前記フック部材は、前後にスライド自在に設けられ、第1のバネにより前記フックが餅つき機本体に係合する方向に付勢され、前記フック操作レバーの操作により作動し前記フック部材の前後方向の移動と前記フック操作レバーの移動を規制する規制部を備え、第2のバネにより前記規制部が作動する方向に付勢され、
前記フック操作レバーを操作することにより、前記フックは本体の係合穴から脱し規制部が第2のバネの付勢により作動し前記フック操作レバーと前記フック部材は移動後の姿勢に保持され、
