Claims (5)
- 不活性ガス源から不活性ガスが供給される不活性ガス流路と、
前記不活性ガス流路内に11CH4を供給可能なメタン供給器と、
11CH4とヨウ素とを反応させて11CH3Iを生成するヨウ化メチル生成器と、
11CH3Iを捕集するヨウ化メチル捕集器と、
ガスを収容可能なチャンバと、
前記不活性ガス流路、前記ヨウ化メチル生成器、前記ヨウ化メチル捕集器、及び、前記チャンバをこの順に直列に接続する第1状態と、前記不活性ガス流路、前記チャンバ、前記ヨウ化メチル生成器、前記ヨウ化メチル捕集器をこの順に直列に接続する第2状態と、を選択的に切替える流路切替器と、
を備えるヨウ化メチル製造装置。 - 前記メタン供給器は、11CH4を吸着する吸着剤が充填されるメタン吸着カラムと前記メタン吸着カラムを加熱して前記吸着剤から11CH4を脱離させる加熱器とを有する請求項1に記載のヨウ化メチル製造装置。
- 11CO2とH2とを反応させて11CH4を生成させるメタン生成器をさらに備え、前記メタン生成器は前記メタン吸着カラムに接続され、前記メタン生成器に不活性ガス供給源から不活性ガスが供給される請求項2に記載のヨウ化メチル製造装置。
- 前記不活性ガス流路は、前記メタン供給器をバイパスするバイパスラインをさらに有する請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のヨウ化メチル製造装置。
- 前記流路切替器は、6方弁を有する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のヨウ化メチル製造装置。
