Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to the structure of the base part of the pneumatic fender, and more specifically, the safety valve provided in the base part of the pneumatic fender is opened when the pneumatic fender is overcompressed. It is related with the structure of the nozzle | cap | die part of a pneumatic fender which can confirm immediately by visual observation.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a structure of a pneumatic fender, for example, as shown in FIGS. 7 to 9A and 9B, an inner layer rubber 1a, a reinforcing layer 2, and an outer layer rubber 1b are laminated to form a cylindrical bag. A safety valve 5 is attached to the base 3 that constitutes the body 4 and is provided on one side of the bag body 4, and an air injection valve 6 and a pressure adjustment valve 6a are attached to the base 3 on the other side. It becomes the composition. The function of the safety valve 5 is to protect the fender by reducing the internal pressure in the bag body 4 when the specified internal pressure is exceeded during overcompression of the pneumatic fender.
[0003]
Therefore, when the pneumatic fender is over-compressed, the reinforcing cord of the reinforcing layer 2 is burdened and contributes to a reduction in the product life. .
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, as shown in FIG. 9A, the safety valve 5 of the above-described pneumatic fender is attached to the bottom of the mouthpiece 3 having a concave cross section, and jets compressed air to the outside when the fender is overcompressed. Although it is configured so that it is difficult to confirm by visually checking the safety valve 5 that air has blown out from the safety valve 5 due to an abnormal increase in air pressure in the pneumatic fender during over compression or the like. There was a problem to say.
[0005]
Further, since no cover or the like is attached to the opening 3a of the base 3 provided with the conventional safety valve 5, foreign matter and marine animals and plants (seaweeds, shellfish, etc.) are likely to adhere to the safety valve 5, and therefore the safety valve 5 is sufficient. There was a fear of not functioning.
[0006]
The object of the present invention is to make it possible to immediately confirm visually whether or not air has blown out from the safety valve, and to effectively prevent the entry of foreign matter into the safety valve and the structure of the base part of the pneumatic fender Is to provide.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides a plate that is broken or removed from the base of the pneumatic fender by the pressure of the air blown out when the pneumatic fender is over-compressed in the vicinity of the air blowing hole of the safety valve. The gist of this is that
[0008]
The plate is preferably a thin plate formed of a resin material or water-resistant paper that is easily broken or detached from the base portion due to gas jet pressure. The plate has a structure that prevents foreign matter from entering the safety valve.
[0009]
This invention, by having the structure described above, when discharged from the safety valve to over-compression or the like of the pneumatic fender air, the plate is dislodged by ejection pressure of the air, because the destroy In addition, it is possible to immediately confirm visually whether air has been blown out from the safety valve from the outside. It should be noted that, or destruction, off the plate, or a new exchange, are those that can be installed again. In addition, since no foreign matter or the like enters inside the safety valve, it does not hinder the operation function of the safety valve, and can prevent the malfunction of the safety valve and improve the reliability.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0011]
Note that the same components as those in the conventional example are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a front view of a pneumatic fender embodying the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a structure of a cap part in S part of FIG. 1, and the pneumatic fender is provided on one side of a bag body 4. A safety valve 5 is attached to the provided base 3, and an air injection valve 6 and a pressure adjustment valve 6 a are attached to the base 3 on the other side.
[0013]
In the first embodiment of the present invention, a plate 7 is attached to the opening 3a of the base 3 so as to be destroyed or removed from the base part by the gas jet pressure P ejected from the safety valve 5 when the pneumatic fender is overcompressed. Yes, the plate 7 is attached to the front surface in the vicinity of the gas jetting, and the material of the plate 7 is formed of a resin material or water-resistant paper which is easily broken by the gas jetting pressure or easily detached from the base part. A thin plate is desirable.
[0014]
Further, the plate 7 is detachably attached to the opening 3a of the base 3 by means of a mounting bracket 7a such as a screw. Therefore, the broken plate 7 can be newly replaced or reattached. It is.
[0015]
Next, FIGS. 3 and 4 (a) and 4 (b) are partially enlarged views of the embodiment showing other mounting positions of the plate 7, FIG. 3 is an enlarged sectional view, and FIG. FIG. 3 is a partial side view taken along the line AA in FIG. 3, and FIG. 4B shows a partial side view taken along the line BB in FIG.
