操作レバーにより成形上型と成形下型とを接近させて米飯を所定の形状に圧縮することにより成形する米飯成形装置において、操作レバーにより成形上型と成形下型とを離間させる動作の最端域から更に両型の離間動作方向へ操作レバーを移動することにより当該操作レバーに連動して成形下型内から成形米飯を押し上げて取り出し可能とする突き上げ機構を備え、
該突き上げ機構は、成形上型を成形下型の内方向へ傾倒移動させるカム構造による昇降機構を備えた操作レバーの回動支軸側にリンクを介して一端が連繋され、中間支軸を中心として梃子揺動させることで他端に取り付けた突き棒でもって成形下型の下側に配した昇降底板を上方へ突き上げるものとした突き上げ用の梃子アームを備えて成ることを特徴とする米飯成形装置。
