に吊設されている最下層カップを取出すようになっている。

ここで、選択ボタン１が割り当てられているマガジンＭ１乃至Ｍ３に商品Ａ、選択ボタン２が割り当てられているマガジンＭ４乃至Ｍ６に商品Ａ、選択ボタン３が割り当てられているマガジンＭ７に商品Ｂ、選択ボタン４が割り当てられているマガジンＭ８に商品Ｃ、選択ボタン５が割り当てられているＭ９乃至Ｍ１２に商品Ｄが収納されているとして説明する。

顧客がコインを投入することにより本自動販売機の動作がスタートし（ステップ３１）、顧客が好みの味選択ボタンを押すことで、カップ選択信号が制御部に伝わり味名を決定し（ステップ３２）、その味名が前回と同じか否かを判定する（ステップ３３）。ステップ３で顧客が選択した味選択ボタンが直前の味名と違う場合にはその選択した味の前回選ばれたマガジンの次のマガジンを指定する（ステップ３４）。例えば前回商品Ａを選択していて、今回商品Ｄを選択していた場合に前回の商品Ｄの時にマガジンＭ１０から払い出していれば、今回は商品Ｄでありながら、次のマガジンであるＭ１１を指定するのである。マガジンＭ１１が指定されてマガジンクランプが回転してマガジンＭ１１がカップディスペンサ２８の真上に位置すると、当該マガジンが売り切れかどうかを判定し（ステップ３５）、売り切れでない場合にはそのマガジンからカップディスペンサを駆動して当該味のカップを取出すのである（ステップ３６）。ステップ３５でそのマガジンが空の場合は売り切れであるので、その場合にはその次のマガジンを指定し（ステップ３７）、ステップ３５に戻り新たなマガジンか空かどうかを調べるのである。これにより、最後の一個のカップを払い出すことができるのである。

ステップ３３で顧客が今回選択した味名が直近（前回）と同じであると判定されたなら、その味名のカップが収納されているマガジンが最後のマガジンであるかどうかを判定する（ステップ３８）。マガジンＭ１からＭ１２は反時計方向に回転するので、例えば選択ボタン１を押して商品Ａを選択している場合では、割り当てられたマガジンはＭ１、Ｍ２、Ｍ３であるので、カップディスペンサ２８の真上に位置しているマガジンがＭ３であるかどうかを判定するのである。

ステップ３８でその味名の最後のマガジンでないと判定されたなら、その味名の前回のときに払い出したマガジンの次のマガジンを指定する（ステップ３９）。例えば今回の顧客が選択ボタン１を押して選択した味が商品Ａであり、直前の味と同じである場合に直前でカップを取出したマガジンがＭ２であるとすると、今回のマガジンはＭ３となるのである。ステップ３９で次のマガジンを指定したならステップ５に進み当該マガジンが売り切れでないか調べるのである。
ステップ３８で、その味名の最後のマガジンであると判定されたなら、その味名に用いられているマガジンの数が所定数以上（例えば８）かどうかを調べ（ステップ４０）、所定数内であれば最後のマガジンを指定し（ステップ４１）、ステップ３５にてその指定したマガジンが空かどうかを調べる。
ステップ４０でその味に用いられているマガジンの数が所定数（例えば８）を越えている場合には最初のマガジンを指定し（ステップ４２）、ステップ３５にてその指定したマガジンが空かどうかを調べるのである。

このマガジン駆動機構ではマガジン群が反時計方向に回転する場合を例にして説明したが、マガジン群が反時計方向だけでなく、時計方向にも回転する何れの方向にも回転する場合では、ステップ４１の記載が回転方向を逆にセットするとすればよい。

上記のマガジンの駆動制御することにより、同一種類で複数のマガジンが存在する場合に、払出しが一つのマガジンに偏ることなく、分散することができるので、新たな商品カップを補充しても、賞味期限の古いカップが残ることがなく、新鮮なポップコーン原料を提供することができるのである。

次にポップコーンの原料となるとうもろこしの遺伝子組替え技術の掌握とその表示について述べる。
近年のバイオテクノロジーの発達に伴い、食料の増産のための遺伝子組替技術に対し、我が国ではとうもろこしなどの遺伝子組替農産物とその加工品について改正ＪＡＳ法品質表示基準に基づく表示が義務付けられている。つまり、大豆、とうもろこし等の農産物及びその加工食品のうち、ポップコーンを含む２４品目については「遺伝子組替え」「遺伝子組替え不分別」のものは表示が義務付けられている。これらを表示するには、分別生産流通管理が必要となっており、生産流通段階での情報把握が必要となっている。

