Description

The present invention relates to a wood product material which is a kind of square material having a predetermined shape and an arbitrary length.

For example, shelves, simple chairs, tables, etc. are often produced as the theme of so-called do-it-yourself carpenters. Hard to make. If a commercially available production kit is used, the necessary processing has been done, so even an amateur can assemble it, but changing the determined position and form is quite difficult.

The materials used for woodworking are not removed from the wood itself as a basic material, and are a cause of requiring specialized processing for joining and the like. On the other hand, there is no improvement technique proposed in this field, but there are only those such as those disclosed in JP-A-8-155912 and 11-172807. Moreover, these have a concave-convex fitting structure, but the fitting is merely positioning, and does not help fixing the members.

The present invention has been made paying attention to the above-mentioned points, and its problem is to enable fixation by fitting between members and realize more free joining. Another object of the present invention is to provide a wood product material that can form various objects by combining members of the same type, and is easy and easy to adjust and arrange.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a wood product material composed of a plurality of members formed as a kind of square member having a predetermined shape and an arbitrary length, and the plurality of members are grooves along the longitudinal direction. It has a substantially concave cross-sectional shape with a groove width, and the material thickness in the depth direction of the groove takes a constant value, so that one member of a plurality of members can be grooved with another member. We are taking measures to make it possible to fit in and fix.

In the present invention, the term “woodwork product” means an article manufactured using wood. Accordingly, the above-described shelves, chairs, tables and the like are included. Moreover, in this invention, a square is the same as the conventional meaning of a square timber, and is going to say that the basic form is so. The material length is not limited at all.

The wood product material of the present invention has grooves along the longitudinal direction, and as a result, roughly has a concave cross-sectional shape. If the width of the groove and the outer dimension in the depth direction of the groove, that is, the material thickness, are A, a constant value of A is taken. As a result, a certain member can be fitted and fixed in a groove of another member. The position and size of the grooves and members can be variously changed under certain restrictions as will be described later, but the wood product material according to the present invention is constituted by an assembly of such various members. It is what has been.

It is desirable that the dimension from the groove edge to the side edge of the member take a constant value A in addition to the groove width and the material thickness both taking a constant value A (see the invention according to claim 2, see FIG. 3). ). The dimension from the groove edge to the side edge of the member (hereinafter referred to as the groove edge width) is the dimension at the shortest distance, that is, the dimension from the parallel groove edge to the member side edge is half the constant value A. You may take it. In the latter case, it is 1 / 2A + 1 / 2A = A, so it is possible to fit two members arranged side by side into the groove of the third member and to combine them together. Become.

In addition to taking a constant value A or a half A as the groove edge width, it is also desirable to set the groove depth to a half of the constant value A (the invention according to claim 3, FIG. 4). reference). In this case, when two members are combined so that the grooves form one cavity, a bearing structure that can be rotated by inserting, for example, a shaft into the cavity can be provided. When the depth of the groove is 1 / 2A, it means that a force required to fix the members can be obtained by fitting a member having a length of 1 / 2A to the groove of another member. But there is.

As described above, it is desirable that the groove edge width has a constant value A or a half thereof. However, it is also desirable that the groove edge width is applied not only to one side of the groove but also to both sides. When the groove edge width is a constant value A and the groove edge width is applied to both the left and right sides of the groove, the dimension from one side edge to the other side edge of the member is three times the constant value A. Is located at the center of the member (see the invention according to claim 4, see FIG. 5).

The groove is not necessarily one place per member. This kind of material is desired to be as simple as possible, and although it is not necessary, it is free to provide a plurality of grooves (see FIG. 9). It is desired that the degree of freedom of joining members is increased by combining a groove having only one groove with a groove having a plurality of grooves. The plurality of grooves need not be provided on the same surface, but may be provided on different surfaces such as the opposite side.

Since neither the dimensions of the recesses that fit into each other nor the dimensions of the projections are fitted at a constant value A, there must be a space for fitting. That is, the fitting in the present invention is equivalent to an interference fit or an interference fit when compared to an engineering fit, and it is desirable that the fitted members are fixed so as not to move.

The woodwork product material according to the present invention is formed using natural wood, laminated wood, synthetic material, or plastic as a material, and is processed by a woodworking tool, tool, machine, or instrument to be a constituent material of the object. By the way, in addition to the material of the present invention, an auxiliary member may be used together as a component of the object, and fixing means such as bolts, nuts, nails, and adhesives are also required.

