Description
The present invention relates to a food / beverage product composition, and more particularly, to a food / beverage product composition suitable for improving the function of a circulatory system , such as green juice powder.
In recent years, various lifestyle-related diseases have become a major social problem due to drastic changes in eating habits. Major lifestyle-related diseases include cardiovascular diseases such as hyperlipidemia, arteriosclerosis, hypertension, or syndrome X, which is a combination of these, resulting from a rapid increase in fat intake or calorie intake. There may be digestive problems such as vitamin deficiency and constipation due to a decrease in the amount of crude fiber consumed and vitamins. Moreover, the reduction | decrease of the amount of coarse fiber and vitamins to ingest also contributes to the said circulatory system disease. In addition to these, stress overload in modern society exacerbates these diseases. That is, it can be said that a means for improving the function of the circulatory system is demanded in the eating habits of modern people.
Based on this situation, various foods have been developed for the purpose of preventing these lifestyle-related diseases. Wherein the prevention of cardiovascular disease, for example, flavonoids such as rutin that are known to be useful (for example, see Patent Document 1). Further, crude fiber content and vitamins, as a useful means of replenishing the polyphenols, kale, the wheat young leaves or the like are ground finely, art "green juice" is that known for drinking are dispersed in water ( For example, see Patent Document 2, Patent Document 3, and Patent Document 4). In the formulation of view, a combination of rutin and galactooligosaccharides, techniques for processing health nutrition Solid that already known (e.g., see Patent Document 5). It raffinose is useful for constipation that already known (e.g., see Patent Document 6). However, there is no known food or beverage composition characterized in that it contains 1) rutin and 2) raffinose, and it is also possible to process this into a green juice dosage form. The treatment of rutin alone by treatment with rutin while improving gastrointestinal disorders such as constipation by administration of raffinose, rather than prevention of cardiovascular diseases with ingredients such as rutin alone It is not known at all that it is possible to prevent circulatory diseases better.
The present invention has been made under such circumstances, and it provides a new means for correcting the distortion of the modern diet and improving the function of the circulatory system more easily and accurately in the diet of modern people.
(1) Rutin which is an essential component of the food / beverage product composition of the present invention The food / beverage product composition of the present invention contains rutin as an essential component. Rutin is a flavonoid that is abundant in plants of the genus buckwheat, and is a component that has actions such as blood flow improving action and blood lipid improving action. In the food / beverage composition of the present invention, the form containing rutin can be, for example, dried, shredded, pulverized, and processed as a processed product of a plant belonging to the genus buckwheat, Extract from the body or its processed product using an organic solvent such as ethanol, remove the hydrophilic fraction by liquid-liquid extraction with butanol and water, and optionally purify using column chromatography with an ion exchange resin. However, it can also be separated into pure components. In addition, the plant belonging to the genus Poaceae that can be used is not particularly limited, but buckwheat (Fagopyrum esculentum), tartary buckwheat (Fagopyrum tataricum), flocked buckwheat (Fagopyrum dibotrys) and the like, and particularly preferable buckwheat can be exemplified. As the part to be used, young leaves and young stems are preferable, and as the young leaf young stems, green buckwheat leaves before and after flowering or green buckwheat stems are preferable, and these are 5 to 15 cm from the ground surface. After cutting and washing with water, it is cut to about 10 mm, and then is dried to a moisture content of 7% or less, preferably 4% or less by freeze-drying or preferably hot-air drying within 24 hours after plucking or cutting, and this is rolled. 90 to 1 using a high-speed mill or high-speed mill Was ground to about 0 mesh screen were created are particularly preferred. This is because such powder contains more rutin than ordinary buckwheat berries. In addition, by taking such a powder form, it is possible to take in ingredients that are preferable for improving lifestyle-related diseases such as crude fibers, vitamins, and chlorophyll. In food and beverage compositions of the present invention, including Yuryou such rutin it is 1 to 5 mass%, more preferably from 1.1 to 3 wt%. This is because if the amount is too small, the cardiovascular function improvement effect may not be achieved, and if the amount is too large, the content of other co-working components may be reduced and the bioavailability may be decreased.