[0016]
The safety valve 5 in this embodiment includes a guide member 10 having an air blowing hole 9 communicating with the inside of the cylindrical bag body 4 in a cylindrical valve casing 8 having a flange portion, and the guide member 10. An opening / closing valve 11 having a concave section that is slidably fitted therein and opens / closes the air blowing hole 9 is internally provided, and a step portion 8a formed inside the flange portion 12 of the opening / closing valve 11 and the valve casing 8. Is provided with a diaphragm 13 for keeping the internal pressure of the bag body 4 airtight.
[0017]
In addition, a spring 16 is housed between spring recesses 15a and 15b between the recess bottom surface of the open / close valve 11 and the top surface of the concave support plate 14 attached to the opening 8b of the valve casing 8. The compression elastic force of the spring 16 is achieved by moving the spring seat 15b forward and backward through an adjusting screw 17 attached to the support plate 14.
[0018]
A plurality of air blowing holes 18 are formed on the bottom surface of the support plate 14 formed in a concave shape in the cross section, and the upper opening is destroyed by the air pressure P ejected when the fender is overcompressed, A plate 19 similar to that in the first embodiment is attached to the support plate 14 and is removed from the upper opening.
[0019]
That is, when the pneumatic fender is compressed and the internal pressure becomes higher than the specified pressure, the open / close valve 11 is pushed up against the elastic force of the spring 16 by the internal pressure, and the compressed air flows into the air blowing hole 9. Through the gap between the inner wall surface of the valve casing 8 and the outer peripheral surface of the opening / closing valve 11, flows into the lower side of the support plate 14 having a concave cross section, and from a plurality of air blowing holes 18 provided in the support plate 14. The support plate 14 enters the support plate 14 so that the plate 19 attached to the opening of the support plate 14 is broken or detached. Reference numeral 20 denotes a removable cap that covers the adjustment screw 14.
[0020]
As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, the plate 19 made of a resin plate, water-resistant paper, or the like that is broken or removed by the air pressure ejected when the fender is over-compressed is provided in the vicinity of the safety valve 5. Therefore, by visually confirming the mounting state of the plate 19, it can be immediately confirmed visually whether or not air has been ejected from the safety valve 5.
[0021]
In addition, since the plate 19 can be easily replaced, the plate 19 that has been damaged or detached can be replaced with a new one again. Furthermore, since the plate 19 covers the upper opening of the support plate 14 so that foreign matter does not enter the diaphragm 13 or the like, foreign matter does not enter the safety valve 5 or the diaphragm 13, and therefore maintenance is unnecessary. The malfunction of the safety valve 5 can be prevented and the reliability can be improved.
[0022]
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment of the present invention. This embodiment shows the entire base with the safety valve 5 of FIG. 3 attached, and shows a state in which a plate 19 is attached in the vicinity of the safety valve 5.
[0023]
Since other configurations and operations are the same as those in the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.
[0024]
Next, FIG. 6 shows a cross-sectional view of a base 3 showing a third embodiment of the present invention. In this embodiment, a safety valve 5 and an air injection valve 6 are provided on the bottom 3b of one base 3. In this embodiment, the plate 19 is horizontally mounted at a position slightly away from the air blowing portion of the safety valve 5, and when the plate 19 is broken or detached by the air pressure ejected when the fender is overcompressed, Can be immediately confirmed visually.
[0025]
Since other configurations and operations are the same as those in the first embodiment, the same reference numerals are given and description thereof is omitted.
[0026]
【The invention's effect】
Since the present invention is configured as described above, the following excellent effects can be obtained.
(1) It is possible to immediately confirm visually that air has blown out from the safety valve when the pneumatic fender is over-compressed. Therefore, it is possible to determine whether or not the safety valve has been activated without hearing the air blowing sound. I can do it.
(2) Since the plate is detachable and is provided near the air outlet, it can be replaced with a new plate or attached again.
(3) Since there is no entry of foreign matter or the like into the safety valve, the plate does not interfere with the operation function of the safety valve, and can prevent the malfunction of the safety valve and improve the reliability.
