【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、遊技領域の正面側に窓を形成する開閉式の窓枠を備えた遊技機、例えばパチンコ機等の弾球遊技機に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、パチンコ機等の弾球遊技機においては、遊技盤の正面側に円形開口窓を形成する窓枠部材を設け、その開口窓を遊技盤側からガラス板等の透明板により塞いで、透明な窓が構成されている。

また、窓枠部材をその左端部に設けたヒンジ機構を介して枠体に取り付けて、前後方向に開閉可能にするとともに、前記窓を二重のガラス窓構造とすることにより、内側の透明板が遊技盤側に当って割られた場合等に遊技者を保護し、あるいは正面側の透明板を遊技盤からある程度離隔させて、遊技球の流下経路が外部からの電気的・磁気的な操作力で不正に操作されるのを防止するようになっている。

この種の遊技機としては、例えば特開平7―213721号公報に記載されたものがある。この遊技機では、枠体に開閉可能に取り付けられた窓枠部材の裏面側に円形開口窓の周縁部に沿って湾曲した一対の円弧状の取付け枠を設け、両取り付け枠を窓枠部材の裏側で開閉可能に回動させて、保持枠付きの円形ガラス窓を窓枠部材に着脱できるようにしている。この場合、窓枠部材の正面側にはLEDカバーで覆われた、電気的装飾表示(以下、電飾表示という)を行うための電飾表示部が設けられており、その電気基板はLEDカバーと窓枠部材の間に取り付けられている。さらに、窓枠部材の裏面側には電飾表示部の裏側に位置する補強板が設けられており、前記円形ガラス窓の支持部に一定の強度が確保されている。

また、特開平8−173611号公報には、前方側の窓枠部材に円形開口を形成するとともに、後方側の透明板保持枠にガラス窓を取り付け、更に、複数のLEDを装着した環状の電飾基板を前方側の窓枠部材に嵌め付けて、前方側の窓枠部材と後方側の透明板保持枠との間に位置させ、これらを重ね合わせた状態で枠体に取り付けるようにしたのもが記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記従来の遊技機にあっては、ガラス板等の透明板を円形や四角形の保持枠に嵌め込んだユニットを枠体側に支持させる構成となっていたため、ガラス板等の透明板を外す場合には保持枠ごと枠体から取り外す必要があった。しかも、透明板の取付け枠の四方のうち上方又は一側方を開放して、コの字形のガイド枠構造にしたとしても、開いている残りの一方をガラス板装着後に閉蓋部材により閉じてガラス板を外部から動かせないように固定していたため、透明板の取り外し作業が非常に困難であった。

また、保持枠を樹脂により形成したとしても、ガラス板等の透明板と保持枠を一体成形することは実用上困難であるため、透明板を保持枠に取り付ける作業が容易でなかった。

さらに、電飾基板が窓枠部材の正面側に取り付けられるものでは、窓枠部材に配線用のスリットをつけながら、その部分を複数の補強板を重ね止めして所要の窓枠剛性を確保するといった構成となるため、部品点数が多くなるばかりか、組み立て工数がかさむという問題があった。また、開口窓を取り囲む大型の電飾基板形状となるものでは、部品の取扱いが容易でないのに加えて不良になり易い電気基板が大型化するため、製造コストが高くなるばかりか、電飾基板の固定部位を多くするか絶縁板を別設するかしなければ、電飾基板と窓枠との絶縁状態を確保するのが困難であるという問題があった。

そこで本発明は、透明板の着脱作業が容易で、かつ構成の簡素な開閉窓構造を有する遊技機を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するため、本発明は、遊技盤が装着された枠体と、遊技盤の正面側に該遊技盤の盤面に対応する開口窓を形成し、前記枠体に対し前後の開閉ができるよう支持された窓枠部材と、前記窓枠部材と前記遊技盤の間で前記窓枠部材の開口窓を塞ぐ透明板と、前記透明板を着脱可能に案内および支持する透明板取付け枠と、を備えた遊技機において、前記枠体から前記透明板の上部に近接するよう正面側に突出した突起部を設ける一方、前記透明板取付け枠を上側が開いたコの字形に形成して、該透明板取付け枠に前記透明板を上方から挿入および取出し可能にして、前記窓枠部材が閉じたとき、前記透明板の上方向への移動を前記突起部により規制し、前記透明板を前記枠体に対して固定するようにしたことを特徴とするものである。

