本発明は、固定配置されたヘッドフランジを備え、このヘッドフランジに複数の押出機が接続され、更に、流路、カセット及び成形具を有する閉じたヘッドを備え、該ヘッドがヘッドフランジに対して締付け固定可能にかつヘッドフランジから離れるように旋回可能に配置されている、タイヤ製造用の成形材を製造する多重押出ヘッドに関する。

【従来の技術】
多重押出ヘッドは、流路インサートへの良好なアクセス(取扱操作性)を確保する為に、通常は分割して形成されている。良好なアクセスは、たいていしばしば生じる原料の交換の際に流路の洗浄を実施できるようにするために必要である。アクセスは更に、成形材の寸法を変える場合に別構造の流路インサートを使用出来るようにするためにも必要である。この種の押出ヘッドは例えばドイツ連邦共和国特許第3238284号明細書により知られている。旋回可能な押出ヘッドの場合には基本的に、高い内圧が二つのヘッド部分に作用し、かつこの内圧を高価な鎖錠機構を用いて受け止めなければならないという不都合がある。旋回可能な射出ヘッドの場合、発生する高い圧力を確実に抑制することは原理的に困難である。

ドイツ連邦共和国特許出願公開第3729447号公報から既に、固定配置されたヘッドフランジを有する押出ヘッドも知られており、その際ヘッドフランジに複数の押出機が接続され、閉じたヘッドがヘッドフランジに対して締付け固定可能にかつ離れるように旋回可能に配置されている。閉じたヘッドは開いた流路を有する。更にヘッド内には、カセットと成形具が裏側から交換可能に配置されている。このヘッドは流路の形を変更できない。即ち、原料案内部を交換により変えることができない。この押出ヘッドの使用範囲は極めて制限されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、二つのヘッド部分を鎖錠する必要がなく、それにも拘わらず容易な洗浄と、ヘッド内の流路のいろいろな延長状態に合わせた迅速な装備変更とを可能にする多重押出ヘッドを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この目的は、本発明によれば、閉じたヘッドがヘッドフランジの方に開いた収容部を有し、その収容部内に少なくとも一つのヘッドに向かって開いた流路インサートが取り外し可能に配置されていることによって達成される。この場合、閉じたヘッドが高価な鎖錠装置を必要としないという利点がある。内圧はヘッドによって受け止められる。シール面の範囲においてヘッドをヘッドフランジの方に引っ張る締付け装置だけが必要である。この場合に発生する力は比較的に小さい。総じて、ヘッドの構造は、ヘッドに向かって開いた流路インサートの容易な取り外しと、多重押出ヘッド内の流路の異なる延長状態に合わせた迅速な装備変更とを可能にする。全く驚くべきことに、ヘッドフランジの方に開いた、閉じたヘッドの収容部内に、ヘッドに向かって開いた流路を配置することが可能であることが明らかになった。ヘッドの内壁に対する比較的に長い境界面の範囲でのそれ自体予想される漏れは、精密な製造方法を使用することにより完全に抑制可能である。

本発明の有利な構成によれば、ヘッドフランジの方に開いた、閉じたヘッドの収容部がカセットの方に楔形に先細に形成されている。流路インサートと閉じたヘッドの内壁との間の楔作用に基づいてかつ閉鎖力と圧力の作用を受けて、密閉を促進する有利な押付けが生じる。

本発明の他の有利な構成によれば、閉じたヘッドが垂直な回転軸線を中心としてヘッドフランジから離れるように旋回可能である。この様な構造は、多重押出ヘッドの操作を著しく容易にする。

図において多重押出ヘッドは符号1を付されている。多重押出ヘッド1は閉じたヘッドを有し、ヘッドは締付け装置によりヘッドフランジ3に対して締付固定可能である。ヘッドフランジ3に2つの押出機5がフランジ止めされており、図面には示されていない押出機5のスクリューがヘッドフランジ3の通路6に接続されている。

閉じたヘッド2はヘッドフランジ3の方に開いた収容部7を有する。収容部7は原料の流動方向に楔形に先細になっている。収容部7内には、ヘッドに向かって開いた流路インサート8が取り外し可能に配置されている。流路インサート8は2つの流路9を有する。流路9は収容部7の壁の方向に開いている。収容部7に接する流路インサート8の壁は閉じたヘッド2の収容部7の壁に密に接触している。

閉じたヘッド2には、原料の流動方向にみて流路インサート8の前方にカセット10が配置されている。カセット10の前方に成形具11が固定されている。

閉じたヘッド2は、図2から明らかなように、垂直な回転軸線12を中心としてヘッドフランジ3から離れるように旋回可能である。そのときは、洗浄又は交換の為に流路インサート8を収容部7から取り外すことができる。

当然のことながら、ヘッドフランジ3には3個又は4個の押出機5をフランジ止めすることも出来る。閉じたヘッド体2の収容部7内には複数の流路インサート8を配置することも出来る。いかなる場合でも、ヘッド2で発生する高い内圧から生じる力の大部分がヘッド2の壁によって受け止められるという利点が生じる。締付け装置4は比較的簡単に設計可能である。なぜなら、締付け装置4はヘッド2とヘッドフランジ3との間の密閉範囲に発生する極めて僅かな力だけを受け止めればよいからである。同時に、流路インサート8への極めて良好かつ迅速なアクセスが生じる。