この対策としてポップコーンカップのロット単位あるいはカップ単位に遺伝子組替情報を表示する必要がある。それには生産流通段階でポップコーン豆の遺伝子組替え技術を用いた原料を使用しているかどうかを把握し、出荷時に無線タグにその情報を登録しておき、自動販売機にそのポップコーンカップを投入した際にはその情報が事前に顧客に示すようにする必要がある。

ここでは、近年、商品のバーコード等にも応用が期待されている無線タグ（ＲＦＩＤタグ、非接触ＩＤタグ、無線ＩＤタグ、非接触タグ等と呼ばれており、無線通信ＩＣとアンテナからなるモジュールをいう）を採用している。
図２９に無線タグの基本回路を示す。無線タグは微小の無線通信ＩＣを内蔵しており、データを格納するメモリと無線通信用のＲＦカイロ、そしてこれらをつなぐロジック回路から構成されている。リーダ／ライタと称される読み出し／斯き込み装置を用いて外付けあるいはチップ内に集積したアンテナを介して信号を受け取るもので、無線タグには電池は不用であり、受け取った電波を用いて電磁誘導により発電して、内部の回路を起動し、情報を無線で発信する。

本願では図３０に示すように５００円硬貨大の無線タグを採用し、ポップコーン豆の遺伝子情報や、製造年月日、製造数、さらには自動販売機の故障履歴情報を把握できるようにした。
図３０（Ａ）は無線タグの製造工程の外見であり、ユーザ名が記載されて出荷される。図３０（Ｂ）はポップコーンカップの出荷段階にて各種製造データを書き込んで出荷する際の外見であり、無線タグの表面には外部から目で見て分るように分別生産流通管理工程で、ポップコーンカップの製造年月日、適用機種名、出荷数情報が印刷される。

無線タグを改変されないように厳密に管理する必要がある。図３１は無線タグの内に記録される情報を工程毎に示している。
無線タグは個別単位で管理すべく、無線タグ製造工程で、各無線タグにシリアル番号を書き換え不可能に書き込み、無線タグのユーザ向けに出荷される。
そしてポップコーン豆に分別生産流通管理工程でポップコーンカップを生産する際に、遺伝子組替技術を用いた豆を使用しているかどうかの情報を書着込む。この情報は、遺伝子組替え、遺伝子組替え不分別、あるいは遺伝子組替え技術使用していない、の何れかの情報が書き込まれ、途中で偽造されないように情報の書き換えができないようにしてある。さらに製品名情報、製造年月日情報、賞味期限情報、ポップコーンカップの出荷数情報、原材料の産地情報等、消費者保護に役立つ情報が書き込まれる。

最後にポップコーンカップを自販機に入れて運営する運営工程では、当該無線タグが適用されるポップコーンカップの数データが、一つ販売されるごとに減算され、残りのポップコーンカップの数が書き込まれるようになっており、この残り数がゼロになると利用できないようにしてある。さらに運営工程で自動販売機事態に何らかの異常、例えば電子レンジ内でスパークが発生した場合にそれを検出して時間とともに記録できる障害発生情報を蓄積できるようになっている。
図３２には無線タグのリーダ・ライターの使用状態図を示しており、リーダ／ライタは二組あり、自動販売機の内部に設置されている。各リーダ／ライターには無線タグを挿入口に挿入することでセットされ、自販機本体にあるリセットスイッチを押すことで無線タグとの情報の送受信がなされチップを認識し、使用ランプが点灯すると使用ができ、遺伝子組替え食品であるかを自動販売機の前面のモニタに表示することができる。無線タグ内には使用回数を表す数値が記録されており、カップの１ケース分の数が記録されている。１ケ販売する毎に１度減算し、１ケの無線タグで１ケース分の販売ができるように管理される。残度数が残っている間は使用可能ランプが点灯し、ゼロになると使用可能ランプは消灯する。
リーダ／ライタは２つあるので、どちらかが使用可能であれば販売できる。

無線タグの記録情報は図３３に示す無線タグのテストモードにすることでモニタにて確認することができ、運営上知ることが必要なデータが表示される。
THE RESTには無線タグの残り度数が分数形式で表示され、分母部は初期残数であり、分子部が現在の残数を表している。
BEST BEFORE DATA は賞味期限を示しており、製造日に賞味期限を加えた期限日またはセットした日に賞味期限を加えた期限日を表示することができる。
これにより賞味期限が切れている場合は残度数があっても機械が作動せず、販売できないようになっている。
FIRST SET DATAはこの無線タグが初めてリーダ／ライタにセットされた日を示している。
これにより、ポッコーンカップの遺伝子組替え技術の有無が自動的に判別され、さらに賞味期限切れも防止することができ、管理面の労力が節約できるのである。