この構成では、窓枠部材が閉じたとき、透明板の上方向への移動が枠体側の突起部によって規制され、窓枠部材側に透明板取付け枠の開放部を閉じる閉蓋部材を別設することなく、透明板が枠体に対して固定できることになる。また、窓枠部材が開放されたときには、透明板取付け枠の四方のうち一方が開放されることから、透明板を着脱する作業が非常に容易になる。

上記遊技機においては、前記窓枠部材に前記開口窓の周辺に位置する電飾表示部を設けるとともに、前記電飾表示部の裏面側に位置する複数の発光素子を有し該発光素子により前記電飾表示部の表示を行うよう前記窓枠部材に支持された電飾表示基板と、前記窓枠部材に支持され、前記電飾表示基板と前記透明板との間で前記電飾表示基板の裏面を被蔽する電気絶縁性のカバー部材とを、それぞれ設けて、該カバー部材により前記透明板取付け枠の一部を構成するよう両者を一体的に連結したものであるのが好ましい。このような構成においては、電飾表示基板の裏面をおおう電気絶縁性のカバー部材が、透明板取付け枠の一部ともなっていることから、部品点数が削減され、構成の簡素化が図られる。しかも、絶縁性のカバー部材は一定の面積を有して窓枠部材の裏面に取り付けられることから,透明板取付け枠の剛性を高めるとともに、窓枠部材の所要の剛性をも確保でき、さらに、透明板を取付け枠に嵌め込む際のガイド機能をカバー部材に持たせることができ、取付け作業の容易化を図ることができる。

また、前記電飾表示基板が複数の分割基板からなり、該複数の分割基板が、前記窓枠部材の開口窓の周りに該周方向に離間する複数の発光素子ブロックを形成するとともに互いに電気接続されているのがよい。そのようにすると、電飾表示基板を半製品として組み立てる際の作業が容易になるとともに、その取り扱いも容易化される。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の好ましい実施形態を図面に基づいて説明する。

図1は本発明の一実施形態に係る遊技機を示す図であり、本発明をパチンコ機に適用した例を示している。

図1〜図3に示すように、この実施形態の遊技機10は、遊技盤13が装着された枠体11と、遊技盤13の正面側にこの遊技盤13の盤面13a(遊技領域)に対応する開口窓12aを形成する開閉扉状の窓枠部材12と、を備えている。

枠体11は、詳細を図示していないが、図1中の左端側でヒンジ機構115A,115Bを介して裏側機構枠100に開閉可能に支持されており、通常は閉じている。窓枠部材12は、枠体11に対し前後の開閉ができるよう後述するヒンジ機構140(図7参照)を介して枠体11に開閉可能に支持されている。また、窓枠部材12の下方には上側球受け皿15が設けられており、この上側球受け皿15は図1中の左端側で図示しないヒンジ機構を介して枠体11に開閉可能に支持されている。さらに、上側球受け皿15の下方側には、下側球受け皿16と、遊技者によって回動操作される操作ハンドル17とが、それぞれ設けられており、後述する球抜き操作によって上側球受け皿15から下側球受け皿16に遊技球が流下・排出できるようになっている。

