Description
a)N−ビニルピロリドン60〜99質量%および
b)b1)モノエチレン系不飽和C3〜C8−カルボン酸のC8〜C30−アルキルエステル
1〜40質量%を含有するコポリマーAの使用に関する。
N−ビニルピロリドン。
b1)モノエチレン系不飽和C3〜C8−カルボン酸とC8〜C30−アルコール、有利にC12〜C22−アルコールとのエステル。
3〜8個のC原子を有するモノエチレン系不飽和カルボン酸、例えばアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、ジメタクリル酸、エタクリル酸、マレイン酸、シトラコン酸、メチレンマロン酸、アリル酢酸、ビニル酢酸、クロトン酸、フマル酸、メサコン酸およびイタコン酸。モノマーの前記群からは、有利にアクリル酸、メタクリル酸、マレイン酸または記載されたカルボン酸の混合物が使用される。
b)b1)モノエチレン系不飽和C3〜C8−カルボン酸のC12〜C22−アルキルエステル1〜40質量%を含有する、コポリマーAは、特に有利に使用される。
例1
ポリスルホン16質量%(Ultrason E 6020P, BASF)、90のK値を有するポリビニルピロリドン1質量%、30のK値を有するポリビニルピロリドン7質量%およびN−メチルピロリドン中のビニルピロリドン−ステアリルメタクリレート−コポリマー1質量%(VP:StMA=70:30)からなるポリマー溶液から、注型装置により、200μmの厚さのポリマーフィルムをPVC帯状キャリヤー上に塗布し、水中で20℃で10分間、凝固させた。メンブランを40℃で24時間乾燥させた。
メンブランを異なる組成のポリマー溶液から、例1からの製造法と同様にして得た。次の例中のメンブランの質量損失を例1と同様に測定した。
例1〜6により得ることができるメンブランにつき、接触角度の測定をData Physics社の型OCAH200の接触角度測定器を用いて実施した。
Claims (7)
- コポリマーAとコポリマーA以外の他の成分として、疎水性ポリマーBとしてポリスルホンおよび親水性ポリマーCとしてポリビニルピロリドンを含有し、この場合親水性ポリマーCはポリビニルピロリドンからなる、水で湿潤可能な半浸透性メンブランを製造するための、
a)N−ビニルピロリドン60〜99質量%および
b)b1)モノエチレン系不飽和C3〜C8−カルボン酸のC8〜C30−アルキルエステル1〜40質量%を含有するコポリマーAの使用。 - a)N−ビニルピロリドン60〜99質量%および
b)b1)モノエチレン系不飽和C3〜C8−カルボン酸のC12〜C22−アルキルエステル1〜40質量%を含有する、コポリマーAの請求項1記載の使用。 - コポリマーAを使用されたポリマーの全体量に対して0.1〜25質量%の量で使用する、請求項1または2記載の使用。
- 疎水性ポリマーBを使用されたポリマーの全体量に対して50〜99.9質量%の量で使用する、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- 親水性ポリマーCを使用されたポリマーの全体量に対して10〜40質量%の量で使用する、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の使用。
- a)N−ビニルピロリドン60〜99質量%および
b)b1)モノエチレン系不飽和C3〜C8−カルボン酸のC8〜C30−アルキルエステル1〜40質量%からの少なくとも1つのコポリマーAおよび
疎水性ポリマー成分Bとしてポリスルホンおよび
親水性ポリマーCとしてポリビニルピロリドンを含有する、水で湿潤可能な半浸透性メンブラン。 - コポリマーAを0.1〜25質量%の量で使用しながら得ることができる、請求項6記載のメンブラン。