また、自販機に不具合が生じた場合の日時と不具合内容のデータが無線タグに記録されるので、故障が起きた際にはこの無線タグを調べることで原因が判明するので、症状の検証が非常にやりやすく、適切な処置が取れ安全な運用管理に非常に役立つのである。このように無線タグに症状の履歴を入れることで、遠隔地で故障が起きた場合でも、その無線タグを送ってもらうだけで、適切な故障の診断が下さるのであり、適切な指導、助言ができ、人件費の節約にもなる。

上述した記載では無線タグ１つに付きポップコーンケース１ケ分として説明したが、無線タグの値段が大量生産により廉価になるとポップコーン１つに付き一つが付いていることで、ポップコーンカップ１ケ毎に情報を持つことも可能となる。その場合無線タグは、ポップコーンカップに設けるようにして、マガジンから取出して加熱する際には取り外すようにしておけばよい。

以上の通り、本発明による調味料を後に振りかけるタイプでは、調理品はその材料が加熱調理によりその体積が増加する調理品であり、カップ及びカップ蓋は開口部が底部より大きい容器であり、積み重ね保管に適しており場所を取ることがなく保存に便利である。また調味料が調理品とは別に提供されて、調理品の味を食べる人の好みに応じた味付け具合に調整することができる。また、加熱調理時に強い臭いを発することがなく、調理品販売機の設置場所が限られない。また、調味料袋が邪魔にならずカップ蓋を重ね合わせることができ、保存に優れている。さらに重ね合わせたカップ蓋の引き離しが円滑であり、カップ蓋同士を重ね合わせた状態で自動販売機に装填することができる。

また、本発明によれば、調味料袋が、カップ蓋の表面に付設されていることから、調味料袋が露出し、調味料袋が調理品を食べる人の目につき易い。
また、本発明によれば、調味料を完全に材料と別体として扱うので、加熱調理時に強い臭いを発することがなく、調理品販売機の設置場所が限られない。また、調味料袋が邪魔にならず未使用状態のカップ蓋同士の重ね合わせ引き離しが円滑であり、調味料袋を添付した状態でカップ蓋同士を重ね合わせた状態で自動販売機に装填することができる。

さらに本願の発明では、自動販売機にモニタと操作手段が設けられ、利用者が選択した物品を取出す物品取出手段と、該物品取出手段により取り出された物品を加熱調理する加熱調理手段と、該加熱調理手段により加熱調理された物品を取出口に移す移動手段と、該加熱調理された物品を冷却する冷却手段と、前記モニタに映し出す映像を予め複数種類用意しておき、前記操作手段の操作タイミングに基づき予め用意された複数種類の映像から一つを選び、前記モニタに映し出すとともに、その後の操作手段の操作により映像に変化を与え、前記物品の製造工程の終了とともに映像が終了するビデオゲームを備えた自動販売機としたことにより、利用者は利用毎に違った映像が見られるとともに、加熱調理した物品を安全に取出すことができるのである。

さらに本願の発明では、モニタを備えた自動販売機において、所定の動画を前記モニタに表示する表示手段と、利用者の注文操作に応じた品物を加工し排出する製造手段と、前記注文操作に応じて前記物品の付属品を排出する排出手段とを備えた自動販売機としたことにより、利用者はモニタを見ながら情報を得て注文を出すことができるので、より詳しい情報が得られ、注文を出した物品が加工されて製造されるとともに、同物品の付属品も得られ、きめこまかな自動販売機を実現している。

さらに本願の発明では上記において、利用者の注文操作に応じて複数種類の品物の中から１種類を選び出し加工し排出する製造手段と、前記注文操作に応じて前記物品の付属品を複数種類の中から１種類を選び出し排出する排出手段を備えた自動販売機としたことにより、利用者は複数種類の選択の組合せが可能となり、さらにその付属品も複数の中から選択でき、非常に選択幅の広い自動販売機となっている。

さらに本願の発明では、基本となる物品を複数の第１保存手段に保存し、当該物品に対し複数種類の付属物品を用意して複数の第２保存手段に種類毎に保存し、利用者の選択操作により、第１保存手段から選択された物品を取出すとともに、第２の保存手段から前記選択操作に該当する付属物品を取出す自動販売機としてあるので、基本となる物品に対し、その付属品を用意してあるので、付属品を当該基本となる物品以上に用意しておくことで、基本となる物品とその付属品の組合せが利用者の選択とおりに提供することができ利用者の満足感を得られることができるのである。