In order to exhibit such an effect, the content of raffinose and / or melibiose is 10 to 30% by mass , and particularly preferably 13 to 20% by mass. If there is too little, there may be cases where the effect of improving and preventing lifestyle-related diseases such as cardiovascular function improvement effects may not be achieved. If too much, the content of other co-working components will be reduced and the bioavailability will be reduced. Because there exists. Furthermore, by improving the intestinal microflora, bowel movements are improved, thereby having a secondary effect of preventing a temporary increase in blood pressure during defecation from causing serious injury.
(3) Food / beverage product composition of this invention The food / beverage product composition of this invention contains the said essential component, and is ingested as a foodstuff or a drink, It is characterized by the above-mentioned. Examples of the form of the food and drink composition of the present invention include solubilization in an aqueous carrier such as a solid preparation for eating or swallowing solid substances such as granules, pills, tablets, capsules and powders as they are, or water. A dry syrup is preferably used by solubilizing or dispersing the dispersed liquid, powder or granule in an aqueous carrier at the time of use, and solubilized or dispersed in an aqueous carrier at the time of use to give a blue to green dispersion state. The dry syrup agent used in the so-called “green juice” form is particularly preferred. This is because by taking such a form, it is possible to ingest an amount of a food or beverage composition that is difficult to ingest in the solid form. In addition, as described above, when the rutin is contained as a buckwheat young leaf powder, the taste at this time can be ingested without feeling the bitterness of rutin. In the food-drinks composition of this invention, the arbitrary component normally used with a drink, a foodstuff, etc. can be contained besides this essential component. Examples of such optional components include colorants, flavoring agents, binders, excipients, disintegrants, dispersants, emulsifiers, solubilizers, coating agents, plasticizers, dragees, thickeners, and stabilizers. An agent etc. can be illustrated suitably. Furthermore, it can contain components suitable for improving and preventing lifestyle-related diseases such as cardiovascular diseases. As such components, for example, polyphenols that do not belong to rutin can be suitably exemplified, and as the polyphenols, catechin, resveratrol, proanthocyanidins, isoflavonoids and the like can be preferably exemplified, and among them, catechin is particularly preferable Preferred examples can be given. As catechins, tea-derived catechins are preferable, and the tea-derived catechins are preferably contained as green tea leaves dried, ground, chopped and powdered. Here, “cha” is a general term for plants belonging to the genus Camellia sinensis, and for example, “Camellia sinensis var. Siensis” which is a tea for green tea and “Asamika” which is a tea for tea. (Camellia sinensis var. Assamica) can be suitably exemplified, and green leaves of sinensis are preferably used. In order to produce gyokuro and the like, the green leaves include those grown with a limited amount of sunlight and those exposed to sunlight as much as possible to produce bancha. It is particularly preferable to use green leaves that have been exposed to sunlight as much as possible to produce bancha. This is because the content of catechin is high. In addition, by using dry green leaf pulverized product, components such as theanine can also be contained, and by such components, enhanced sympathetic nerve function can be sedated, thereby indirectly contributing to improvement of cardiovascular function. You can also In the food-drinks composition of this invention, it is preferable to contain 0.5-2 mass% of this catechin, More preferably, it is 0.8-1.5 mass%.

<Test Example 1>
About the said Examples 1-3, the comparative example 1, and the comparative example 2, the paneler 1 group 10 people were used and the continuous drinking test was done. That is, these preparations were dispersed in 180 g of 3 g water per day and were taken for 30 consecutive days. Blood was collected before and after the drinking test, heparinized, and then the whole blood passage time (seconds) was determined using MC-FAN. Separately, blood pressure was also measured before and after the test. These results are shown in Table 1 as average values. From this, it can be seen that in the food and beverage composition administration group of the present invention, the whole blood passage time is shortened and the blood fluidity is improved.