この遊技機10においては、側方に隣接配置された球貸し機1のカード挿入口1aに所定のプリペイドカードが挿入され(勿論、現金投入でもよい)、上側球受け皿15の正面に設けられた貸出しボタン151が操作されたとき、貸し球が上側球受け皿15に貸し出され、遊技者によるハンドル17の操作量に応じて、上側球受け皿15の裏側で図示しない発射装置が作動し、遊技領域内に遊技球を発射する。そして、例えば遊技盤13に設けられた複数の始動入賞口23、一般入賞口24A,24B,25A,25B,大入賞口26のうちいずれかに遊技球が入ると、払出し口29から上側球受け皿15への遊技球の払出しが行われる。また、遊技球が通過ゲート27を通過すると、普通図柄表示用LED60a、60bの2色交互点灯による普通図柄変動表示を実行する普通図柄表示装置60が作動し、その変動が所定の停止態様で停止すれば始動入賞口23のチューリップが開く。また、この始動入賞口23に遊技球が入賞すると、図柄表示装置70で特別図柄の変動表示ゲームが実行され、その結果(停止態様)に応じて大入賞口26の開閉扉が前後方向に開閉し、最大開口幅の入賞口を形成するようになっている。

なお、前記プリペイドカードのクレジット数は、クレジット表示部153に表示される。また、図3中の152は、プリペイドカードの返却(排出)を指示する返却ボタンで、遊技者によってこの返却ボタン152が操作されると、球貸し機1に挿入されたプリペイドカードが前方側(遊技者側)に排出される。18は、上側球受け皿15の底部に設けられた球抜穴を開閉操作するための球抜操作レバーで、図示しない付勢ばね等によって上側球受け皿15に対し図中右側に付勢されている。この球抜操作レバー18は、遊技者により図中左側に操作されたとき、前記付勢ばね等に抗して前記球抜穴を開放できるようになっている。19は灰皿である。

一方、窓枠部材12は、その開口窓12aの周辺に位置する電飾表示部121を有しており、この電飾表示部121の正面部は開口窓12aを取り囲んで配置された複数の円弧状の装飾表示用レンズ122で構成されている。

図4〜図6に示すように、電飾表示部121の裏面側には電飾表示基板40が設けられており、この電飾表示基板40は、電飾表示部121の裏側に位置する複数の発光素子41と、これら発光素子41によって電飾表示部121の表示駆動を行うよう窓枠部材12に支持された基板部42とを具備している。この電飾表示基板40の基板部42は、左右及び上下に分割された複数の分割基板42a,42b,42c,42d,42e,42f,42g,42hからなり、これら複数の分割基板42a〜42dが、窓枠部材12の開口窓12aの周りにその周方向に離間する複数の発光素子ブロックを各分割基板ごとに形成するとともに、両端にコネクタ端子を有するコネクタ付き配線46a,46b,46c,46d、47a,47b,47c,47dを介して、互いに電気的に接続されている。

また、窓枠部材12の裏面側には、さらに、電飾表示基板40裏面側を被蔽する所定形状の電気絶縁性のカバー部材50が設けられており、このカバー部材50には、窓枠部材12と遊技盤13の間で窓枠部材12の開口窓12aを塞ぐ2枚の透明板21、22が、透明板取付け枠30を介して二重に取り付けられている。

透明板取付け枠30は全体として上側が開いたコの字形に形成されており、その状態で電気絶縁性のカバー部材50を貫通するねじ部材(図示していない)により窓枠部材12にねじ固定され、カバー部材50と一体に連結されている。なお、窓枠部材12には図9に示すねじ固定用の突起部12hのような複数の突起部が設けられており、透明板取付け枠30が複数箇所でこれら突起部に固定されている。また、電気絶縁性のカバー部材50は、窓枠部材12に支持され、電飾表示基板40と透明板21,22との間で電飾表示基板40の裏面側を被蔽する開口付き平板形状になっている。

透明板取付け枠30は、より具体的には、図8〜図12に示すように、後方側の透明板22の両側面を案内する左右ガイド面31a,31bと、透明板21,22の下面を支持する支持面32と、前方(正面)側の透明板21の裏面を案内する第1案内面33と、後方側の透明板22の正面および裏面をそれぞれ案内する第2案内面34および第3案内面35と、を有している。そして、この透明板取付け枠30は、透明板22の左右両側部および下部をそれぞれ所定深さdの範囲で案内保持することができ、全体として上側が開いたコの字形に形成されることで、透明板22を上方から挿入および取出しできるようになっている。

