Description

The present invention relates to a wrinkle removal composition and a wrinkle removal method that can remove wrinkles of a textile product and can effectively remove wrinkles without performing a heat treatment such as ironing.

In general, dry cleaning clothes such as suits are difficult to wash with water at home, and methods for removing wrinkles generally include heat treatment such as ironing and steam press. As a means of stretching wrinkles of clothing without heat treatment, it is only allowed to leave after spraying a composition combining water with a specific water-soluble solvent such as hexylene glycol and isoprene glycol in Patent Document 1 on the wrinkle portion of the clothing. A method for removing the wrinkle is disclosed. However, although this method can remove light wrinkles on clothes, it is difficult to completely remove deep wrinkles. Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3, Patent Document 4, and Patent Document 5 disclose a fabric wrinkle removing composition and method. In these methods, wrinkles are removed by spraying the composition onto a fabric and then hanging it to dry naturally or by ironing, but only natural drying can sufficiently remove wrinkles. In addition, ironing is very effective for removing wrinkles, but it is a troublesome work and is insufficient for restoring the texture.

(1) Evaluation of spray wrinkle removal property Ion-exchanged water is sprayed onto a test cloth 20 cm × 10 cm made of cotton broad # 60 (dyeing test material, Tanigami Shoten Co., Ltd.) and wool fabric (Wool Surge, Tanigami Shoten Co., Ltd.). After spraying and moistening, the test cloth is folded in half, a 2 kg weight is placed on the crease in a temperature-controlled room set at 40 ° C., and left for 24 hours to make wrinkles. I was quiet.

After spraying 50% by weight of the wrinkle removing composition on the test cloth with the model wrinkle in a spray container (T-7500, manufactured by Canyon) with respect to the dry weight of the test cloth, 25 ° C./50% RH. It was allowed to stand in a constant temperature room for 12 hours and dried naturally. After completion of drying, the degree of wrinkle removal of the test cloth was determined.

Judgment was made by scoring the cloth treated with the wrinkle-removing composition and the cloth (control) before treatment on the basis of the following criteria by five panelists, and the average value was obtained as an evaluation score.
-Wrinkle determination criteria 5: No wrinkles 4: Almost no wrinkles 3: Slightly wrinkles remain 2: Corresponding wrinkles remain 1: Remarkably wrinkles remain.

(2) Evaluation of ironing and wrinkle removal property In the same manner as in the evaluation in (1), each cotton test cloth was sprayed with 50% by weight of the wrinkle-removing composition based on the dry weight of the test cloth, and then each test. Do not dry the cloth, iron it with a household iron (NI-A55 automatic iron manufactured by Matsushita Electric, temperature is set to cotton), and leave the treated cloth in a temperature-controlled room at 25 ° C / 50% RH for 12 hours or longer. The wrinkle removal degree of the test cloth was determined in the same manner as (1).