Since the present invention is configured and operates as described above, the members are fixed by fitting. However, it is possible to easily and reliably fix the important points in the assembly stage. Even those who do not have proper woodworking techniques can complete various objects with little effort and can easily adjust and arrange during production.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the illustrated embodiments. FIG. 1 is an example of a wood product material in which a groove 12 is provided along a longitudinal direction on one side surface of a square-shaped member 11, and the width of the groove 12 and the material thickness in the depth direction of the groove 12 are Both take a constant value A. Accordingly, in the example of FIG. 1, another member can be fitted into the groove 12 of a certain member 11 in the direction of the depth direction that matches the groove width, thereby fixing the members 11 and 11 to each other. .

FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a tower-shaped structure 13 which is composed of four columns 11-1, 11-2, 11-3, 11-4 in the member depth direction and in the groove width direction. The left and right beam members 11-5, 11-6, 11-7, 11-8 are fitted together, and the left and right beam members 11-5, 11-6, 11-7, 11-8 are fitted together. Is a structure in which a plurality of upper and lower transfer members 11-9 are fitted together with the member depth direction aligned with the groove width direction. The materials constituting the structure 13 of FIG. 1 are indicated by reference numerals different from 11-1 to 11-9 for convenience, but they are all combined using the same member 11. The same member 11 means one type of member 11.

In FIG. 2, in addition to the condition of Example 1 in which the groove width and the material thickness in the depth direction of the groove take a constant value A, the dimension from one groove edge 24 to the member side edge 25 takes a constant value A. The example 2 of the member 21 made is shown. In addition, the dimension from the one side edge of the member 21 to the other side edge is illustrated in the range of not less than 2 times the constant value A and not more than 3 times. Also in the second example, another member can be fitted into the groove 22 of a certain member 21 in the direction of the depth direction corresponding to the groove width, whereby both the members 21 and 21 are fixed to each other.

The table-like structure 23 shown in FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C includes four legs 21-1, 21-2, 21-3, and 21-4 formed of the member 21. The two beam members 21-5 and 21-6 are fitted and fixed at both corners of the groove, and both ends of both beam members 21-5 and 21-6 are formed into grooves 22 of the cross beam members 21-7 and 21-8. In addition to being fitted and fixed, it has a structure in which members 21-9 are arranged face down between the cross beam members 21-7 and 21-8 and on the beam members 21-5 and 21-6. In the fitting of the members 21-1 to 21-9, the member depth direction is matched with the groove width direction as in the first example. In the case of Example 2, by setting the dimension from one groove edge 24 to the member side edge 25 to a constant value A, the beam members 21-5 and 21-6 fitted to the cross beam members 21-7 and 21-8 are used. Since a space having a constant value A can be secured above the space, the space 21 can be filled with the member 21 having the constant value A as the table 26. Reference numerals 29-1 and 29-2 denote frames between the legs.

FIG. 3 shows a member 31 having a groove 32. In addition to the condition of Example 1 in which the groove width and the groove depth dimension take a constant value A, one groove edge 34 to one side edge 35 are shown. Example 3 is shown in which the dimension up to is half of the constant value A. FIG. 3 shows an example in which the above dimensions are combined with Example 2 in which the dimension takes a constant value A.

A table-like structure 23 shown in FIGS. 3A, 3B, and 3C has a structure similar to that of Example 2, and includes four legs 31-1, 31- comprising the member 31. 2, 31-3, 31-4 and the two beam members 31-5 and 31-6 fitted to these are common. However, both ends of the two beam members 31-5 and 31-6 are fitted in the grooves 32 of the cross beam members 31-7 and 31-8 using the material of Example 3 with the member depth direction aligned with the groove width direction. Therefore, the depth of the space above the beam members 31-5 and 31-6 is ½ of the constant value A. For this reason, the member 39-4 that lays in the empty space above the beam members 31-5 and 31-6 and forms the table surface 36 has a thickness that is a half of the constant value A. Reference numerals 39-1 and 39-2 denote frames between the legs.

FIG. 4 shows Example 4 in which the depth of the groove 42 is a half of the constant value A in addition to the conditions of Example 1 in which the groove width and the material thickness in the groove depth direction take a constant value A. In addition, the condition of Example 3 in which the dimension from the groove edge 44 to the side edge 45 of the member 41 is a half of the constant value A is added. The depth of the groove 42 being 1/2 of the constant value A is most suitable for obtaining a desired fixing force by fitting the members, and the thickness of the member 41 can also take the predetermined value A. It is not excessive and is suitable as a whole.