また、図8、9及び図4に示すように、電気絶縁性のカバー部材50の中央部の開口51の左右両側には、透明板21の左右両側面を上下方向にのみ移動可能に案内するリブ状の左右ガイド部52,53が設けられている。そして、これら左右ガイド部52,53の間で、カバー部材50の板面部50aが透明板21の前面周辺を部分的にガイドするようになっている。すなわち、電気絶縁性のカバー部材50は、透明板取付け枠30の第1案内面33と協働して透明板21をガイドするものであり、絶縁カバーのみとしてでなく、透明板取付け枠の一部としても機能するようになっている。二重窓を構成する透明板21、22は、このように電気絶縁性のカバー部材50および透明板取付け枠30によって着脱可能に案内および支持されている。

ところで、窓枠部材12の上部左端側には、図7に示すように、窓枠部材12を枠体11に対し前後の開閉方向に回動できるよう支持するヒンジ機構140が設けられており、窓枠部材12の下部左端側には、図8および図10に示すように、透明板取付け枠30の一部を利用したヒンジ機構145が設けられている。

ヒンジ機構140は、枠体11の正面に突出して設けられたボス状の支持部112と、窓枠部材12の上壁部12bを貫通してこの支持部112に嵌入されたL字形のヒンジピン142と、このヒンジピン142を上方に付勢するよう窓枠部材12とヒンジピン142の間に所定張力をもって介装された引張りばね143と、窓枠部材12にねじ固定された係止部材144とから構成されており、係止部材144は、ヒンジピン142の上方への移動を所定高さ位置で規制するとともに、引張りばね143の係止部としても機能するようになっている。

また、ヒンジ機構145は、透明板取付け枠30の一部を側方に突出させたヒンジアーム部37と、そのヒンジアーム部37のピン穴37aに係合するよう枠体11側に立設されたヒンジピン113および座面部114とから構成されている。透明板取付け枠30のヒンジ37側の内側面30cはカバー部材50の左ガイド部52に当接しており、これにより透明板取付け枠30とカバー部材50の左右方向の位置と傾きを相対的に規定し、透明板21の左右ガイド面と透明板22の左右ガイド面との平行を保つようになっている。

また、窓枠部材12の裏面側には、例えば機械式スイッチからなる窓開閉検出センサ81が取り付けられている。この窓開閉検出センサ81は、窓枠部材12が閉じるときに枠体11の正面上部11dに当接してONとなり、窓枠部材12が開いたときには枠体11から離隔してOFFとなるようになっており、このON/OFFの変化によって窓枠部材12の開閉状態を検出することができるようになっている。この窓開閉検出センサ81は、遊技盤13上の始動入賞口23や普通図柄表示装置60および特別図柄表示装置70を制御する図外の遊技制御基板に接続されており、この遊技制御基板によって遊技機10の動作が制御される。

なお、上述の実施形態においては絶縁性のカバー部材50を透明板取付け枠の一部として構成し、これを透明板取付け枠30と共に使用する構成となっていたが、絶縁性カバー部材50の透明板取付け枠としての機能を適宜拡大するようそのガイド部52,53の他のガイド部や、透明板の周辺部の保持が可能な取付け部を設けることもできる。また、球補給のために球補給ノズルが上側球受け皿15上に配置されるとき、平坦逃げ部122fによって遊技機10側との衝突が回避でき、ロック機構131の取り付け部材の一部を正面側に突出させて嵌め込み部122gとし、装飾表示用レンズ122の湾曲面の一部を形成しているので、デザインを損なうことなく機能確保ができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明によれば、枠体から透明板の上部に近接するよう正面側に突出した突起部を設ける一方、透明板取付け枠を上側が開いたコの字形に形成して、透明板取付け枠に透明板を上方から挿入および取出し可能にしているので、窓枠部材が閉じたとき、透明板の上方向への移動が枠体側の突起部によって規制され、窓枠部材側に透明板取付け枠の開放部を閉じる閉蓋部材を別設することなく、透明板が枠体に対して固定できることになる。また、窓枠部材が開放されたときには、透明板取付け枠の四方のうち一方が開放されることから、透明板を着脱する作業が非常に容易にできる。