The table-like structure 43 shown in FIGS. 4A, 4B, and 4C has a structure similar to that of the second example, and has four legs 41-1, 41-2 including the member 41. , 41-3, 41-4 and beam members 41-5, 41-6 that provide grooves 42 into which these ends fit. Between the four front legs 41-1 and 41-2 and between the rear two legs 41-3 and 41-4, the frame members 49-1 and 49-2 are provided with grooves 42 at both ends. The two frame members 49-1 and 49-2 are joined and fixed by a third frame member 49-3 fitted and fixed in the groove 42. In Example 4, the second beam members 41-7 and 41-8 are fitted to the outer edges of the beam members 41-5 and 41-6, and the member 49-4 forming the table surface 46 is the second member 49-4. The beam members 41-7 and 41-8 are arranged in parallel.

FIG. 5 shows the dimension from one side edge 55-1 to the other side edge 55-2 of the member 51 in addition to the conditions of Example 1 in which both the groove width and the material thickness in the groove depth direction take a constant value A. Shows Example 5 in which the value is three times the fixed value A and the groove 52 is located at the center. Since the groove 52 and the left and right portions 57-1 and 57-2 are of the same size and can be fitted, the groove 52 is a recess, and the left and right portions 57-1 and 57-2 are By fitting as a convex portion, the member 51 can be connected and joined together in the longitudinal direction and the width direction.

5 (a) and 5 (b) show a characteristic fitting structure in the fifth structural example, in which the members 51 are fitted to the groove 52 and the left and right portions 57-1 and 57-2. This shows that a stepped form can be obtained (FIG. 5A). By using the stepped form, the stepped form can be turned into a staircase by stretching another member 58 in the intersecting direction (FIG. 5B). Example 5 shows that the left and right portions 57-1 and 57-2 of the groove 52 can be fitted and fixed to the groove 52 without using the material thickness value A of the member 51. However, in Example 5, it is obvious that the end of the member 51 can be fitted into the groove 52 using the material thickness A in the groove depth direction.

FIG. 6 shows an example of a usage form of the member 61 in which the depth of the groove 62 is one half of the constant value A (same as in Example 4). In this case, the two members 61 and 61 are arranged so that the respective grooves 62 face each other, and the shaft 60 can be inserted by using the space formed by both the grooves 62 and 62 as a bearing groove. By using such a bearing mechanism, for example, a foldable chair can be formed.

FIG. 7 shows that the dimensions of the groove 72 and its left and right portions 75-1 and 75-2 have a constant value A, the depth of the groove 72 has a constant value A, and the depth of the groove 72 has a constant value A. 71 that takes one-half of the above is illustrated. The characteristic matter in Example 7 is that when the left and right sides of the member 71 are fitted in the grooves 72 of the member 71 arranged on the left and right, the distance between the left and right members 71, 72 is 3A- (2 minutes 1A × 2) = 2A, that is, equal to two material thicknesses. FIG. 7 shows that a cross member 74 corresponding to two material thicknesses is sandwiched in the longitudinal direction of a column 70 having an H-shaped cross section formed by utilizing the feature, and a shelf plate 76 is fitted into a groove 72 of the cross member 74. In addition, an example in which a shelf-like structure 73 is constructed is shown.

FIG. 8 shows that the members 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, 61, 71 exemplified so far can be combined with each other, and various types can be freely combined, fitted and fixed, It shows that things can be formed. FIG. 8A shows an example of a vertical double set in which the side edge of the other member 81-2 is fitted into one groove 82 of the same type member 81-1, as in Example 5, and the cross section is T-shaped. b) is an example in which the third member 81-4 is bonded to the back surface of the T-shaped cross member 51-2, and can be used for a table surface or a wall surface of a shelf. FIG. 8 (c) shows a T-shaped cross member having the same dimension A from the groove edge to the member side edge as in Example 2, but a large dimension from the other groove edge to the other side edge. In FIG. 8D, the above-described 81-5 is combined with a member that is T-shaped.

FIG. 9 shows a member 91 having a plurality of grooves 92 and an example of its use. Also for this member, the condition 1 in which the width of the groove 92 and the dimension in the depth direction of the groove 92, that is, the material thickness takes a constant value A must be satisfied, and the dimension from the groove edge to the member side edge Condition 2 that takes a constant value A or a half value thereof, and condition 3 that the depth of the groove 92 takes a half value of the constant value A must be selectively satisfied. The other members X1 can be fitted in the plurality of grooves 92 (FIG. 9A), and the other member Y1 can be further fitted in the groove X2 of the fitted member X1. Furthermore, FIG. 9C shows an example in which the plurality of grooves Z2 and Z2 do not have to be on the same surface of the member Z1. In the last example, since the cross section of the member Z1 is S-shaped or Z-shaped, a stepped or staggered arrangement can be taken.
